The apartment was beautiful and clean, Nico helped us enter and carry bags, the apartment was in the third grade, and without an elevator I wish I knew before I had booked, a few hours later, it smelled awful, the washing machine was a little dead, and the lights were a little bit weak, I wish I had to look at this. Great hostel! It is located in a beautiful building. I took a bed in a room for 6 girls. The room had its own bathroom. Everything is clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. A great bonus: the bar at the hostel. On weekends, musicians play there. At the same time, the soundproofing is excellent: you can't hear the bar from behind the door.

Поехали самостоятельно в Милан и именно в Милане испортился наш отпуск в этих апартаментах. Читайте внимательно - берут залог 100 евро. Но то, что только картой нигде не написано. Наличкой брать не хотели. Ночью и после 8 вечера никого нет. Еле как взяли залог наличкой, тут новая проблема - нам выезжать ночью в аэропорт, залог никто не вернет ночью, тк открывается ресепшн только в три. Что ж, оставили все нервы и решили, что бог с ними, оставим им эти 100 евро. Потом по итогу через знакомых забрали свою наличку, но нервы и 5 часов заселения испортили все впечатление. А самое неприятно было тогда, когда при всех выяснениях девушка с ресепшена начала звонить директору. У мужа был включен аудиопереводчик. Директор говорил «не будем иметь дело с этими русскими», «тебе точно не нужна помощь, ты уверена, что это не русские шпионы»)) пипец.. потом ходили и думали, что к русским действительно так относятся, очень обидно. Конечно он в наших просьбах отказал - мы предлагали уже миллион выходов из ситуации. В общем, имейте обязательно карту, иначе вас не заселят. Расположение очень удачное, брали тк прямо оттуда идут автобусы в аэропорт. 10 тыс за ночь нормально или нет? Наверно да, если больше нет альтернатив. Девушка на ресепшне неприятная)) улыбается, но видно, как ее все бесят)))

I love that it was so close to Milan’s Cathedral, Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I was only in Milan for one day and this was a perfect choice. We took a walk to these places and took amazing pictures. The room was clean and spacious. Located in a very safe location and every room has an access code. It’s not a hotel so they don’t provide breakfast options but we went out to a nearby cafe to have some breakfast.

One-room households cost 150 Euros a day, and the 4-star hotel UNA HOTEL has a lobby, and the restaurant is readily available for 120 Euros a day. I was poisoned in the suite. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the subway station. It takes just over ten minutes by subway to reach major attractions, and Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper is even within walking distance. The room is very clean and well-equipped with a TV, air conditioning, microwave, and more. However, I found it odd that no quilt cover was provided—instead, two sheets were used to wrap the quilt. The quilt had a noticeable smoky odor, which made the lack of a proper cover even more puzzling. I asked the staff twice for a quilt cover, but they flatly refused.

I still want to recommend this accommodation overall, the facilities and rooms are quite nice. However, I think the male manager in the breakfast area really needs some reflection and proper training. There are two breakfast options here: €8 and €4. I chose the €4 one, but nothing happened for a while. His female colleague, whose English wasn’t very fluent, only took the payment and gave me a coffee. Later, they handed me an empty paper bag for breakfast. When I started to use the bag, the male manager repeatedly told me that the breakfast only included “one coffee and one croissant” he said it at least three times. I also replied that I had received an empty bag and no croissant at all. Instead of explaining politely or resolving the issue, he just kept repeating himself and walked away without doing anything. Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff training is seriously lacking. Even if they’re not sure about something, basic politeness and communication should be expected, and unfortunately, this male manager clearly hasn’t received such training.

What I didn’t like was the non-flexible approach to the time of check in and check out, it was strictly 15.00 for check in and 11.00 for check out, despite requests for early check in and late check out and despite the constant rain outside. This is a very rare case in my practice when there are such strict rules. 這次來米蘭時裝週出差，酒店定晚了。市區衹剩下這家（價格比較合理）。説實話來之前我還挺忐忑的，畢竟網上有不少差評。但住下來一個星期，我決定下次有機會還是住在這，因為能滿足我出差一切需求。 1 首先，交通太方便了。米蘭大教堂6分鐘步行，出門右轉就是米蘭最著名的購物街，出門二十米地鐵。這次時裝週我都沒定車，直接地鐵，中間還能回來睡一覺。 2 第二點，工作人員很棒。大家知道時裝週最擔心就是邀請函收不到，在這裏完全不用擔心。lobbyman 會幫你收的，酒店人員會幫你放房間的。lobbyman 24 小時上班。酒店員工上班時間9-6 但都會在線。我到的時候快晚上11 點了，還接我電話。 3 關於很多差評説廁所小之類的。洗澡的地方確實不大但也夠用了。我主要看床品，還不錯的。寫字枱熨斗什麼都有，房間是很寬敞的。 4 有人説吵什麼的，市中心肯定不可能像鄉下，大城市都這樣的。其實過了午夜也就沒什麼聲音了，意大利商店關門早哈。實在聲音敏感戴個耳塞就好了。

There is a morning market downstairs on Wednesday, vegetables, fruits, seafood and aquatic products are all purchased by the surrounding housewives, indicating that the price and quality are good. The room is good, the living room is large and there is a terrace, which is very suitable for about four people. Living is quite comfortable, the price is very good in Milan now.

We had a great stay at this Milan retreat. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to get around. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is newly renovated, well equipped, and spacious. Although a late check-out wasn’t provided, the host kindly offered access to their nearby office so we could freshen up before our late-night flight, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!
