Antalya Vacation Packages - Top Things to do in Antalya

Antalya
One of the biggest mistakes when planning a trip to Turkey is choosing a hotel instead of a resort. Because a vacation in Antalya and a vacation in Bodrum are basically two completely different Turkeys. Let's break it down 👇 📍 ANTALYA Perfect if you: ✔ want maximum comfort and a sandy beach ✔ want a good selection of hotels ✔ prefer being close to the airport ✔ want a mix of city and beach vibes Pros: · developed infrastructure · beautiful waterfalls · Kaleici Old Town · easy to organize excursions Cons: · crowded · lacks that "resort fairy-tale" feel 📍 KEMER Perfect if you: ✔ love mountains ✔ beautiful nature ✔ crystal-clear sea Pros: · mountains right by the sea · pine forests · picturesque coves Cons: · pebble beaches · small town If I had to choose between Antalya and Kemer just for the nature, I'd definitely go with Kemer. 📍 OLUDENIZ Perfect if you: ✔ want the most beautiful views in Turkey ✔ love active holidays ✔ dream of postcard-perfect photos Pros: · the famous Blue Lagoon · paragliding from Mount Babadag · turquoise water Cons: · small resort, lots of people · loud clubs open late into the night To me, this is one of the most gorgeous resorts in the country. I absolutely loved it there. 📍 MARMARIS Perfect if you: ✔ want a blend of nature and city atmosphere ✔ plan on taking boat trips Pros: · beautiful coves and mountains · boat tours · scenic promenade · proximity to islands Cons: · beaches aren't as good as in Oludeniz A very versatile option. I prefer hotels a bit further from the city center, surrounded by lots of greenery. 📍 BODRUM Perfect if you: ✔ like stylish spots ✔ trendy beach clubs ✔ Greek island aesthetics Pros: · whitewashed houses · beautiful coves · restaurants and beach clubs · the most "European" Turkey Cons: · one of the most expensive resorts in the country Bodrum is more about the vibe and atmosphere than your classic beach holiday. 💡 If you had to pick just one: 🌿 For nature → Oludeniz ⛰ For mountains and sea → Kemer 🏖 For an all-around versatile vacation → Antalya ⛵ For yachts and coves → Marmaris ✨ For aesthetics and the high life → Bodrum Personally, Oludeniz and Marmaris left the strongest impressions on me—but for completely different reasons.
Kaleici Old Town
We popped into Antalya's Kaleiçi district, and this place is truly mind-blowing! 🤯 The old historic center of the city—you can feel the Ottoman vibe at every turn! Kaleiçi is a veritable labyrinth of narrow cobbled streets, vintage houses with wooden balconies, and cozy courtyards that make you want to hang out all day. Along the way, you can find cute boutique hotels and cafes for a bite to eat or just chill out. If you're into history, don't miss the ancient city gates (Address: Hadrian's Gate — Barbaros Mh., Hesapçı Sk., 07100 Muratpaşa/Antalya, Turkey; open 24/7), and look for the old yacht harbor at the end of the streets—there are some great viewing platforms for photos against the backdrop of the sea and cliffs. The views are simply out of this world! 😍 During the day, it's bustling with life: tourists with cameras, street musicians, and a vibrant local culture. But in the evening, Kaleiçi transforms into a vibrant place – the illuminated streets are incredibly beautiful, the restaurants glow cozily with lamps, and the sound of the sea provides the perfect soundtrack. In the old harbor area, you can catch a nightclub or find a bar with football fans if you want to catch a match. Be sure to add Kaleiçi to your Antalya itinerary! The atmosphere you'll find here is incomparable. Here's the address: Kaleiçi, 07100 Muratpaşa/Antalya, Turkey. Find nearby hotels and dining options on Trip.com! Immersion in history, photos worth a million likes, and a fantastic vibe – Kaleiçi has it all! #footballfanculture #antalyaoldtown #kaleici We popped into the Kaleiçi district of Antalya, and this place is truly mind-blowing! 🤯 In this old historic center of the city, the Ottoman vibe is palpable at every turn! Mardan Palace
Ultra all-inclusive in Turkey at the Mardan Palace Hotel means everything is included everywhere, all the time. Food, drinks, entertainment, spa. Numerous restaurants besides the main one. There's Italian, Turkish, and Mexican, and the bar is a joy to behold. There's also a 24-hour bar and a 24-hour bistro where they serve not just snacks but full meals, like salmon steak. I think it's worth it 👍🏼 #turkey #antalya #all-inclusive
Kaleici Old Town
Kaleiçi is the 2,000-year-old port heart of Antalya, where history is felt right on the streets: Hadrian’s Gate, the ancient harbor, stone walls, Ottoman houses, wooden balconies, courtyards, carpet shops, street cats, bars and glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea between the lanes. This is a place for a slow walk, where every turn gives you a new old town scene. Kaleiçi grew around the harbor and city walls, so everything here feels connected to the sea. Narrow streets lead down to the old harbor, viewpoints open toward the marina, and a blue piece of water suddenly appears between the houses. That is what makes the area so strong: history lives next to cafes, boutique hotels, small shops, music, flowers and evening life. The old houses of Kaleiçi also show how people lived by the sea and adapted to the Mediterranean climate. Stone lower floors help keep the houses cool, narrow streets create shade, wooden balconies hang over the lanes, and inner courtyards hide quiet life behind the facades. This is why Kaleiçi works best at a slow pace: look at the doors, windows, stairs, shadows, signs, carpets and house details. I would plan at least 1-2 hours for Kaleiçi during the day, plus a separate evening visit. During the day, a good route is to start from Hadrian’s Gate, wander through the side streets, reach the marina viewpoints and go down to the old harbor. In the evening, the area changes: bars light up, tables appear outside, music starts, and the old stone streets get a completely different mood. ✨️ The best photos come when several details meet in one frame: a stone street, a wooden balcony, flowers, a cat, a carpet, a cafe, shade and the sea at the end of the lane. This is how Kaleiçi stays in memory - as a living old Antalya, not just a point on the map. #oldtown #kaleici #antalya #turkeytravel #traveltips #mediterranean #walking
Mardan Palace
What to expect from the bars at the Mardan Palace Hotel? They're all in good order. High-quality imported alcohol. Excellent selection of spirits, beer, and good cocktails. There are several bars on the hotel grounds, but the most interesting and atmospheric is Hurrem, located in the lobby. Location in the video: 📍 Hurrem Bar #turkey #antalya #mardanpalace #bar
Mardan Palace
You can have lunch in the main restaurant, but it's not recommended, as the hotel has numerous delicious daytime restaurants that are open during lunchtime. You can find cuisine from around the world, including Mexican, Turkish, Italian, and more. Explore the grounds and find a restaurant that suits you. #turkey
