Rua Dos Ervanarios
Nocturnal magic on Rua dos Ervanarios 🌙✨ Get swept up by the lantern-lit charm of Rua dos Ervanarios, Macau’s vibey backstreet where heritage shophouses meet a buzzing, youthful nightlife. This is THE spot for a stroll after dark—think glowing lights, indie bars, craft shops, and the pulse of the city’s creative scene. 🗺️ Your perfect route: Hop in from Senado Square and wander northwest along Rua dos Ervanarios. Take your time with every side alley—some are painted with quirky murals and hidden art studios. 🍸 Must-do experiences: Pop into a cozy speakeasy for Macanese cocktails, nibble late-night street snacks (egg tarts always!), and browse pop-up galleries that often spill into the street at night. 📸 Insta-worthy photo tips: Snap under the street’s colorful lanterns for that soft, golden glow; don’t miss the old shopfronts with aged wooden doors. Look out for neon-lit art and open windows for moody, cinematic shots—perfect for the night vibe. 🧾 Insider tips: · Go after 7 PM for true night-market energy. · Some bars have secret entrances—if in doubt, follow locals! · The pedestrian lanes are narrow; comfortable shoes are a must. ⚠️ Precautions: This area gets lively and a little crowded at night. Keep an eye on your belongings and watch for passing mopeds when crossing alleys. #Macau #RuaDosErvanarios #Nightlife #TravelTips #CityVibes #travel2026 #celebratewithtrip
Ruins of Saint Paul's
✨ What it felt like: Walking through the historic center felt calm and textured. The pastel buildings and tiled streets gave it a slightly European mood, but the food smells and signs reminded me I was still in Asia. It was easy to slow down here. 👀 What stood out: Around Senado Square, the wave-pattern tiles and soft-colored facades made every corner feel photo-worthy without trying too hard. A short walk up led me to the ruins of St. Paul's Ruins, which felt more peaceful early in the day before crowds arrived. I also noticed how walkable everything was—no need for transport if you stay central. 💡 Exclusive tip: Go early in the morning (before 9 AM) to enjoy the main spots quietly and take cleaner photos—especially at St. Paul’s. Bring water; it gets humid even on cloudy days. ❤️ Personal feeling: It felt like the kind of place where I could walk slowly with family, letting each street surprise us without rushing anywhere. #Macau #HistoricCenter #SlowTravel #CityWalks #AsiaTravel #travel2026#travel#thingstodo

Grand Coloane Resort
If you’re hunting for the ultimate staycation spot in Macau with zero stress and a ton of chill vibes, Grand Coloane Resort is where it's at! Seriously, this place is a gem for families and squad hangouts. You get all the relaxation, minus the overflowing crowds and buzzing casinos — just pure resort bliss. 🌴✨ The Grand Coloane Resort (1918 Estrada de Hac Sá, Coloane, Macau) is packed with next-level amenities for both the young (and young at heart!). We were totally vibing with the lush garden lawns and the fresh ocean breeze—definitely not your typical high-rise, tourist-packed Macau hotel. Think paradise island feels but just minutes from the city center! Our kids basically moved into the garden lawn and kids club playroom—unlimited fun unlocked! But hands down, the highlight was their pool setup. It’s not about flashy slides; instead, their swimming pool is all about good vibes and wholesome fun for everyone. From splashing around to poolside games, we legit lounged and played until the afternoon sun dipped.💦 Feeling hungry? Hit up Café Panorama (open 7am–10pm, right in the lobby). The food is pretty solid and won’t burn a hole in your wallet—a total win for laid-back meals. Getting around is a breeze with their free shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa Palace, so you can explore without breaking a sweat. Major shoutout to the Presidential Suite! This haven comes loaded—two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a full kitchenette (midnight snacks? Yes please!), eight-seater dining hall, and huge balconies with those jaw-dropping views. The master bedroom totally flexes with a jacuzzi AND sauna—ultimate #roomgoals ! The space is sooo massive, we barely wanted to leave our suite. 🤩 If you’re over the crowded casinos and just want to recharge with ultimate comfort, add Grand Coloane Resort to your Macau bucket list ASAP! Book your next getaway on trip.com for those easy-breezy staycation dreams.

JW Marriott Hotel Macau
Galaxy Macau JW Marriott Breakfast Buffet! Is Celebrity Chef Du Hui the strongest hotel buffet breakfast in Macau 🔥? 🍳 Breakfast Buffet or Lunch Buffet? 这是我在澳门吃过最 CRAZIEST 的自助早餐! On Mother's Day, I stayed at the Galaxy JW Marriott Hotel in Macau with my mother. I went to the Urban Kitchen for breakfast. The variety is exaggerated and the quality is high, definitely one of the biggest highlights of this trip ~ This buffet is divided into six areas, basically everything you want to eat: · Steamed dim sum area: shrimp dumplings, siu-mai, and cha-fan hot from the oven, thin skin and beautiful filling · Japanese and Korean area: There is Korean ginseng chicken soup and year cake, unexpectedly great! · Indian area: freshly baked toast + Aloo Bhaji, fragrant · Western hot food + egg section: Eggs Benedict is made to order, the melted egg is super beautiful · Portuguese egg tart: crispy skin and tender inside, constantly coming out of the oven, you can't stop eating · Hong Kong style milk tea + fresh juice bar: milk tea is rich enough, the juice is fresh and super fresh The most exaggerated thing is that there are so many choices that it's like a food market, but everything is done to a standard, it doesn't feel like an ordinary hotel breakfast at all! I ate slowly with my mother and took pictures. After eating, we could go for a walk at Tianlang Taoyuan. This morning was really enjoyable What are you most looking forward to at the breakfast buffet when you visit the hotel?
