This hotel is located at the tip of the southwest peninsula of Panglao Island, and tranquility is its main feature. It has a private beach, and the hotel's annex building houses commercial services for dining and shopping, although the selection isn't extensive. The hotel's own breakfast spread is incredibly rich and delicious! We were upgraded to a full ocean-view room, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. Spending two days just relaxing at the hotel was definitely worth it.

I was very disappointed after seeing breakfast buffet in this hotel! Knowing that it wasn’t cheap hotel and has lots of branches over Philippines, I didn’t expect that the buffet would be considering only Philippino and Chinese taste. Eggs weren’t even cooked well, hash brown smelled with old oil, most of the food contains pork, not much fruit choice ( only two ) , coffee tasted as though coffee machine wasn’t cleaned for ages. I raised a complaint knowing I had food poisoning after 2 consecutive days! All I heard is sorry we can provide you veggies … is it a best offer knowing how much we paid for this hotel! Then at least give people option of not including breakfast to the room price. Concerning room no problem, clean and nice.

I was really worried after seeing some negative reviews online, but my experience here totally exceeded my expectations! Right from the entrance, there's a dedicated security guard with a firearm, and they check your reservation details every time you come in. The views are absolutely unbeatable. The BBC rooms are quieter than the Ocean and Thomas room types because there are fewer of them. The staff are also fantastic and very welcoming! If you walk a few hundred meters from the hotel entrance, you can take a tuk-tuk or just walk to the main road outside where there's a 7-Eleven and some local street food restaurants. A tuk-tuk to Alona Beach costs 200 pesos. If you have some space in your luggage, I recommend bringing some instant noodles, just in case you don't fancy the restaurant food – it's a good backup! 😁 Walking along the beach towards the Ocean and Thomas resorts, they both have security guards who will ask for your room number. Every time I went there and met a guard, they were all really nice and let me look around. The beach in front of Thomas has a lot of seaweed, the Ocean's beach is decent, but BBC's is absolutely stunning! Everyone's experience is different, of course.

This is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. What I enjoyed the most was the view wherever part of the hotel you are; whether you're at the balcony, or on the rooftop restaurant bar, poolside, or sunbathing area. The view is stunning! ✨ The staffs, they all have good manners and that's what matters most when it comes to treating guests. They are very polite and trained well. Not to mention their foods, it's all delicious and affordable. The whole stay was great and we had so much fun! Perfect place to relax with your family or loved ones! 👌💗

The room was very well equipped; a large and comfortable bed, a very spacious wardrobe, a safe, a fridge, a TV, a terrace with a table, chairs, and a wooden drying rack, plus air conditioning. The breakfast was good, although there wasn't much variety. I missed having proper coffee from a machine; they only had instant coffee. It's quiet and in a good location, close to Alona beach and restaurants. Very clean. There's a pool with a garden and sun loungers. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Recommended.

I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, but the experience was wonderful from the start. There were two friendly dogs at the front desk, which immediately made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. The front desk staff member, Christine, was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay, from check-in all the way to check-out. She patiently answered my questions, recommended a famous local BBQ restaurant nearby, and even gave me directions on how to get there! :) The hotel's location is quite good. It is within a 10-minute walk to the main road, yet still peaceful and quiet. After 10 PM, there was hardly any noise at all. I stayed in a ground-floor room with a swimming pool view and was able to sleep comfortably without needing earplugs. The room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the basic toiletries and amenities I needed. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. One of my favorite moments was waking up in the morning to a beautiful, bright orange sky. It was a lovely way to start the day. Overall, I had a great stay and truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. :)

Отель неплохой, номера просторные, с отдельным входом. Хороший бассейн. Единственно, прямого выхода к пляжу с улицы, на которой расположен отель, нет. Потому что рядом стоят другие отели. И приходится обходить и делать большой круг. Поэтому хоть и стоит расстояние до пляжа 500 метров, идти придется почти 1.5 км или заказывать транспорт. Ресторан при отеле хороший, по вторникам живая музыка. Было бы еще хорошо, если бы в душ поставили мыло и шампунь. Постоянно просить на ресепшен пакетики, так как при уборке их не долаживают, немного напрягает.

The room was good and clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. We arrived after the check-in desk had closed, but I contacted reception via WhatsApp, and they left the keys with the security guard. The pool is quite spacious, though not very deep. Relaxing by it after diving was really enjoyable. The only downside for me was the blanket being too warm and the A/C blowing directly on the bed, making it tricky to find a comfortable setup for both. WiFi worked well near the pool, on the balcony, and in the living room, but not on the bed. However, that wasn’t a big issue for us.

The location is very good, right next to Bestwestern, and it takes 3 to 4 minutes to walk to the central McDonald's and the beach. However, there is a quagmire and gravel road outside the hotel. It is very harsh and muddy, and it is difficult to walk on. Driving is also very shaking. The room hygiene and hardware are very average and not as good as the domestic Hanting. However, the design of the hotel's public area is still more thoughtful. Breakfast is a fixed set meal and the standard is average.

The cottages and grounds are very beautiful. There's a pool. The room is also very pleasant, clean, and well-decorated. There's a kettle, cups, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes. If you're on a bike, the location won't disappoint. Otherwise, the nearest beach is a 10-15-minute walk away, and it's exclusively for local Filipinos. From this beach, if you turn right, you'll reach Dumaluan Beach, which is clean and beautiful, clearly catering to tourists. There's a laundry room nearby; the hotel doesn't do laundry. There are shops, all of which accept cash only. Breakfast is an extra charge, but the selection is standard.

This is a mixed review as at first it was terrible. I selected the resort for my birthday the room I got the shower and toilet seat were broken. There was no hot water and the room was very small. The restaurant food wasn't good, neither were the drinks. I complained bitterly and was upgraded to a deluxe room which was far superior. I recommend only to choose a deluxe room as the others are old and too compact.

Overall a normal hotel, the most adequate in price of all on the first line, breakfasts are small, but always different. BUT there is a big minus, this is the beach, Alona Beach is a beach for divers, you will not get a beach holiday here, the whole beach is in boats and yachts, even if you go to the beach of the Henana hotel, there is also not super beautiful water and sand. We did not know that this is a divers' beach. Otherwise we would have stayed in Cebu to continue our holiday.

Unavailable sir. That about sums up my experience anytime I inquired about something on the food menu. Prices are high, as any hotel would be, but to have so many options unavailable such as all sodas is wild. No soap and shampoo holder in shower which is a baffling design choice. Bed is one of the firmest I've slept on while the pillows are some of the softest and thinnest, weird combo. Thought they had a lazy pool to float around the ring but no tubes and no current soo bit bummed. Location is a little out there with rocky roads and not much grab availability since most do not want to drive their cars down there. That said - Wifi was reliable, air con worked well and everyone was super friendly. 50/50 on returning in the future.. Need to fix the restaurant supply issues and service in the restaurant.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beach. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided fruit, though no welcome drink. The mangoes were delicious! Breakfast was à la carte, and the taste was decent. The staff were friendly and diligent with cleaning. Getting to the hotel with luggage was a bit inconvenient as you have to pull it across the beach, but you can contact the hotel beforehand, and they'll transport it for you for free. The beach is lively at night, and during the day, it's never boring just lounging by the sea. The beach leads directly to the most bustling street with tons of dining options and several convenience stores. Apart from the hotel undergoing renovations which wasn't communicated in advance, everything else was great. It's definitely worth staying here.

Many thanks to all the staff and Aron in particular. We lived like with our grandmother in the village among our own people. The rooms were cleaned every day with bed linen changed. Very quiet and peaceful. There are also scooters for rent for a reasonable price of 350 per day. The location is convenient, not far from the beach and the Mist restaurant. All the staff are very friendly and polite. We were leaving the hotel with a group and just wanted to cry 🙈 After staying for several days and looking at other hotels, including Khenany, we extended our rooms. Thank you very much again for a wonderful vacation!

I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my recent stay. Firstly, I found the bed to be quite firm, to the point that it affected my comfort. Rather than feeling well-rested, I experienced some back discomfort. A more balanced or supportive mattress would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, it appeared that the hotel may be understaffed. When I required assistance with my luggage, there were no staff members readily available, despite the absence of an elevator and the presence of only stairs. I do, however, appreciate the effort of the room service staff member who kindly assisted me. Increasing staff availability, particularly for guest assistance, would be highly beneficial. Regarding breakfast, while the offering was satisfactory, the selection seemed limited and some items were not replenished promptly. More consistent refilling of food items would improve the dining experience for guests. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to further improving the quality of service and guest comfort.

We stayed at the hotel 03-04.02. The location is good, 10 minutes walk to the beach, you can go to the right or left from 7/11 through the hotel. The furniture is a bit ”tired”, there are only 2 sockets in the room, there was a fumigator. Very friendly hosts - we checked in a day later and did not use breakfast, they offered it to us for lunch. They helped with a taxi. There is a construction site nearby, but there was no noise.

The location isn't too remote; it's a 20-minute walk from Alona Beach or a 5-minute taxi ride. The environment is relatively quiet, and they have dogs (very cute!), though their barking occasionally isn't a big issue. Toiletries are provided, but slippers and toothbrushes need to be purchased. We had hot water for showers during our stay. The room has a smart TV where you can watch YouTube and Netflix (you need to log in with your own account). Breakfast selections and serving times are chosen the night before, but we usually just went downstairs in the morning to let the staff know we were ready for ours. The cheese and ham toast was delicious! The swimming pool is heated. The hotel also offers in-room massage services at a good price. Overall, the service is excellent. В номере есть холодильник, чайник выдают по запросу, шкаф для одежды. Номер выглядит хорошо. Убираются по запросу. Так как отель находится в джунглях, тут много живностей. По ночам что то скребет потолок, гекконы забираются в комнату и всю ночь орут. Завтраки на выбор. Достаточно хорошие. Отдельное спасибо персоналу. Всегда вежливые и со всем готовы помочь 🙏

It’s very close to Alona Beach, it’s very safe, and it’s very convenient to call a tutu car at the door. There were five of us in total. I booked a four-person room with an extra bed. I specifically confirmed with them via email, but they still made a mistake on the day of check-in. They gave us a two-person room and a triple room. But otherwise, we were very satisfied. The room was clean and bright. It's about 100 pesos from the Ubeco tuk-tuk. Mainly because it's newly opened, the environment is excellent. Everything is new and clean. It's a bit far from the bustling Alona Beach area. The breakfast was average, neither particularly delicious nor bad.

Cleanliness - good. They can prolly have 2-3 restroom check to ensure cleanliness all the time in the shared rooms. Location - good. Not far at all from the primary hangout spots. Service - Excellent. All staff members I interacted with are awesome! The owner of this place is so lucky to have an amazing group here. Amenities - good. I hope they can keep the pool open until 12am. Others: I would often hangout and work in the dining area. Music being played and its volume need to be reviewed. The food is great here. I enjoyed them all. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Menu needs a revamp to have more options and present more variety.

I already reached out to trip.com in regards of my complaint and they're are nice and professional enough to accommodate me and address the issue although henann did not take any responsibility at all. If you stay in hotel make sure to spend more money as they are more focus on milking they're guest than doing their job properly.

The hotel room was beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom area was spacious and I liked that the toilet was in a separate space. We had breakfast and lunch at Restaurant Uma, and both the food and service there were good. The irony is that this is the only place where we received good service at the hotel. From check-in, my name was repeatedly addressed incorrectly as 'Mr' instead of 'Ms', both verbally by staff and in emails and greetjng cards. Despite pointing this out to the manager on Day 2, I was still addressed as 'Mr' during check out on Day 3. This was very annoying and showed a lack of attention to detail. We also noticed that some guests were served welcome drinks while others were not, which appeared quite selective. Our room was also missing the beach bag, although the staff sent one over immediately after I pointed this out. What truly disappointed us was that on Day 1, when we returned to our room after dinner, we found that our room door had been left open by the turndown service staff. All our valuables and travel documents were inside the room. The hotel checked the CCTV and insisted that this was an “isolated case.” However, we have still not received any written incident report or follow-up email regarding what happened. Leaving a guest room unsecured after turndown service is a serious operational failure. When we raised the issue with the manager, the hotel offered complimentary spa treatments and a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill. However, it was offered too late and we did not have time to use the spa, and we could not drink the wine. Given the seriousness of the incident, these gestures felt rather disconnected from the actual issue and did little to address our concerns. What we would have expected was a proper explanation, written follow-up and a meaningful response to the security lapse. In addition, we booked a direct pool access room specifically to enjoy the convenience and privacy of having our own pool. However, during the day, I noticed that a staff member repeatedly entered our semi-private pool area for different tasks, including picking up leaves and flowers, testing the water quality and cleaning the pool. We had virtually no privacy while we were in the room, as he kept returning to carry out these tasks. In the end, I had to ask him to leave when he appeared for the 4th time! This is a beautiful resort, but the service is severly lacking. Unfortunately, the overall experience was definitely not up to the standards I would expect from an Accor property.

The hotel overall is decent, and the environment is nice. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of hot water for showers. You have to request hot water from the front desk in advance. Unfortunately, even after I asked the front desk for hot water, I ran the tap for ages and only cold water came out – I almost caught a cold! In the end, a staff member boiled water in a kettle and gave me a bucket to shower. I don't know which genius came up with this failed energy-saving design of not even installing a water heater, it's truly speechless. Plus, the hotel doesn't provide thick duvets, only thin duvet covers, quite similar to some hotels in European countries.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location – close to the beach and the city center, yet set back from the main road. This means it's quiet and peaceful, but everything is still within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, and the linens and towels are clean. Hot water, a fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer – all the modern conveniences are there. Room cleaning is available upon request. The pool is clean, and the grounds are constantly maintained. Breakfast is à la carte and quite filling. There's a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but we somehow managed to get used to it. Everything else is very good for the price.

To sum it up, I was extremely satisfied! We were a group of four couples, university friends, and we stayed in two Zen Villas. Each Zen Villa has two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, with a bathroom in every room, so it was perfectly comfortable for two couples. The large dining table was great for all eight of us to gather and socialize every evening. They even provided a microwave, induction cooktop, cutlery set, and refrigerator, which was fantastic – we were able to cook seaweed soup for a friend's birthday! The swimming pool was large enough for ball games, and the exotic trees and landscaping throughout the resort were absolutely beautiful. I'll never forget the sunset on the first day. Even after the sun went down, the sky transformed into various shades of red for a long time... it was truly magnificent. Even on a rainy day, the bamboo bridge through the mangrove forest was incredibly atmospheric. When they heard it was our friend's birthday, they even prepared a lovely little cake with a birthday message! Plus, on our last day, after our tour, we got free access to the Oceanica Day Use facilities. For breakfast, you just fill out a form the night before at the lobby, specifying your menu, preferred time, and whether you want room service, dining at the restaurant, or a packed meal. The food and desserts were clearly made with care, and every meal was a delight. A big thank you to all the resort staff! ^^

I was very disappointed after seeing breakfast buffet in this hotel! Knowing that it wasn’t cheap hotel and has lots of branches over Philippines, I didn’t expect that the buffet would be considering only Philippino and Chinese taste. Eggs weren’t even cooked well, hash brown smelled with old oil, most of the food contains pork, not much fruit choice ( only two ) , coffee tasted as though coffee machine wasn’t cleaned for ages. I raised a complaint knowing I had food poisoning after 2 consecutive days! All I heard is sorry we can provide you veggies … is it a best offer knowing how much we paid for this hotel! Then at least give people option of not including breakfast to the room price. Concerning room no problem, clean and nice.

The hotel room was beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom area was spacious and I liked that the toilet was in a separate space. We had breakfast and lunch at Restaurant Uma, and both the food and service there were good. The irony is that this is the only place where we received good service at the hotel. From check-in, my name was repeatedly addressed incorrectly as 'Mr' instead of 'Ms', both verbally by staff and in emails and greetjng cards. Despite pointing this out to the manager on Day 2, I was still addressed as 'Mr' during check out on Day 3. This was very annoying and showed a lack of attention to detail. We also noticed that some guests were served welcome drinks while others were not, which appeared quite selective. Our room was also missing the beach bag, although the staff sent one over immediately after I pointed this out. What truly disappointed us was that on Day 1, when we returned to our room after dinner, we found that our room door had been left open by the turndown service staff. All our valuables and travel documents were inside the room. The hotel checked the CCTV and insisted that this was an “isolated case.” However, we have still not received any written incident report or follow-up email regarding what happened. Leaving a guest room unsecured after turndown service is a serious operational failure. When we raised the issue with the manager, the hotel offered complimentary spa treatments and a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill. However, it was offered too late and we did not have time to use the spa, and we could not drink the wine. Given the seriousness of the incident, these gestures felt rather disconnected from the actual issue and did little to address our concerns. What we would have expected was a proper explanation, written follow-up and a meaningful response to the security lapse. In addition, we booked a direct pool access room specifically to enjoy the convenience and privacy of having our own pool. However, during the day, I noticed that a staff member repeatedly entered our semi-private pool area for different tasks, including picking up leaves and flowers, testing the water quality and cleaning the pool. We had virtually no privacy while we were in the room, as he kept returning to carry out these tasks. In the end, I had to ask him to leave when he appeared for the 4th time! This is a beautiful resort, but the service is severly lacking. Unfortunately, the overall experience was definitely not up to the standards I would expect from an Accor property.

It has a private beach, and the hotel's annex building houses commercial services for dining and shopping, although the selection isn't extensive. The hotel's own breakfast spread is incredibly rich and delicious! We were upgraded to a full ocean-view room, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. Spending two days just relaxing at the hotel was definitely worth it.

The common areas on the first floor are really well-decorated, and the hotel offers a wide range of activities and things to do. The food was just okay; breakfast was mediocre, and lunch, dinner, and drinks were all pretty average. But then again, I didn't have high hopes for Filipino food in general. The hotel's service and cleanliness were top-notch, and the beach was beautiful with options like sailing and kayaking. The biggest surprise was the scuba diving experience – the two masters were genuinely lovely, and we had an amazing time over four to five hours for 4000 pesos, seeing so much marine life. I'll definitely be back to stay here next time!

This hotel's service is the kind that ruins your day. I was asked for my room number three times. The first two times were fine, and the inquiries were at least polite. But once, when my child was playing in the pool, a male attendant came over and very sternly asked for my room number. His look and expression made me feel like he thought I was some outsider trying to sneak into their pool! It was incredibly offensive! To top it off, our child cut their toe in the pool. When I mentioned it to them that evening, there wasn't even a single 'sorry.' I initially thought about sending an email to complain, but then decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this hotel! The food was also bad; even the butter at breakfast was some unfamiliar local Filipino brand.

The hotel overall is decent, and the environment is nice. However, the biggest drawback is the lack of hot water for showers. You have to request hot water from the front desk in advance. Unfortunately, even after I asked the front desk for hot water, I ran the tap for ages and only cold water came out – I almost caught a cold! In the end, a staff member boiled water in a kettle and gave me a bucket to shower. I don't know which genius came up with this failed energy-saving design of not even installing a water heater, it's truly speechless. Plus, the hotel doesn't provide thick duvets, only thin duvet covers, quite similar to some hotels in European countries.
