It's a wonderful spot to enjoy Kita-Satsuma Takasaki Beef from Kagoshima Prefecture ✨ ⁡ For their signature shabu-shabu, the rich broth is made with freshly shaved bonito flakes prepared right after you order ◎ We had the mixed platter featuring both Takasaki Beef and Roppaku Kurobuta (premium Berkshire pork) ♡ It was served with plenty of fresh vegetables and homemade sesame ponzu sauce ♡ ⁡Then came the decadent clay pot rice topped with Takasaki Beef! Since there were two of us, we ordered 1.5 portions (go), but we couldn't finish it all, so they kindly made the leftovers into rice balls for a perfect late-night snack 🍙 ⁡ The rich, marbled beef cutlet was served with steak sauce, soy sauce, salt, and wasabi. The batter was perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious ✨ ⁡ They also offer a great selection of a la carte dishes, including yukhoe, squid shumai, and sesame mackerel ♡ ⁡ Thanks for the delicious meal ☺️ ⁡

And as you cross the ancient stone bridge spanning the Vardar River, you'll find his father, Philip II, standing on the opposite bank. And the whipped cream was incredibly delicious♡ I love whipped cream so much (*'▽'*)♪ ⁡ The Swan Cream Puff has crispy white chocolate wings that are a great touch! The choux pastry, of course, and the custard were also absolutely delicious🦢 ⁡ There were 4 types of tea, and I chose a citrus one.
