I stayed for 4 nights, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. It is about 5 minutes from Exit 9 of Seomyeon Station, and there are convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Lotte Department Store is also very close by. You can use the washing machine for free, and there is a shower room that anyone can use in turns outside of the room, and there are free drinks and bread in the kitchen on the first floor. The homemade croissants and Danish bread are very delicious, so I recommend you try them. I thought it would be better if there was a TV in the common room or an atmosphere where everyone could gather and exchange information. People from various countries stay here, so it is a good guesthouse where you can have international exchange. The staff speaks English fluently. I would like to use it again when I go to Busan.

The location is great. Just 1 min walk from Exit12 and so near to most tour pick up. The bed was terrible. Under a layer of bedsheets is the full plastic cover, so uncomfortable and noisy. We didn't have much good sleep in the last 5 nights. Caught 2 bugs not sure what that is, but very shocked as the room looks clean and new. The contactless service was only good if you just access it with standard requests. Any other questions were not really answered or resolved. We want to book the cleaning service, but we're out for a tour during their office hour. I can't request it while out, it's so inconvenient. There is a washer and no dryer function, the laundry has to hang out to dry for a day or two. Overall, we will not come back to this hotel at all in the future.

Fully equipped single suite with password locks to enter and exit by yourself. The equipment has washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, air-conditioning, hot water bottle, but the toilet sink leaks, the water heater cannot be used, the TV breaks a corner and cannot be displayed normally. I found that the above equipment is a bit late, and I am too lazy to react with the owner. The owners are actually very active and sincere in handling the problem, if you can speak Chinese. The biggest problem with the environment is unlikely to be solved. For example, the bedding and the room have an old musty or sweaty smell as soon as they enter the door. It is like the smell of the university male dormitory is difficult to dissipate. Personally, I dare not use the bedding here, plus the whole block has garbage, tobacco and alcohol smell, The smell of musty mixed, people with a more sensitive sense of smell may not have the peace of mind to live. Although there are windows and balconies, there is basically no sunlight in the building next door. You can imagine how the musty smell came from. In addition, halfway through the afternoon of the first day, the unidentified middle-aged woman invaded the room and knocked on the door to wake me up, because the other party felt no malice and saw me immediately left, did not figure out why, I guess it was a neighbor or building administrator kind reminder. The location is very close to the West Station and Putian, which is very convenient. Basically, I feel the taste of the Korean single suite. I think it is similar to the level of the old small suites rented to most young people living alone in Taipei. I have such expectations to live, there should be no gap. Staying in a double bed room at the price of a bed in the Youth Hostel, overall it is worth the price of accommodation quality.

A wonderful place to live for a week. Located near the metro, 20 minutes to Kwanali and Sentum City. There are many shops and cafes nearby. It’s convenient that this is a full-fledged apar**ent with a washing machine and a stove, although we did more heating rather than cooking. Large refrigerator. Small Korean shower, but not critical. Very quiet so no need to worry about silence. We lived on the 17th floor with stunning views of the city and mountain. There are small problems with sorting garbage, but then we sorted it out😅

Awesome view. It’s so homely. I fell sick on day 2 after my trekking from Mount Hallasan. The place was so cosy and I had a complete rest. Brown Suites is at Tower B. I took quite a long to find the building coz I didn’t receive any messages or notifications but the personnel helped me to check in and it went very smoothly. The apartment has got full kitchen appliances and cutlery. They have given sufficient towel and toiletries apart from toothbrush or toothpaste. There is no housekeeping. There is a link bridge connecting from Busan KTX Station to the apartment. Overall 10/10

If you don't read Korean you will be stuck, good luck. There was no clear guideline on how to get to the unit. I tried Kakao messaging them but there was only this bot replies. The only communication method was via the Agoda app and luckily they could reply usually within 10 minutes or so, still i was stuck on how to reach to the floor despite all those passcodes, QR codes given. This should be helpful to you all. First to note - check in isnt until 4PM and your code entering into the apartment won't be activated before that. I arrived at 11AM on Busan KTX, went towards exit 10 for G7 Marina, it is a footbridge towards that building. If you need to store your luggage then enter into building B (just go all the way down the foot path to the left and you will see building B). Upon entering turn left and the storage area is to the right side. Use the pin code given by the property (mine was via Agoda messaging service). First tap on the panel then press the 4 digits, then you will get in. Don't listen to their instruction on going up to 4/F using the lift from the luggage storage area cuz it won't work the building management has blocked it. Instead go to Ba*****t 1 car park and go from the parking lot to locate either block A or block B. Now you need 2 sets of password (also given by the property) to enter (first 4 digits, then you will hear a bunch of korean, then enter the latter 4) then the door will open. Upon entering go to 4/F common area, switch to another set of elevator to the left, those are the ones going up to the apartments. Mine was on 49/F floor so I have to press 49, THEN use the QR code to activate it (this part was never explained to me by anyone so i was stuck like a ******). If you dont have luggage with you then you can walk up from 3/F luggage room to reach the 4/F common area. That was the hard part, now to the room review. Amazing facility all digital and high-tech, amazing view i have the entire apartment to myself. A open kitchen, walk in closet, clothes dryer washer, BIG tv with netflix everything you wish for in a dream apartment really. Now that I know exactly how to reach this place i would stay here whenever i visit Busan. It's so affordable USD80 for a night for a 70sq ft apartment you'd kidding me!!!

I stayed in a double room.. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable.. The TV has a YouTube app.. The hot water is hot enough and the pressure is high.. Wifi is strong enough.. Cons: No elevator, poor soundproofing.. There is no separate refrigerator in the room.. In addition, check-in time is four o'clock.. If you arrive at the hotel before four o'clock, you can put your luggage in the luggage storage room by yourself.. However, the hotel will not guarantee the safety of your luggage..

This homestay is located upstairs (401/501) in the bar in the picture. We live in 401. The owner of the homestay put a bottle of delicious wine on the table as soon as we entered the door for 4 of us to taste, and 4 mineral water in the refrigerator. The bathtub is large and comfortable. When you take a bath, you will see the sea and the Guang'an Bridge, which are beautiful and like a picture. The homestay has two double rooms and two bathrooms. The bathroom is spacious and bright. They are all equipped with a toilet. Shower gel and shampoo are provided by Aesop. Overall, the accommodation experience was very comfortable and pleasant, adding a lot of color to this trip to Busan.

I booked for 2 rooms, one is double bed room while another one is triple bed room. I feel very satisfied with the service especially the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that their staff are quite good in English, better than many other people I met in Busan. Their free breakfast is the best, even though we need to cook ourselves, but it provides an opportunity for us to make friends with others tourists. We use the kitchen facilities to preheat our dinner which bought from LOTTE MART. I will give a 5 star rate for this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights here and it was fine. For peak tourist season, not a bad price and we got our own private room and bathroom. As is typical in Korea, the bed, room, and bath were all small by American standards, but it was enough. We weren't there very much anyways, as we were out from morning to night most of the days. Breakfast included was a huge help, even though the selection was small and simple. Our room had AC and its own code, and the main building had another separate code. The staff were friendly and helpful when we could find them. Only complaint was that the rules stated to be quiet after 10pm, yet 2 of the nights others were up loudly talking in the commons room. Though many Korean buildings do not have good soundproofing, either. Check in and out was easy, finding it was pretty easy with a map. Ideal location right by Haeundae beach with lots of places and things to do nearby, plus only being a 10min walk from the metro. Overall great place to stay for location, price, and commodities.

I'm quite picky about cleanliness, and although the building looks old from the outside, the inside was very clean and nice. What's even better is that the shower and toilet are separate and clean. Most of the other guests were English-speaking foreigners, but I thought the customer base was nice. The location is conveniently close to the station, and I'd definitely like to use it again if I go to Busan by myself.

Worst stay of my entire Korea travels by far. They do not provide what they claim to offer, nor do they care about customer service. The staff are all young, disinterested, and couldn't care less about their guests. Korean beds are not exactly comfortable but these are made utterly horrendous but the fact that you can feel the spring coils poking you through the mattress. It is like trying to sleep on a jagged rock. The room is tiny, we could barely cram our luggage in there, let alone open it. While they are located near Nampo metro station, unless you have business in Nampo it isn't the most ideal area to stay in. You are far from most attractions and will be spending a lot of time on transit. Being near the fish market also means the entire neighbourhood reeks of fish. Having lived in Korea, I knew this about the area but was willing to compromise location because of what they said they offered in facilities. My biggest issue is the fact that they state that they have a kitchen, and they do in fact have a kitchen but guests are not allowed to use it!! Why advertise a kitchen under facilities if it is irrelevant to the customer because they can't cook in it? Would you list that you have a pool and then tell guests it is just there to look at? And there are no signs in the kitchen stating you can't use it, there are signs saying ”Shared space. Please clean up after yourself', indicating you can use the kitchen. We specifically booked here for the kitchen and bought groceries and then were told we couldn't use the kitchen. No real reason given other than guests can't use the kitchen and the staff take no responsibility for the fact that they advertise a kitchen and are misleading guests. I wasted money on groceries and a more expensive accommodation than I needed to just to be able to cook in the kitchen. The staff also wouldn't give me contact information for an owner/manager of the hostel so that I could try to get this issue addressed!! Stay anywhere else!

Had my 4 nights of stay at K79. It was excellent, along with the people who works there, great location, easy transportation in buses caysed I don't recommend using the subway to move around, spacious room, big bed, clean place with many facilities to use. Free laundry of washing and air dryer except the detergent part, I love it all. Thank you all and especially to Mr Kim that I know of. Thank you, again. Will visit soon, I hope

The journey to the apar**ent is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub. The apar**ent is great for families. All well equipped. The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. Due to the communication barrier and this apr**ent is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

We booked for 3 nights for a Triple Room. It has excellent location, very close to the subway entrance (elevator between exit 3 & 5, the closest exit is exit 15 through underground shopping or you can also use exit 1, both only stairs). There's also a Lotte mall close by, Jagalchi fish market, BIFF Square etc. When i arrived around 8.30 p.m. the front door was already locked with the light turned off. Thankfully i read that you can go inside through the back door at night (there's passcode). Since i don't know the passcode yet i had to contact the host Maria who's really helpful! The room isn't that big, but enough for us who mostly use it for sleep only. Wifi is ok, sometimes it's hard to connect. Private bathroom, the towel is small and they gave us a lot (seems like you should only use it one time and change to another towel everytime?). Didn't try the breakfast as we went out early before breakfast time. All in all it was nice!

I was satisfied with the caravan's own facilities. The water ran well and I was able to watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV (you must log in). I could see the sea at a glance and was lucky enough to see the beautiful scenery at sunrise. However, internal induction cannot be used (cooking is done with a separate burner), and amenities such as towels, shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes are not provided. The only utensils available are small knives, cutting boards, and a few bowls, so if you plan to use this place, be sure to bring toiletries and containers such as disposable dishes such as plates and paper cups. Also, if you plan to have a BBQ, you have to pay 30,000 won, which was disappointing because there wasn't enough charcoal haha.. (15,000 won for additional charcoal) Ask for a lot. Overall, it was pretty good, but it was a bit cumbersome because there was so much to prepare all of a sudden.

A wonderful place to live for a week. Located near the metro, 20 minutes to Kwanali and Sentum City. There are many shops and cafes nearby. It’s convenient that this is a full-fledged apar**ent with a washing machine and a stove, although we did more heating rather than cooking. Large refrigerator. Small Korean shower, but not critical. Very quiet so no need to worry about silence. We lived on the 17th floor with stunning views of the city and mountain. There are small problems with sorting garbage, but then we sorted it out😅

This homestay is located upstairs (401/501) in the bar in the picture. We live in 401. The owner of the homestay put a bottle of delicious wine on the table as soon as we entered the door for 4 of us to taste, and 4 mineral water in the refrigerator. The bathtub is large and comfortable. When you take a bath, you will see the sea and the Guang'an Bridge, which are beautiful and like a picture. The homestay has two double rooms and two bathrooms. The bathroom is spacious and bright. They are all equipped with a toilet. Shower gel and shampoo are provided by Aesop. Overall, the accommodation experience was very comfortable and pleasant, adding a lot of color to this trip to Busan.

Trip com said no receptionist desk for the hotel, but we keep connecting with the landlord without response. Finally trip.com insists us to call the landlord for access code. Please trip.com update it's information that guest must call landlord instead of email. Or simply advise landlord to allow guests to reach to the Management Office just downstairs of the residence. It will be much more smooth and convenience, in stead of keeping the giuests headaching of the access information on the road.

Good place, amazing location, comfortable bed.. Pros: The location is very good and the hotel is easy to find.. Close to Busan Central Station.. There is a GS25 convenience store opposite.. I stayed in a double room.. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable.. The TV has a YouTube app.. The hot water is hot enough and the pressure is high.. Wifi is strong enough.. Cons: No elevator, poor soundproofing.. There is no separate refrigerator in the room.. In addition, check-in time is four o'clock.. If you arrive at the hotel before four o'clock, you can put your luggage in the luggage storage room by yourself.. However, the hotel will not guarantee the safety of your luggage..

The location is great. Just 1 min walk from Exit12 and so near to most tour pick up. The bed was terrible. Under a layer of bedsheets is the full plastic cover, so uncomfortable and noisy. We didn't have much good sleep in the last 5 nights. Caught 2 bugs not sure what that is, but very shocked as the room looks clean and new. The contactless service was only good if you just access it with standard requests. Any other questions were not really answered or resolved. We want to book the cleaning service, but we're out for a tour during their office hour. I can't request it while out, it's so inconvenient. There is a washer and no dryer function, the laundry has to hang out to dry for a day or two. Overall, we will not come back to this hotel at all in the future.
