Absolutely outstanding experience. Stayed for 4 nights - Mon-Fri in June in Room 107 and booked directly. Requested low floor as read previously long wait with the lift (9 floors one lift). It was perfect never having to wait for the lift. We had complimentary bubbles, mini bar, welcome drinks and nice surprise with outside terrace. Room is very clean. I never walk around hotel room bare foot but had no issues this time. Room is spacious, bed is sooooo comfy! Air con temperature and air flow is perfect and bathroom is very spacious, lots of room around the sink. Note no single use toiletries, if you need anything like I did with shower cap, just ask at Reception. Staff are all attentive and polite. Wifi is very easy to connect and never disconnects or signal issues. I understand what others have said about the breakfast / does lack variety but has all the staples. Never a queue for anything at he breakfast bar. Tip with the cappuccino - add an extra expresso shot for oomph. Turkish bath/jacuzzi was a nice touch but no swimming pool. Art is personal taste and yes the corridors had a black theme not to everyone’s taste but just in and out the hallways. Enjoyed the lounge area on Floor E - great for people watching and relaxing with a drink. Also, the A1 to airport is opposite the hotel (5 second walk). Journey takes 25 minutes. It takes 15 mins to walk to main station for bus/train or generally around 20 minutes within the city. The big department store is 5 mins away (huge supermarket in the basement), 15 mins to the cathedral. Made it in 30 mins or so to the City Beach. Very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again and any other HM Hotel branch. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We spent three nights here mid May. A lovely, relaxed few days in a great hotel. We will return. Staff friendly, beach in front is great, beds are super comfortable, lovely views from our eighth floor balcony. Yes Cala Major is not the most upmarket place but the hotel is on the outskirts and as far as we could see the first location from Palma centre that has a proper beach rather than a marina view. Ten mins by taxi to the city centre. Hotel restaurant was great for dinner when we arrived late at night and a final lunch before we left. Breakfast was great. Two minor points- firstly our toiletries in our room were not full, they should be filled before every guests arrival I feel. By the end of our stay getting hair conditioner from the pump was a five minute job!! Secondly breakfast buffet (superb choice) needs small plates and spoons need to be laid on the table with knives, forks and coffee cups. Minor points. We will return, we have decided it will become our child free mini break spot!

Room was very basic! Smallest shower room ever! No drawers! Tiny hanging space! Room smelled damp! Air con was ok but would reset itself to higher temp! Window doesn’t open! Very small pool! Check out 12 noon (night flight home & no facility for proper shower before leaving!). No comfy seating areas. Staff very friendly. Could order drinks & food which got delivered to pool area (where there aren’t enough beds but we were lucky in that respect) had to go down from pool to room to use toilet. Got pool towel from reception leaving deposit. Could’ve gone that with kettle too but didn’t bother. Good selection of complimentary drinks in room on arrival - had to pay to replenish stocks incl water! (didn’t bother as little shop next door sold water, drinks, ice creams). Great selection at breakfast…… but this is not a 4 star hotel!! & it’s about 20/25 min walk into central area - poss just a tad too far out for a city break. Not disability friendly.

Fantastic hotel, rooms were very clean. There was lots of reviews saying the staff were rude. However if you do stupid things like turning up to dinner when it’s just closing they would probably be quite keen to kick you out because they need to clean and get home to there families duhhh. That asides the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help. The bus stop was across the road. I will stay here again. Only booked breakfast and it was very good loads of choice and fresh

The environment is very good, there is no parking lot, but the hotel is surrounded by free parking spaces, it is worth staying, the location is very close to the beach and very close to the central area of Palma. But the best beach in Mallorca is in the northwest, here is the southwest.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Cannot fault the place at all. Everything was clean, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was to die for. We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.

Hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk from the old town. But not downtown. The rooms are very tall (relative to Germany and the Netherlands). The beds are 1.5 meters wide. There is a Spanish desk on the TV in the TV. The bathroom is particularly large. The only bad thing was the room on the side of the road. The car outside the window was louder early in the morning. Downstairs is the Chinese restaurant outside the building, opened by Zhejiang aunt. Go to work at 1 in the afternoon. Hotel service is also good.

Welcome to paradise. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel is situated off a narrow street and within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very well appointed and always immaculate. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. The only criticism I would make about breakfast is that you should provide guests with a menu for hot breakfast. We had a few drinks in the bar during our stay and it was very quiet. An idea would be to have some low level background music on. It truly was a delightful stay at this hotel. Palma is such an amazing city with plenty to see and do. Thank you to all the staff at the Summum for a great holiday.

This is my second visit to hotel Gloriasauntjaume and it really was as good as, if not better , than I remembered. The location is just fantastic , literally a stones throw from all the key areas yet in a quiet street . The facilities are superb with : A fabulous roof terrace to enjoy coffee , lie in the sun , cool off in the plunge pool with jacuzzi or to have a cocktail ( I really recommend the Gloria cocktail of vermouth /cava) watching the sunset over Palmas church steeples/ roof tops. ( my default on this trip!) Better still when the sun sets move to the indoor pool and spa area - these facilities are just a real luxury that you really do not expect to find - with pool , sauna, steam room and loungers you can continue to relax and unwind !! Hotel rooms are just beautifully and stylishly furnished /decorated in the period yet practical incorporating Bluetooth sound systems and smart tv systems and great lighting - I was lucky enough to get allocated room 103 on this occasion with 2 huge floor to ceiling 12ft windows with balcony and free standing period bath with art deco lighting - but my previous room allocation was equally grand I didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant this time for dinner but I heard great things from a fellow guest - what I can testify for are the breakfasts (and cheese board)- the quality and presentation of every item was just first class and the cooked menu choice just superb- a taste sensation !! BUT as always it’s the team at any hotel can make or break an experience and this team are just soooo accommodating - from my initial enquiry and throughout my stay each and every person I met ( reception , bar staff , breakfast staff , chef , room service and maintenance ) were genuinely friendly and welcoming wherever possible anticipating my needs - a special mention to Laura from breakfast , Lisa from the bar and of course Daniela and the other front of house staff ( apologies I didn’t get all your names …but each one of you enhanced my stay in some way ) Just a fabulous hotel - the hotel manager should be very proud of the team they have !

They were informative and very helpful when dealing with any requests or sorting out the odd problem. The location of the hotel is great, in the centre of the old city but tucked away. The rooftop is a lovely spot for lunch and catching some sun. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Loved the turn down service treats. Breakfast was excellent and all overseen brilliantly by Melissa. We had a fantastic stay in Palma and the hotel was a major part of a lovely week.

We had a 3 day business event at the Victoria Gran Melia and were very happy with the organisation (thanks to Marta). The meeting rooms very spacious and really nice and as they are located in a different building to the main hotel it was quiet and we had the place to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and extremely flexible when break times had to be changed with very short notice. The rooms we had overlooked the marina and were also very spacious and comfortable. The only point I'd mention is the check-in. We had 50 people and everyone had to give their passport details as well as a credit card. This could be sped up by having the team upload the information prior to arriving but due to GDPR rules we weren't allowed to collect passport details. The receptionists were unfortunately very slow and some had to wait more than 30 minutes to check in. But apart from that we can highly recommend the Victoria Gran Melia for business purposes as it's also a mere 20 minute stroll along the marina to the centre and the concierges are very helpful with organising taxis.

Just returned from a 4 nights stay at this hotel. WOW! I do not stay in fancy hotels usually so this was a real treat. We received a voucher for a welcome drink which we enjoyed on the rooftop pool area. The pool area does not have a lot of Sun loungers so keep this in mind if you want to be able to sunbathe. We booked a jacuzzi room and had read a few negative reviews about it. The rooms are incredible! They get sun most of the day, yes they are overlooked by apartments but the people don’t stare down. Yes you can see over the wall to the rooms next door but once you are lying in your lounger or in the jacuzzi it’s absolutely fine. The rooms were immaculate with lots of nice touches like free water, robes and a really good hairdryer. The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of variety and good for setting up for a day of walking around. The hotel is close to Jaume III shopping street and around 15 mins from the Cathderal. We took the bus to Cala Major beach which was around 15 mins. The hotel staff were really nice and the place was so clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. I stayed here for a few nights whilst working in Palma. Good location for the centre and assortment of restaurants The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised but very pleased to see that instead of having phones in the rooms all communications can be done via WhatsApp, including asking them to call me a taxi when none were around when finishing work. 10/10 for this service. Rooms are ok, very clean (as is the whole hotel) and comfortable. There's a safe, fridge but no coffee making facility. Wifi was good. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower. I would have stayed here longer but the breakfast was very poor, served to almost covid style practices. called a buffet style but not where you can serve yourself - not even fruit or cereals, eggs can be ordered but portions are small, as a result I had to check out and into another hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

We opted for this hotel as plan b as the family hotel for the wedding was booked. Location for this hotel is prime in the chic district for small restaurants and fancy shopping. Check in was a breeze, and we were escorted to our room after a thorough tour of the small yet very well appointed facilities. The room was #7, and it was perfect. Great AC and shower … large tv with cable. We were served out morning cappuccinos spotlessly, and the restaurant freshens and quality was superb. Cold champagne bottles and elegant service. Beautiful bar area a terrace too. Did not visit the rooftop pool area. Elevator was damaged and fixed immediately..!!!! Damaris and Danny were outstanding in solving private transportation logistics to our group, as well as last minute large group reservations for fine dinning. This hotel was a great surprise. Would return to this hotel as frequently as possible.

The hotel is located very close to the Palma Auditorium area. The most basic rooms are fine, but nothing special. In our opinion they would improve a lot if they had a kettle and some tea bags, a service that we have found in countless hotels of a much less category than this. It is only offered in the superior rooms. Another point that we did not like anything are the pillows, very tall and hard. The room was also not in very good condition. The roof had very visible humidity chas. What we really liked was the friendliness of the staff, always ready to help you. We also liked the breakfast, which is quite complete. The gym is very good, as are the swimming pools and the sauna. As for the location there are supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops nearby. The center is about 20 minutes walk.

we chose melia palma bay because it was close to the beach. we had a very comfortable family room (2bedrooms 2bathrooms). everyday we asked reception for beach towels and headed to the beach which was 5 min walk away. we either stayed on the towels on the beach or rented beds from Assaona beach club (amazing food). another convenient feature was a bus stop in front of the hotel which takes you straight into the city centre/shopping area in less than 5 minutes. i never figured out where the bus stop back was so we ended up circling the whole city on the bus on the way back. special shoutout to staff at reception - thank you, you were so so nice and helped with everything!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Can Cera while escaping the cold wet British weather in February. It is such a lovely place and its size and space make it feel as if you are staying in a grand house, which we loved. The public areas are lovely places to sit, and the room we had was very comfortable. We felt so at home and totally relaxed from the moment we arrived, and the staff are really excellent. We were looked after very well and the breakfast was great. Our stay at Palacio Can Marques was the absolute highlight of our trip to Mallorca! Do not hesitate to book this luxe, charming, elegant, and incredibly unique property. PROS: The suites were amazing - large, spotless, incredibly comfortable. It does feel like you're staying at a (albeit) wealthy friend's mansion - not some cookie cutter hotel that you've stayed in many time before. I stayed in the Eden suite and it was heaven. The suite was so beautifully appointed. I was so inspired by the design of the space. The suite even had its own private elevator. I never wanted to leave!!!! The location - also amazing in every way! I have a minor foot injury and I didn't have to worry at all about covering the sights of Palma as everything was 5 minutes walking away - or less. It's in the heart of Old Town Palma. There are incredible restaurants of every price level, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, all within steps of the beautiful front door. You are also steps to the gorgeous cathedral and palace. What was also great about the hotel's location is that several tours that I booked picked up just a few steps away. It was so easy to meet them without going far or getting lost trying to find them. Same with the paella cooking class that I booked - the location was around the corner about a 3 minute walk away. The common areas of the hotel are gorgeous all around. Go to the rooftop for a drink and see the cathedral all lit up and the port from your bar stool. The leafy courtyard every morning for breakfast was a dream. It was a nice little respite from the hustle of the city. The same goes with the lobby. My feet needed a break from walking and I was able to find a quiet spot for tea in the afternoon -- but once I was ready to hit the city again everything was just outside the door in the gorgeous alleys of Old Town Palma. I'm saving the best PRO for last - which was the service. To the breakfast staff every morning - THANK YOU. Your friendly service each morning was a great start to each vacation day. Thank you to the chefs who put out a delicious breakfast spread each morning with all sorts of egg dishes, pastries, breads, and fresh fruit juices. To housekeeping: the entire place was spotless. The cleanliness of the hotel really stands out from other properties that I have stayed at. To the female general manager, I believe: I'm sorry I did not get your name, but you were always welcoming and gracious and made me and my husband feel warm and welcomed each time we saw you. We stayed at a different property on the island for the first part of our trip and there was a stark contrast from the general manager there to the one here. It's nice to feel welcomed and not a nuisance when you have to ask a basic question. A very special shoutout to Edi, Abde and Antonia! I saw you guys multiple times during my stay and your hospitality really stands out. Edi - thank you for helping my husband with a cup of tea that he needed when he wasn't feeling
