Thai-style hotels, stepped on the pit many times, still did not avoid this time, listen to persuasion, take the children honestly set the international chain of five-star hotels must be right, you can not choose local characteristics or influencers. The rooms are large and outrageous. You do n’t need to add extra beds. However, the hotel requires only two people per room. So we upgraded a garden suite with a pool on the third floor. On the first day, the children were happy to jump into the pool and play. The next day, I found that the swimming pool was not dirty with running water, and because the old air conditioner was very noisy, the first night the air conditioner was turned on, the air conditioner was turned off, the air conditioner was bitten by the mosquitoes, and it was awoken at four in the morning, and I asked the hotel to negotiate The mosquito nets turned out to be a big hole ... I did n’t dare to comment on the breakfast, but there was no harm in comparison. We stayed here for three days at the same price of Intercontinental. This breakfast ca n’t taste good. Eat It ’s ok to have breakfast. The breakfast is by the sea. The view is good but there are really many flies and mosquitoes. I stayed here for four nights and the last day is today. The water stopped. The child came back to swim and wanted to take a shower and then check out. To say what is being repaired, all in all, not recommended! !! !! Let ’s talk about the massage. The price is about the same as Intercontinental, and it ’s a cave. I want to experience it. Because of the tight appointment, my mom and dad made an appointment in the past. We plan to go back at four in the afternoon. Compared with the Intercontinental, the environment and service are worse than one grade. Upon hearing this, we immediately cancelled the appointment in the afternoon. At the massage hall in front of the hotel, the price was more than half cheaper.

Me and my girlfriend went to White House Beach Resort for 3 nights on our two week round trip in Thailand. This was our fourth and last hotel and we wanted to stay on a calm and nice resort. We arrived quite late, around 19:00 I think and got our room quite fast. We were tired and hungry so we just dumped our bags and went to grab something to eat. When we got back later that night we felt a really bad smell in the room and discovered that there were mold all around the bathroom. The morning after I went to the reception and told them about the mold and smell and that we have to change room. The girl in the reception said that she will send the cleaning service but I told her that you cant clean the mold, you have to tear it down and rebuild because it was so bad. After a long discussion we finally got a new room. I followed a guy from the reception and when we open the door the smell was even worse than our room, and he agreed. After a long time of arguing I didnt felt to spend more time on that and accepted that they would clean the room better to get rid of the smell so we could spend our last days on the beach instead of in the reception. The second night it was raining and when we woke up in the morning the floor in the bathroom was wet and it was a big leak from the roof making the rain water dripping in. I once again went to the reception and they told me they will send the janitor to fix it. We were going around the Island on the motorbike because it was our last day so we went away the whole day and came back late in the afternoon to find out that their way of fixing the leak was to put our trash can under it so the floor didnt get wet. This is a 4 star hotel and I cant find out why because this is the worst hotel I have ever been on in my whole life. In 2019 I spend 20 weeks in hotels around europe and asia with classifications from 2-5 stars and the 2 star hotels was way much better than this. This was a total dissaster and we were so sorry to end up here and get our vacation ruined the last days. The hotel wasnt interested in compensation rather then giving us dinner for maximum 500 baht at the restaurant in the hotel, but to get this we had to sign an agreement to promise not to give the hotel bad rating and not to spread this pictures, I said no. Dont be fooled by the pictures on the Internet because it doesnt look like that.

A special thanks to Apple the owner/manager we had previously stayed here a few times but it had been deteriorating quickly and we didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised to find Apple who had taken over since we were last here has fixed most or the issues from last time, the beds were comfortable, new airconditioning, and the pool was lovely and clean, This place has the best location on the beach by a country mile, with free beach lounges at a very affordable price , my wife has mobility issues but it is 50 metre to the beach and similar to the main street with many good restaurants, we found Apple very sincere and couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our holiday!. This is one of the reasons we will be back next September

We have been in this fantastic hotel during almost one week from 16th to 22th and we had a dream holidays!!! The hotel is so beautiful!!! I let you see below some pictures because is better to see it than to speak about it!. Also the beach was so beautiful and peacefull. The food was also fantastic. Breakfast was very nice, It had a lot of options and every item was fresh and delicious!!! Please try the Guava juice and the fresh fruits and waffles and pancakes, everything was so delicious and jummy . But the best in this hotel was the staff. All of them were just amazing!!!! The staff at the front desk, very professional and friendly, as well at the restaurants the staff were always smilying and taking care of you. And the housekeeping... they were always the best!!! So professional, the bed was a little hard for us and they did the possible to change this situation and we slept after that like a infants. Thanks so much to all of you!!! In special to Pattama, Sutawin,Benehapom... and the rest of the housekeeping team!!! Also Nali, Jenn, Bowee, Boa... always so friendly. Even we had some night disturbances cause the neighbour room had some child running all night and the reception gave us a different room in a different building, bigger room and bigger bed for us. We never had this type of compliment before and Melia staff made us to feel comfortable at all times. We have NOTHING to complain about this hotel and Europa and America must learn about the high level of service of All Melia employes provide to all guest! You have touched our heart and you’ll be always present in my memories. We hope see you soon again and please don't stop smiling!!!

Stayed for a a couple two nighters and 4 or 5 one nighters through June and July. Great spot close to Choeng Mon Beach and the main road through the village with shops, convenience stores and restaurants. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchenette has a microwave, Refrigerator and complimentary coffee and water. The room has AC or you can choose to use the ceiling fans. The mini jacuzzi was a nice touch but the shared large pool was very nice as well. Although no restaurant at the hotel, there are two restaurants on the same plot of land as well as 4 or 5 more on the same street 1 minute walk away. There is also a gym down the road 5 minutes away. The staff and owner are great and were on site day and night, easy to speak to and very accomodating... enjoyed my short stays and plan to continue visiting and staying with them all through summer and into the fall Allan

We only stayed for a couple of nights either side of visit to Phangan but were impressed. The rooms are large clean and comfortable, impressed with the bed and bathroom, with ample storage facilities. They also come with little useful 'extras', e.g. umbrella and torch. The balconies are large and quiet. The area is surrounded by greenery, the gardens are well maintained. We found the breakfasts good and the dining room clean with staff always around to help. Although we never used the pool it is in a pleasant setting with adequate seating. We never had any difficulty in getting a sun bed but can agree with some of the comments that towels and mattresses would benefit from replacement. There is adequate space on the beach to move the beds around. Overall we were happy with the beach facilities. Staff were pleasant and helpful other than 1 occasion when asked if we could have a late checkout, this was at a time when the hotel was almost empty, I received a prompt response that checkout was 12.00 and to leave our cases in reception, however I later spoke to another member of staff who had no difficulty with my request.

Just got back from a 12 nights stay at island view chong mon, we had a fantastic time and could not fault these family run bungalows and bar/restaurant. We stayed in room V2, it was spacious and clean with the bed linen and towels changed every other day. Hot water in the shower at all times, one up on the 4* hotel next door we had stayed in previously. On a beautiful beach with free Sun loungers looked after by the girl's in the massage area who do a good massage for only 300bhts. Thank you namwan for an excellent stay and good luck to you both with the baby. Ps ,the fresh fish dinner on the beach in the evening is very enjoyable.

We were originally booked in their other property, but hadn't realised how far out it was. The staff were absolutely lovely and moved us to this beachfront resort for no extra cost and even included breakfast! We are so grateful for their understanding. It is so amazing to wake up to such a beautiful beach, it really is paradise. All the food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff there were great too. They also have a brilliant massage area near the beach, which we really needed after trying to paddle board!

My husband and I stayed for one night as the hotel is located fairly close to the airport. The pictures online must be from years ago, because they are deceiving and the hotel is in a state of decay. The positives were that our room was quite spacious and clean, and the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport but that’s where it ends. The staff seem very disinterested in their jobs. We caught the front desk sleeping staff sleeping on the job and had to wake them up, so that was interesting. They were not very helpful and seemed annoyed when answering simple questions. The bell boy and the shuttle driver were lovely however. The area around the pool is a hazard. The floor boards are decaying and loose and I felt like I was going to trip or fall through. The pool, was decent enough, however it is definitely showing it’s age. It looks like management has made no effort to up keep the property as it’s falling apart. The pool bar looks like it hasn’t been used in years and was flooded and the water features and ponds are all murky and decrepit. The phone and TV in our room didn’t work and the wifi was basically non existent. The doors are very thin so we could hear everything that was happening outside, and in the middle of the night our safe starting beeping and woke us up and it took awhile for me to figure out how to make it stop. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. When we went to check out it was early in the morning and there was absolutely no lighting, so trying to get to the lobby I actually had to use the flashlight on my phone. I would not recommend this place, which is a shame because it looks like it has so much potential but there is really a lack of care.

Choeng Mon Beach
We stayed at a special promotion of Corona. The facility was luxurious and the staff were very friendly. The site is large, but you can also call the shuttle. When I called for a bandage, a staff member with a first aid kit rushed to me. The restaurant at night had a lot of mosquitoes and I was a little uncomfortable. It was a pity that I couldn't eat the famous Tom Yum Kung pizza, probably because the restaurant at noon had a small menu in Corona. There were times when it was difficult to come even if I called because the number of staff was not enough. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

I couldn't bear my honeymoon 7 years ago, and finally made up for my regret this time. The hotel is a bit on the side, you have to go through a small alley, basically stay in the hotel and do not come out. Then the room was very large. Part of the sea view pool room we stayed in, room 12, we could not see the sea. The hotel has two infinity pools, and there is a cliff restaurant for taking photos, the view is very good, not lost to Bali's alaya. The New Year is set to almost 4,000 a night, the price is not high, and I stayed for two nights, I feel a little loss. Breakfast was good and could be à la carte. Special reminder, the door is locked at night, the ecology is too good, there are too many wild animals, and it ’s a bit scary to run over at night. Some fruits and a bag of potato chips are placed at the door. . . .

This must be for sure one of the Most Impressive lobby in the World!! The views onto the ocean are just Breathtaking! You feel like you are on a boat! What a great start as soon as you arrive to this place! The open - air lobby is situated on top of cliff and it has some gorgeous features and lovely furnishing! We have booked CLUB ROOM with ocean views (which was very close to the Lobby on a similar level) and as we walked in we were just ...in awe!! The whole room is beautiful . Gorgeous bed with so many pillows, nice setting area, wardobes, high ceilings, fantastic free standing bath and rain shower. The room was HUGE!! And those views from the balcony AHHH...watching The sunset from here was absolutely Magical What a treat! As it was our wedding anniversary the staff arranged gorgeous Elephant towels decoration on the bed for us, left bottle of bubbly and delicious cake. Also some macaroons, Thai sweets, and tropical fruit as a Welcome gift. Wow! We are so thankful and grateful for that Amazing! We had a Access to a Club Lounge Which was situated in a lobby area -just next to the reception desk -so of course were able to enjoy the magnificent views while sipping a cocktail (or two..) I must say this is one of the best club lounges - the Afternoon tea is Incredible!!! Presented beautifully in a bird cage and plentiful too. Coctails and canapes during cocktail hour were fantastic too! The staff here were Always friendly and attentive. Well done to them. Definitely worth paying extra for room with Club Access - very impressed. We had daily dinner (as part of our Half Board package) and ate at both restaurants -Amber and Flames - both great! Every meal we had we couldn't fault it. And again lovely staff here too. Got HB package as we thought there is only 1 restaurant in the area..but it turns out now we saw 3 ...so though quite isolated you can still try some options just outside of the resort if you want to keep costs down on food (just by walking down by the beach). The one thing that we loved particularly about this Resort was the fact they have 6 POOLS!!! What a genius idea! And some of them didn't seem to be used by other guests so it felt like we have a private pool to ourselves!! Amazing!! Loved each of them - red pool, 3 blue pools , orange pool and yellow one. The walkways between rooms and villas are full of lush , tropical plants, all well kept. There's a suspension bridge too - another genius idea. Beach is lovely...though public feels very secluded. The long pier is a great asset too! Tried spa - as received email prior to my arrival offering 50% discount on spa treatments - and that was great also. The spas at 5-star hotels in Thailand are generally expensive so if you can get a deal then that makes it more reasonable. We rented complimentary bikes and visited local village area. Really enjoyed watching Thai folks carrying on with their daily lifes. Overall this is a bea

The highest rated hotel in Koh Samui is well deserved ... After booking countless reviews before booking, my eyes were almost blinded. I originally planned to stay at the net red W hotel and Wana Belle. Four seasons, Conrad and the Ritz-Carlton carefully studied, and finally determined the Four Seasons and Ritz, I have to say that this Swiss brand is really awesome, the service level is quite high, not exquisite, and rigorous efficiency High, when I checked in, I suddenly found that a large bag of sk2 I bought at the Hong Kong Airport was gone, and my mother landed at a small shop at the exit of Samui Airport. I told the hotel front desk to contact me immediately and send me a free car to the airport Back, I'm so touched that I can comfortably enjoy the welcome drink and coconut sugar from the hotel, and I also gave the children hand-woven dolls. The hotel has a lot of activities, and it ’s different every day. We did n’t book a suitable activity for the two days we stayed. I asked beach volleyball and said that it is suitable for a baby over 10 years old. This is a little small in my home. I wanted to go to yoga class. I happened to have a cold in those two days, so I just stayed in our cottage except for eating and sunbathing by the sea. I did n’t feel bored at all. The hotel has an app and WeChat public account. Any service you want. As soon as I shouted on it, there was an immediate customer service response, and I had to go out by buggy because the hotel was too big, on call, the service was always online, making me feel safe. After all, staying in such a large hotel, except to go I can see some people when I eat in the restaurant, but I really can't see anyone else the rest of the time, so the privacy is really good. In addition, the hotel can provide children's cots free of charge, with fresh fruits and snacks provided daily. The breakfast was great too, not much but exquisite, and each person could order a food from the menu. The disadvantage is that the hotel looks like there are only two restaurants. One is Thai where breakfast is served. The taste is average. The other is western food. The taste is OK. Expensive, two big and one small 10,000 baht, just watch the show, the show is still pretty good, and also gave a little monkey t-shirt. The children's playground is so small that it is suitable for children under three years old. My family is six years old. I looked at the door and thought it was too small. The most beautiful sea views, the rooms are large and beautiful, and the facilities are new! Really didn't live enough ...

Lamai Beach
It is hard to say anything negative about this resort because the view and the infinity pool is just so beautiful. However I would not recommend for anyone not wanting to eat in the hotel everyday or that wants to be anywhere central. The resort is between Lamai and Chaweng but has nothing around it so requires a taxi trip to anywhere outside of the hotel and there is no free shuttle (does provide a shuttle but is extremely expensive). Taxi’s (even the tuk tuks) are quite expensive and take serious haggling to get them down in price. This made our stay at this hotel a lot more expensive than it should have been. The hotel restaurant is lovely and has nice food (we only ate there once) but is quite expensive especially when they add a 17% tax that we did not encounter anywhere else. However there is a lovely little restaurant/bar down on the small cove beach which is very reasonably priced, we ate there most nights. The rooms themselves are lovely. We were given an upgrade to their new rooms which was lovely. The room was spacious and very modern, light and bright. Our only issue with the room was the shower which had very little pressure and ran cold or boiling with no inbetween. The resort itself is beautiful and the infinity pool and view across the ocean is spectacular so if you are looking for a stunning resort vacation and are happy to eat in the restaurant everyday than I definitely recommend this place plus the staff are lovely. However if you prefer somewhere you can be within walking distance to restaurants and shops etc than this place may not be ideal. A free shuttle to Chaweng or Lamai would make a world of difference.
