The room was nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here the night before my flight home to avoid a long commute from the city in the morning. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which solved my breakfast problem. The scenery around the hotel was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any plane noise. It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to the terminal. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the terminal, but it runs only once an hour, and the timing didn't work out for me. So, I took a bus from the nearby stop directly to the terminal for 2.5 euros. Just a heads up, the French can be a bit slow, so make sure to allow plenty of time for customs and security at the airport.

Hello, in terms of hotels, nothing to complain about. Even if I had to insist because I had reserved breakfast and it did not seem to have been confirmed.
However, in terms of catering there is a lot to review. More flexibility!!!
We stayed there twice in two weeks at KUBE.
Catastrophic wine list: few white wine references and the Sauvignon was disgusting.
Unqualified and very stiff staff. A lot of change in a week.
Too many deposits also on the room on the restaurant reservation. Not to mention a tourist tax which seems not to correspond to the legislation.
Best regards,

The room is fully equipped, there is a small balcony facing avenue de france, daily hygiene and cleaning safety and responsibility, equipped with a lot of tea cups, glasses and bowls, there is also a hot water bottle. There is McDonald's downstairs, a few steps away from restaurants and cake shops, very close to Rer C and Line 14, convenient to travel to Latin areas and other tourist spots. Breakfast 17 euros, buffet, bread, cake, pizza, ham, cheese, fruit, juice, dried fruit, cereal, there is a rich coffee machine, suitable for a full meal to go out. If you want to eat cheaper, McDonald's at the door and the nearby artist bakery are highly recommended.

When I went to check in, I was told that the room wasn't ready and had to wait at the front desk for 2 hours.
There were a lot of photos in the room and it was creepy, but other than that it was ok!

Small, very clean and quiet hotel in a small street a stone's throw from Place Léon Blum. Room a bit small but well equipped. Except the nightstands. Bathroom better than in many hotels. Walk-in shower. Quiet in the room thanks to a soundproof door. Hearty breakfasts. Attractive prices

Eiffel Tower
📍 Place:
Paris, France
✨ What it felt like:
From the quiet mornings at local bakeries to the bustling metro stations, Paris feels alive yet intimate. The Seine’s riverside, the Eiffel Tower in the distance, and the cozy cafés make the city welcoming no matter your budget.
👀 What stood out:
Budget travelers can enjoy crepes and street food for $10–$20/day, while mid-range travelers will find cafés and local meals around $40–$70/day. Hostels and simple Airbnbs start at $25/night, while boutique hotels range $90–$160/night. Walking is free and beautiful—Paris rewards exploration on foot. For luxury stays, 5-star hotels with private views and VIP experiences are around $550–$1100/day. Even small extras like coffee, snacks, or souvenirs can be managed with $5–$20/day depending on your plan.
💡 Exclusive tip:
Visit free museums on the first Sunday of the month, or buy a metro carnet for 10 rides to save on transport. Booking popular attractions online ahead is a lifesaver for mid-range and luxury travelers.
❤️ Personal feeling:
No matter your budget, Paris invites you to slow down, enjoy small details, and capture memories—whether sharing a crepe on the street or a sunset from a rooftop with loved ones.

Eiffel Tower
If you're heading to Paris and planning your itinerary around this list:
❌ The Louvre
❌ Waiting in line for the Eiffel Tower
❌ Hop-on hop-off buses
You risk seeing the most touristy version of Paris and missing out on the real deal.
Here’s what I would choose for 4 days 👇
━━━━━━━━━━
🗼 DAY 1. CLASSIC PARIS WITHOUT THE CROWDS
🌿 Morning:
Trocadéro - The absolute best view of the Eiffel Tower—ideally before 8 AM.
Afterwards: Take a stroll along the Seine. Make sure to snap a photo on Avenue de New York.
☕ Lunch and a walk in the Saint-Germain neighborhood.
Jardin du Luxembourg. One of the most stunning parks in the city.
🌆 Evening: Pont Alexandre III - The most beautiful bridge in Paris at sunset. You can walk over to the tower and listen to live musicians play.
━━━━━━━━━━
🥐 DAY 2. THE PARIS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN
📍Le Marais
My favorite neighborhood in the city.
What to do:
· Get lost in the winding streets
· Pop into little boutiques and explore vintage shops
· Relax at a sidewalk café
· Take your time and don't rush
💡 This is the absolute best way to experience Paris.
If you have time, check out Notre-Dame and the Panthéon. Wander around the 5th arrondissement.
━━━━━━━━━━
🎨 DAY 3. HIDDEN GEMS AND GORGEOUS STREETS
🌿 Morning: Rue de l'Université — One of the best photo spots with the Eiffel Tower.
Afterwards: Rue Crémieux. The most photogenic street in the entire city.
🌆 Evening: Montmartre. But don't just stick to the square by the Sacré-Cœur. Wander the side streets—that's where you'll find the most atmospheric parts of Paris.
Catch a cabaret show at 9 PM or 11 PM.
━━━━━━━━━━
🌅 DAY 4. PARIS AT YOUR OWN PACE
🛍️ Morning: The area around Palais Royal. Arcades, gardens, and hardly any crowds. Check out the Tuileries Garden too.
In the afternoon, let yourself get lost in the 1st and 2nd arrondissements; there are so many charming streets here. Take a walk down the Champs-Élysées. And definitely pop into the Petit Palais—it's free and has an incredibly beautiful courtyard garden.
✨ Final evening:
Just grab a croissant, get a coffee, and watch the sunset along the banks of the Seine. Or have a picnic by the Eiffel Tower at the Champ de Mars.
No to-do lists.
No rushing around.
No checking off boxes.
━━━━━━━━━━
💡 What I'd skip:
❌ Going up the Eiffel Tower
❌ Spending half a day at the Louvre (unless you're a massive art buff)
❌ Bus tours
❌ Endless lines just for the "mandatory photos"
Paris doesn't reveal itself through landmarks.
It shows its true colors through:
🥐 Coffee on a terrace
🌿 Wandering with no set route
✨ Beautiful side streets
🌅 Golden hour light
That's the Paris you'll remember the most 🇫🇷🤍

L'As du Fallafel
Think it’s impossible to find delicious and affordable food in Paris? The French capital is notorious for its steep prices, but locals know all the hidden gems. Bookmark this roundup of awesome spots where you can grab a hearty lunch for just €10–€15! 🇫🇷👇
🏢 1. Bouillon Chartier
This is a legendary chain of historic dining halls that’s been around since 1896. It boasts a stunning Belle Époque interior, and waiters in classic vests write your bill right on the paper tablecloth. The best part? The prices will blow your mind.
The damage: Appetizers (like their famous escargot) start at €3, hot meat entrees with a side start at €10, and a glass of wine is just €2 and up. Get there right when they open or book ahead, or you’ll be stuck waiting in a massive line!
🥞 2. Crêpe Quarter on Rue du Montparnasse
Right by the Montparnasse train station, there’s an entire street lined with traditional Breton crêperies. The most popular and wallet-friendly ones are Crêperie de Pont-Aven and Crêperie Plougastel.
The damage: A savory buckwheat crêpe (galette) loaded with ham, cheese, and an egg runs about €8–€11. They also offer killer combo deals (a savory galette + a sweet crêpe + a glass of cider) for just €13–€15.
3. L'As du Fallafel
An iconic joint right in the heart of the Marais Jewish quarter. Even Lenny Kravitz has eaten here! This is world-class street food. There’s always a line out the door, but it moves super fast.
The damage: A massive, juicy takeaway pita stuffed with falafel, eggplant, and their signature sauce costs around €10. One portion is enough to keep you full for half the day.
🍝 4. Pasta Papa (Pasta Bar Chain)
If you’re burnt out on French food and craving some classic carbs, look no further. This is a fantastic local chain serving up massive portions of fresh, handmade pasta.
The damage: A huge plate of pasta with your choice of sauce (anything from carbonara to bolognese) will set you back €11–€14. The portions are seriously gigantic—you can easily split one between two people.
🛒 5. The Secret Spot: Asian Eateries in Belleville
If you’re on a super tight budget, head over to the Belleville neighborhood. It’s packed with dozens of amazing Chinese and Vietnamese bistros (like Dong Huong).
The damage: A giant bowl of flavorful pho or a hearty plate of meat fried rice will only cost you €8–€10. It’s incredibly filling, authentic, and as budget-friendly as it gets.

Food tips
Eiffel Tower
Hôtel Botaniste is a small boutique hotel in the green and aristocratic 16th arrondissement of Paris. It feels like home: the warm staff, elegant interior, and manicured garden make it the perfect place for a leisurely city break. 🌳
The rooms are decorated in a French style with botanical motifs. 🌿 I appreciate the spacious rooms, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and neat bathrooms. 🛁 Ideal for couples and families with children, thanks to the calm and safe atmosphere and proximity to the metro.
Breakfast is served as a small buffet with gluten-free options upon request. The hotel also features a cozy garden and a small bar, perfect for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine. 🥂
The location is convenient for visiting the Parc des Princes, Roland Garros, and quick access to the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. The area is quiet and green, making it a good choice for those who want to be close to the main attractions but in a more tranquil setting. The Louvre is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. We used UBER.
Book your room in advance on Trip 💙—small hotels like this fill up quickly! A family room consists of two standard rooms connected by a small hallway. Suitable for 2+2 or 2+1 guests.

Notre-Dame Cathedral of Paris
Everyone dreams of romance, but the real Paris can be a shock for the unprepared tourist. Save this honest checklist so you won't be disappointed by the French capital! 🇫🇷👇
🎟️ 1. No spontaneous museum visits
Forget the phrase "we'll just buy tickets at the door." The lines at the ticket offices for the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower can take 3–4 hours, and during peak season, same-day tickets simply don't exist.
Rule: Buy all your tickets strictly online 2–3 weeks in advance on the official websites.
🚇 2. The Metro is an obstacle course and a test of endurance
The Paris Metro is old, sometimes dirty, and confusing. There are almost no escalators or elevators—be prepared to lug your suitcases up the stairs yourself.
Important: Pickpockets in the Metro are professionals. Wear your backpack on your front and never keep your phone in your back pocket.
🧾 3. The "sitting" tax at cafes
In Parisian bistros, the price of the exact same coffee varies: it's cheapest at the bar (au comptoir), and 20–50% more expensive at a table on the terrace or inside (en salle).
Good to know: The waiters here aren't lazy; they just operate at a different pace. Don't rush them—for the French, lunch is a sacred 1.5 to 2-hour ritual. By law, they must provide regular tap water (Carafe d’eau) for free if you ask.
🚫 4. Sketchy neighborhoods (where not to stay)
Choose your hotel wisely. Avoid the areas around the train stations (Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est) and the northern outskirts (the 18th, 19th, and 20th arrondissements, excluding the Montmartre hill). It's unsafe and very dirty there at night. The city center (the 1st through 9th arrondissements) is ideal, albeit more expensive.
👟 5. Forget about heels
Paris is a walking city. Any shoes with thin soles or stilettos will get ruined on the local cobblestones on day one. Bring your most reliable, comfortable sneakers.
💬 Which of these surprised you the most? Let me know in the comments!
From March to May is spring in Paris, with its flowers in full bloom and abounding in romantic vibes. The weather turns warmer and is not humid during the summer which lasts from June to August. This is also the peak tourist season. Come July and August, the river banks would be overlaid with sand and resembling a beach. July also happens to be the shopping season whereby every shopping area would be giving huge discounts on their merchandise. The weather starts to turn colder during the autumn from September to November so do remember to bring some warmer clothing. Winter in Paris is really cold, and there is a big temperature difference between indoors and outdoors; you must bring winter garb. You could soak in the atmosphere at the many fairs and events prior to Christmas.
