It's a wonderful spot to enjoy Kita-Satsuma Takasaki Beef from Kagoshima Prefecture ✨ ⁡ For their signature shabu-shabu, the rich broth is made with freshly shaved bonito flakes prepared right after you order ◎ We had the mixed platter featuring both Takasaki Beef and Roppaku Kurobuta (premium Berkshire pork) ♡ It was served with plenty of fresh vegetables and homemade sesame ponzu sauce ♡ ⁡Then came the decadent clay pot rice topped with Takasaki Beef! Since there were two of us, we ordered 1.5 portions (go), but we couldn't finish it all, so they kindly made the leftovers into rice balls for a perfect late-night snack 🍙 ⁡ The rich, marbled beef cutlet was served with steak sauce, soy sauce, salt, and wasabi. The batter was perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious ✨ ⁡ They also offer a great selection of a la carte dishes, including yukhoe, squid shumai, and sesame mackerel ♡ ⁡ Thanks for the delicious meal ☺️ ⁡

A mid-range budget leaves more room for casual meals, a comfortable room, museums, and the occasional taxi. At the premium level, the focus shifts toward private transport, city-view stays, fine dining, and rooftop evenings. What stayed consistent for me was the pleasure of exploring the streets and stopping for photos. 💡 Exclusive tip: I would plan the central sights on foot and save transport for longer distances. There are so many of them at every turn that it becomes an attraction, simultaneously awe-inspiring and a cultural shock. This project, called "Skopje 2014," has transformed the city center into a gigantic open-air museum. In the center, on Macedonia Square, stands the "Warrior on Horseback." Everyone knows this is Alexander the Great, but due to disputes with Greece, the monument was officially given a different name. Surrounded by fountains with lions, it looks truly monumental. The banks of the Vardar River are simply littered with hundreds of statues, including ancient rulers and saints. Alongside these ancient heroes, you can stumble upon curious objects, such as a monument to electricians or strange art objects. The abundance and mixture of styles is truly dazzling. Sculptures are everywhere: in squares, on bridges, on rooftops, and even on building facades. It's so dense that the city itself is sometimes obscured by the monuments, and a walk becomes a struggle to spot yet another statue among others. Skopje is a unique, slightly absurd city, where monuments have become the protagonists of street theater. Is it worth visiting? Definitely, if you want to see something completely unusual and form your own opinion about this architectural experiment. You might not like it, but you'll definitely remember it.
