Antalya
Antalya, a Turkish resort! While traveling in Antalya, it's a great place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this restaurant, where you can enjoy a variety of international cuisines! Not only does the menu offer a wide selection, but the atmosphere is truly captivating! It feels like a hidden gem in a small forest, with a great atmosphere and spacious interior, making it a perfect place to relax. Enjoy a meal or even use it as a cafe! Luna Garden! #travelguide #turkiyetravel #turkeytravel #antalya

Kaleici Old Town
#antalya Antalya's Old Town, known as Kaleiçi, is surrounded by fortified walls and transports you back to the era of the Ottoman and Seljuk sultans. Narrow cobbled streets here wind between houses with wooden balconies, creating a unique atmosphere where time seems to stand still. Narrow Streets and Architecture Kaleiçi streets, such as Uzun Çarşı (Long Bazaar), stretch through the historic center, lined with ancient stone arches and Ottoman houses with projecting balconies. A stroll along them is a journey back in time: cobblestones underfoot, shadows cast by arches, and sea views from the elevated areas. The atmosphere comes alive in the evening, when lanterns are lit and the air is filled with the aromas of spices and freshly baked goods. Souvenirs and Shopping Kaleici is dotted with souvenir shops at every turn: from antiques and carpets to handicrafts. Jewelry, textiles, and copper crafts from local artisans are also sold here. Be sure to stop by the patisseries for Turkish delights—the perfect souvenir with an oriental flair. Atmosphere and Cafes Kaleici's atmosphere is a mix of relaxed and lively: cozy teahouses, cafes overlooking the harbor, and inns like Tek Kapılı Han. Tourists wander quietly during the day, and at night, the streets fill with music and laughter. The Saat Kulesi clock tower serves as a landmark, around which the bazaar bustles. Life hacks for you: 💰 Bargain boldly: prices at Uzun Çarşi are inflated for tourists; bargain by 30-50%. 📸 Visit early in the morning or after 6:00 PM—less crowds, cooler, and more photogenic. 👟 Wear comfortable shoes: the streets are uneven, and the climb up to the walls is steep. 🥙 Try döner at one of the cafes before entering the old town—it's authentic and without the hefty tourist markup. 🗺️ Download an offline map: Wi-Fi isn't available everywhere, and the maze of streets can be confusing. Kaleiçi is the heart of Antalya, where every turn offers a discovery. One stroll, and you'll fall in love with this corner of the Mediterranean forever. #turkey
Kaleici Old Town
#TravelItinerary #TurkeyTravelRecommendations #TurkiyeTravel #AntalyaTravel Antalya is a representative city of the so-called "Turkish Riviera," located on the Mediterranean coast in southwestern Turkey. Ancient city ruins, harbors, forests, and waterfalls line the coastline where the emerald sea meets the Taurus Mountains, offering a fusion of sea, nature, and history. The central Kaleici (Old Town) is a labyrinthine corridor of Roman walls and Ottoman-era mansions. The Hadrian's Gate, the old harbor, and cozy cafes create a picturesque neighborhood just by strolling through. Just a short trip from the city center, you'll find Duden Waterfall, historical sites like Perge and Aspendos, and the beaches of Lala and Konyaalti. Thanks to its mild Mediterranean climate, it's a popular all-in-one destination, popular for sightseeing in spring and fall and as a summer vacation destination. 📍Day 1 Stroll through Kaleici (Old Town) Hadrian's Gate → Old Town alleys → Harbor viewpoint 📍Day 2 Perge and Aspendos (Half-day tour) – Roman theater and ruins 📍Day 3 Duden Waterfall (Choose either Upper or Lower Düden or Both) visit
Karaalioglu Park
I had the chance to stop by Karaalioğlu Parkı Cat House in the afternoon, and this place turned out to be a delightful little break amidst my activities. Sunlight filtered through the trees, while the cats were relaxed—some were sleeping, some stretching, and others wandering around as if they owned the park. The atmosphere was calm, warm, and slightly playful. Some locals came by to feed or simply greet the cats, making the place feel even sweeter. Plus, it's free to visit. I ended up sitting there longer than I expected, just enjoying the cats' antics and the serene, soothing vibe of the park.
