The capsule hotel was very clean, and the bathing facilities were also perfectly fine. Check-in was handled via intercom and WhatsApp. My capsule was dark, quiet, and spotless. I had a minor issue when trying to re-enter; the door wouldn't open after I went out. I was having trouble with it for a while until a staff member happened to pass by and helped me get inside. Shampoo and body soap are provided in the bathing area. Overall, I was very satisfied with this neat and well-equipped stay. The surrounding area felt quite safe. The bus stop is conveniently less than a 10-minute walk away, and there's also a supermarket nearby.

This hotel is under new management so we couldn't see many reviews before booking but it was a great experience! the self check-in was a breeze (we received all the info in an email) and our room was nice and clean. The room is cozy but normal size for SF and if we needed a little more space we just went down to the lobby lounge area. There was wifi in the room and in the lobby area. The kitchen was super convenient to make a quick breakfast. We didn't use the washer/dryers but if we stayed longer we probably would have. We could walk to Union Square and there is also a Trader Joe's a couple blocks away. It was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights!

I was very happy to stay at this hostel as the location was very central and convenient. It is a very affordable place in such an expensive city. There were some food available in the kitchen for breakfast in the morning and also some fridges where you can store your own food. Personal working in the hostel was very friendly.

The capsule hotel was very clean, and the bathing facilities were also perfectly fine. Check-in was handled via intercom and WhatsApp. My capsule was dark, quiet, and spotless. I had a minor issue when trying to re-enter; the door wouldn't open after I went out. I was having trouble with it for a while until a staff member happened to pass by and helped me get inside. Shampoo and body soap are provided in the bathing area. Overall, I was very satisfied with this neat and well-equipped stay. The surrounding area felt quite safe. The bus stop is conveniently less than a 10-minute walk away, and there's also a supermarket nearby.

Staff and owner are very lovely and welcoming people. Only there for one night and got upgraded to a bigger room without even asking! Beautiful garden, rooftop and location. Got to leave my bag after checking as my flight was later in the afternoon. All in all excellent!
