The stay in infinite a dak bungalow was outstanding. If you want a peaceful time with your family and want to enjoy the property, this is the place you should come to. The tariff are worth your stay here. Food is excellent and staff is very friendly and hospitable.

We stayed with family including 2 kids in superior ac twin room for one night, room was spacious, and washroom was clean and tidy. Full marks for the food and drinks. The view from balcony was towards residential area, would have loved to see some tea plantations, but other than that our stay at the bliss was pleasant and comfortable

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

All the things was outstanding & excellent. Stay was good , food was good , services were good , staff caring & behaviour was also good .

Right from the welcome drinks lovely mock-tail rooms surprisingly clean and fresh but do remember to carry your own handwash as that was a big thing missing in bathroom as we arrived on saturday dinner in the restaurant was soo nice one of best dinner we ever had as live music was soo soothing the clap box instrument was better than a drum-set lovely like all there song if you don't get a room as it's booked fully most of the time do come for dinner on saturday night that's an experience in itself also morning breakfast was very lavish atleast lot of healthy options like papaya, dalia, boiled eggs, sambhar vada fresh curd and stuffed pranthas cornflakes milk not to mention other unhealthy options like canned juice which is mostly dissolved sugar, sandwiches friend potatoes rest parking is very abundant check in and check out was a breeze thanks to neha and anil ji best place to visit in palampur if not staying then one can have dinner on saturday night

The property is nice and provide great views of dhauladhar mountain range. Room we stayed in was nice and big. However, they heavily rely on trainees for on ground operations that makes the experience a bit dull. There were delays in room service delivery and breakfast quality was not upto the expectations one can have from brands like sarovar portico.

Good, clean and hygienic resort offering room and restaurant services with its two in-house restaurants - one inside the resort and one facing the road. Good open balcony, and a wide corridor outside the rooms. It is located sixteen kms. From palampur bus stand and is suitable for peace loving people. Those who need to go to palampur will have to travel 16 kms. By bus or car. Buses are available just outside the resort.
