Phi Phi Islands
✅ Definitely worth it! BUT in what format? We went on a group tour. ➖Cons: - Lots of people on the pier, at breakfast - Lots of people on the boat (you can also find out how many people are planned for the boat) - Lots of people at the location - Not enough time at the location Nuances: We took the early tour (departure before 6:00 AM, instead of 7:30 AM) and hoped to find at least fewer people, but no. The organizers themselves recommend the early tour, so there are a lot of people 😁 Okay, fine. Now about the time at the location. The first stop at Maya Bay takes 30-40 minutes, which includes the drive to the beach and the meeting point at the end. You don't have time to see anything at all, just take some photos, shoot some videos, and wait for a moment when there are no more people. Okay, time to head to the meeting point. Second stop at Pile Bay: 50 minutes - 1 hour. There was enough time for a swim. Third stop: Phi Phi Don Island. 1.5 hours for a walk and lunch. Since we had gotten up early, had already swum and walked around, we were hungry. But first, a walk, and lunch at the end... And you remember how crowded it is, right? 😁 And, of course, there was a huge line for food (there was a buffet, a wide selection, even non-spicy dishes, everything is good here 👍). So, while we were standing in line, there was little time left to "eat," and the rush began to quickly chew and wash down... 👎🏻 Fourth stop (the last one): Bounty Island. It seems like there's no need to rush anymore, you can relax, look at the fish, and see the island, but no 😎 it's too early to relax 😁 Duration: 1.5 hours. And just when you figured out how to breathe through a mask, how to look at the fish, take a quick look around, you're already RUNIN' to the boat to avoid getting stuck on the island... So, at 3:30 PM, we were already at the Phuket pier 😐 At 3:30 PM!!! Question: what was the rush? ➕There are some advantages, too 😁 I found them, think positively, as they say 😃: - See all the islands of the Phi Phi archipelago in one day, perfect if you're short on time in Phuket 👍 - It's also convenient and quick with kids. We even had a baby in our group, and he seemed to handle everything well. - If the purpose of the excursion is photography, that's also suitable – a quick change of locations (if you don't take into account the number of people). Actually, there are two-day excursions. Overnight stays are paid separately, and you choose your own hotel. We spent the night on Phi Phi Don Island (where we had lunch). ➡️ If you want to take your time and explore the islands at your own pace, you can get there on your own by public ferry (cheaper) or take a private tour (more expensive). 💲Our one-day excursion cost about 5,600 rubles per adult. What do you think of the excursion? How was your trip to Phi Phi?

Maya Bay
Phuket, Thailand's largest resort island. Even during the rainy season (June-October), I've compiled eight experiences that I found truly enjoyable! ✨ Recommended for both family trips and adult getaways. ① Savoring Authentic Thai Cuisine Phuket's charm lies in its consistently high-quality cuisine everywhere you eat. I was impressed by the cleanliness of many restaurants, even in tourist areas, making them child-friendly. ② Full-Body Relaxation with Thai Massage The affordable prices make it easy to enjoy a massage almost daily during your stay. Many establishments allow children to wait nearby, making it convenient for family trips. ③ Strolling Through Phuket Old Town Phuket Old Town is a must-visit area. The colorful streets, shops, and cafes make walking around a delightful experience. ♡ Aungku Craft & Café is highly recommended for its charming space and unique goods. ④ Cafe Hopping in Phuket Phuket boasts a high level of cafes, with a wide variety of menus featuring vegetables and fruits. Cannelle Kata - Bakery & Co. left a lasting impression with its sophisticated design and taste. ⑤ Forest Activity Experience Even though it's the rainy season, there are actually many days with only light rain, so it's not a problem. Enjoying activities in the forest allows you to fully experience nature, which is very satisfying! ⑥ Elephant Interaction Experience A precious time to interact with elephants up close. The children were a little nervous at first, but were smiling by the end^^ It was a very memorable part of our trip. ⑦ Tropical Body Painting & Hair Styling A limited-time experience unique to this travel destination. There are henna tattoo shops that offer services in Japanese, making it easy to enjoy! ⑧ Phi Phi Islands Tour The Phi Phi Islands are a world-famous area for its stunning scenery. Island hopping and snorkeling in the emerald green sea was breathtaking! ✨ * Be careful, as the boat can be bumpy on days with high waves. * Due to environmental protection, there are restrictions on landing (only boat tours) around August-September. ◼︎ Summary Phuket has many spots to enjoy even during the rainy season, is safe, and the people are friendly, making it highly recommended for first-time visitors to Thailand. Prices are relatively low, and even in this era of a weak yen, it was a very satisfying trip! ✨ Save the spots that interest you to help plan your trip! #Phuket #OldTown #PhiPhiIsland #PhuketWithKids #PhuketFamilyTravel #ThailandTravel #AsiaTravel #ThaiFood #ThaiCafe #PhuketCafe #PhuketTravel
Phi Phi Islands
Today, Grandma Yee is taking you to check-in at Pileh Lagoon, one of the highlights of Phi Phi Islands. If you visit and skip this spot, it’s like you haven’t truly been here. The boat glides through towering limestone cliffs on both sides, resembling a natural gateway welcoming us into another world. The sea outside is already beautiful, but once you enter the lagoon... Oh my 💙 The emerald green-blue water is crystal clear like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the cliffs and sky. What makes Pileh Lagoon special is its tranquility. It’s a secluded bay surrounded by steep limestone mountains, making the water calm with almost no waves. It’s perfect for floating around leisurely, wearing a life jacket and letting yourself relax in the cool, clear water. Grandma Yee says just soaking in the water brings happiness. Grandma tried jumping off the boat for the first time, and let me tell you, the water was so refreshingly cool! It was so delightful that she couldn’t help but shout out loud, laughing joyfully on the boat. For those who aren’t strong swimmers, don’t worry—life jackets are available, and you can float and take photos with ease. Every corner here is picture-perfect, whether it’s on the boat, floating in the water, or looking up at the towering cliffs adorned with green trees. The grandeur of nature here makes you feel small yet humbly connected. Sunlight hitting the water creates a spectrum of shades, from clear blue to deep green in the deeper areas. You can see the seabed so clearly that it makes you want to dive in and explore underwater. The clarity is a perfect ten out of ten. Another thing Grandma loves is the feeling of being “embraced.” The tall limestone cliffs make it feel like you’re being hugged by nature. It’s both peaceful, safe, and thrilling at the same time. Many people call this place the “natural swimming pool in the middle of the Andaman Sea,” and Grandma wholeheartedly agrees. The atmosphere feels like you’re swimming in an emerald pool with a magnificent view as your backdrop. If you’re visiting Krabi or Phi Phi Islands, make sure to put Pileh Lagoon at the top of your list. This place doesn’t just offer stunning photos for social media but also fills you with energy, happiness, and inspiration. Grandma Yee confirms the bliss 💙 Truly beautiful, truly clear, truly impressive. You’ll definitely want to come back again.
Anawa Krabi
#HotelReview This time, I chose to stay at Anawa Krabi Resort 🏝️. The resort has a great location, close to Ao Nang beach, perfect for those who want to relax, stroll along the shore, and explore the islands. It's wonderful because it's in the heart of Ao Nang. You can walk from the resort to the beach, stroll along the shore, and enjoy the cool breeze in the morning and evening. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and massage parlors nearby. The resort's swimming pool is perfect for chilling all day. In the evening, there's a bar area where you can grab a drink before heading out for dinner. The feeling of staying here is like having both a "resort" and a "tourist town" at the same time. 🚗 Getting around is convenient. It doesn't take long from Krabi Airport, and it's very easy to call a taxi or book an island tour, whether you want to go to Phi Phi Island, Chicken Island, or Hong Island. If you want to stay in a place with easy access to both the beach and the night market, Anawa Krabi Resort is the perfect choice. 🌞🌊
