I made sure to head there early, and there was already a crowd forming at the entrance. The staff does a great job of managing the line by taking down names and pre-orders, making the whole process very smooth. The menu is focused and straightforward, specializing in Black Wagyu beef bowls. Your main decisions will be the grade of the beef and the portion size (Regular, 1.5x, or 2x). The Wagyu is served with a beautiful pink hue and is incredibly tender. Each tray comes with a sizzling hot stone; if you prefer your meat a bit more cooked, just sear it for a few seconds to reach your desired doneness and add a delicious charred aroma (you can ask for a fresh hot stone if yours cools down). The table is stocked with garlic chips, wasabi, and shichimi powder, which pair perfectly with the rice. Finally, make sure to try the **"Wagyu Chazuke"**: put your remaining rice and beef into the small bowl, add green onions, seaweed, and the flying fish dashi. I basically want to go to all the Ritz-Carlton hotels, and since I've been to the one in Hakata, I think I just need to go to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nikko. I've made a video about Okinawa, but I'm not sure if I've released it yet. I'd like to release it someday. Another thing that stood out was the hair dryer. They were using an expensive hair dryer. The air pressure was really good. The water pressure, on the other hand, wasn't very good. Anyone who's stayed at a Ritz-Carlton will understand. I also had access to the lounge.

It only faces the street via a staircase, so many people probably walk right past it without realizing it! The interior features tables, counter seats, and private rooms, creating a traditional Japanese atmosphere reminiscent of an old farmhouse! They offer fresh sashimi delivered directly from the market, specialties from various parts of Kyushu, and seasonal menus. Their must-try fried chicken wings—you absolutely have to eat at least two per person! And of course, their freshly cooked rice in the iron pot!
