The location of the hotel is relatively convenient since it’s a few minutes away from Jordan Station. The temple night market and anytime fitness is close too from the hotel (approx 10-15min walk). The breakfast options aren’t the best but food was hot and decent. We had 2 main issues with the hotel which is the cleanliness and fire alarm. We found several cockroaches in the room but the staff moved us to a different room right after we reported it. Regarding the fire alarm, it went off at 2am waking us up. We evacuated and went downstairs immediately. However, they told us there was no fire and it was just gas leak issue. No apologies. Just told us that it’s normal and we should just go back to our rooms.

This hotel is just right for solo travelers. It's super easy to get to – just exit A1 from Sai Ying Pun Station, turn right, and it's a short walk away.
The hotel and rooms felt a bit dated.
My only complaints are the long wait for the elevator in the morning and the non-functioning refrigerator in the room; these definitely need improvement.
Aside from that, everything else was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. Plus, there was no deposit required, which made everything very smooth.
The location is excellent for sightseeing. It's conveniently located with easy access to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui via subway and bus, making it perfect for a few days of touring. There are also plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Wellcome supermarket right near the hotel.
I highly recommend the night view from Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly beautiful, and since there weren't many people, it felt like a hidden gem for night views.

Great location! It's a five-minute walk to Times Square from where the shuttle drops you off, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Causeway Bay MTR station is about a seven or eight-minute walk. For the price, it's really good value, even cheaper than hotels on the mainland. The bed is a bit small, but for Hong Kong where space is at a premium, it's perfectly fine. Slippers are provided, but remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

1. The transportation is quite convenient; it's a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station. If you're coming from Shenzhen by MTR, get off at 'Exhibition Centre' station, and it's a ten-minute walk.
2. The location is excellent; the 'ding ding' tram stop is right outside the hotel. You can take it to Admiralty Station and then catch bus 15 to Victoria Peak, or transfer to the Peak Tram at Admiralty Station.
3. Daily necessities are easily accessible nearby. There's a McDonald's, Wellcome Supermarket, and various restaurants just across the street.
4. The hotel staff provide great service; both the front desk and the cleaning ladies are very welcoming and enthusiastic.

recently stayed at Stanford Hotel Hong Kong and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is definitely one of the hotel's strongest points, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. It is a convenient base for exploring Hong Kong.
The breakfast was decent, although nothing particularly special. I noticed that many hotel breakfasts in Hong Kong tend to be quite simple and basic compared to what I am used to elsewhere. That said, the coffee served during breakfast was excellent and easily the highlight of the morning.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained. One thing I particularly appreciated was the air conditioning—the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout my stay, which was especially welcome after spending time outdoors in Hong Kong's humid weather.
The reception staff were professional, although a warmer and more welcoming attitude would have made a better first impression. A simple smile can go a long way in hospitality.
The only feature I missed was a bidet in the bathroom. I understand this may be related to local preferences or hotel standards, but it is something that many travelers from other parts of Asia may find useful and appreciate.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel in a very good location. While there is room for improvement in some areas, I would still consider staying here again because of its convenience and well-maintained facilities.

Everything was great, except for the slightly noisy air conditioning. It was much cleaner than I expected, and I didn't encounter any of the hygiene issues mentioned in other reviews. The location is absolutely perfect, and the value for money exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

When planning a concert trip, the booking page can look exciting but also a little confusing — especially when you see both Show Ticket Package and Event Package. They may look similar at first, but they are designed for different types of travelers.
The Show Ticket Package is the more flexible option. It is mainly focused on the concert ticket, with package details depending on what is offered on the booking page. This option is great if you already have your hotel planned, want to choose your own stay, or prefer more control over your travel schedule. You can arrange your accommodation separately, compare hotels by location and price, and build the trip in your own style.
The Event Package is more like a ready-made travel bundle. It usually combines the concert ticket with a hotel stay and ticketing service fee in one booking. This option is helpful for travelers who want a simpler plan and do not want to book everything one by one. It feels more convenient because the main parts of the trip are already connected together.
The easiest way to remember it is:
Show Ticket Package = ticket-focused + more flexibility 🎫
Event Package = ticket + hotel bundle + more convenience 🏨🎫
For ARMY travelers who enjoy planning every detail, the Show Ticket Package may be the better choice. For those who want a smoother and easier booking experience, the Event Package may feel more relaxing.
Before booking, always check the event date, seat type, hotel check-in date, package inclusions, total price, service fee, and refund policy. Some packages may be non-refundable, so it is better to read carefully before paying. I also recommend taking screenshots of the package details before checkout, just in case you need to review them later.
My personal tip: do not rush only because the countdown looks exciting. Compare both options first, match the package with your travel style, and choose the one that makes your concert trip feel safer, smoother, and more magical 💜✨

Hong Kong weather - best times to visit Hong Kong

Hong KongTravel:Suitable.Umbrella:Advised.UV strength:Low
Hong Kong has a monsoon-influenced subtropical climate which means it is warm and humid all year round, but its coastal location means the weather can be changeable, including sudden thunderstorms and possible typhoons (late-May to mid-September). The coldest months are December to February, when the temperature may fall to 10 °C (50 °F). Summer is long, hot, and rainy, with temperatures averaging between 26-32 °C (79-90 °F). On top of that, visitors can expect frequent showers as it is also the rainy season. Weather in Spring is often pleasant but changeable, so it is considered Shoulder Season with fewer crowds. So the most recommended time to visit Hong Kong is from October to early December.Though Hong Kong is an all-year destination, the Peak Season for tourism is October-December, as well as Chinese New Year (late January or early February). There are many religious festivals and events (trade fairs) in the city, so crowds will increase dramatically. If high humidity doesn’t bother you, the cheapest time to visit Hong Kong is in May and June. This is the best time to look for deals on flights and hotels. Conversely, in the peak months of September to December, flights and accommodations are at their most expensive.
