Located in the Piti district on the western side of Guam, this is a narrow waterway winding through rocks and lush green forests before emptying into the Philippine Sea. Its most striking feature is the incredibly clear water, allowing you to see the bottom. When sunlight hits the surface, it transforms into a stunning emerald green and turquoise hue. What I loved most was the atmosphere; it's quite different from Guam's main tourist areas. There are no large resorts or wide beaches, just the clear water, rocks, turquoise walls, and verdant trees creating a hidden gem. 📸 Unique Photo Opportunities Walking along the waterway, you'll see it gradually open up to the sea. On clear days, the water's color is even more vibrant. Photos taken from the rocky shore will capture the emerald water, green forest, and blue sky all in one frame. Therefore, this place is more suitable for a relaxing photo opportunity and appreciating nature than for water activities. The area has rocks and a large number of sea urchins, so extra caution is advised when walking near the water. 🚗 Getting There Emerald Valley is located in Piti, near the Piti Power Plant.
