As a solo traveler, I wanted a place that was convenient and safe, and if your budget allows, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic. Right across the street, you'll find Boots and Tesco. Covent Garden is just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel. The National Gallery and Trafalgar Square are a 10-minute walk, and the British Museum is about 20 minutes away – all easily reachable on foot. There are also bus stops right outside and two nearby Tube stations, making it incredibly easy to get around to attractions or just explore, whether by public transport or walking. The room was clean and tidy. Though small, it had everything I needed (except for slippers and a toothbrush, which you'll need to bring). My deluxe double room would be a bit of a squeeze for two people (especially with two suitcases), but for one person, it was perfect! One large suitcase fits comfortably. They provide an eco-friendly water bottle, and there's a water refill station by the elevators, which is very convenient. I stayed for 7 nights, and the front desk staff even gave me a really nice room. All the staff are very friendly!

Facilities: Well-equipped and very new. Hygiene: Relatively clean. Environment: Very quiet. There's a dedicated walkway to T4, so you don't need to go outside. It takes about two minutes to get into the terminal, which is super convenient. The two hotels are together, and the overall environment is very good; despite being right next to the airport, it's not noisy. Service: Very warm and thoughtful.

Everything was great, as always! It’s not my first time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason. The room, bed, and pillows are super comfy, the staff are excellent and always do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Great breakfast and an overall lovely stay — highly recommend!

Earls Court London|4.92km from city center
This was a great place for a short stay. The front desk staff were friendly, and essential amenities were provided. I was briefly concerned the window wasn't closing, but I managed to shut it myself. However, my only recommendation is to avoid eating at the hotel, as the meals are quite overpriced. The location is excellent, being close to a bus stop and a supermarket. While it's a bit removed from major attractions, it should be fine as long as there are no public transport disruptions like strikes.

Bayswater London|3.99km from city center
The room had a calm, welcoming feel, kept clean and comfortable throughout the stay, and it made settling in almost effortless. The bed was cosy, the lighting soft, and the space carried a gentle warmth that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Every corner felt thoughtfully maintained, and everything worked as expected, with no small hassles or surprises. The staff were attentive in a quiet, professional way, present when needed, yet never intrusive: always ready to help without hovering. Their consistency added a sense of ease to the stay, making even simple interactions feel smooth. Service stayed steady from check-in to check-out, with each step handled clearly and without delay. Little requests were taken care of quickly, often before they became concerns. The atmosphere of the place held a reassuring calm, giving the stay a pleasant rhythm. All in all, it felt like a simple, steady place to rest, offering comfort without complication.
