I just fell in love with this hotel. There is a purchasing shop next to the hotel. After checking in, I went out and bought a lot of things. Although the room is not big, it is very cozy and hot water is provided all day long. The wireless network signal is also very good! There are many temples around, and the environment is very quiet when resting at night. This hotel makes me very satisfied. I will choose this hotel when I come to visit in the future.

The booking with Trip.com was easy and straight forward. We booked bunk beds in a private room for 2 person but was told the room wss occupied and not available. We were offered a 12 bunker bed mixed dormitory instead. The hostel is located outside the old Chiang Mai town, about 15mins walk to Chiang Mai University. It is a nice quiet hostel but because it is getting warm thus it is unavoidable to have mosquitoes. The place is clean with a nice dining space with a microwave,fridge, hot water and washing basin. The hostel provides coffee and tea. They also have white bread jam and butter in the morning for us. The only set back was that there's a moldy smell for our bunker room. We believed that the place had not been used for awhile and the place had been surrounded with trees. There's an laundromat nearby.

A very unique hotel, interesting interior and a surprisingly big room with a lovely balcony. Awkward location in Suthep, a newly developed area with near some very famous restaurant. Terrible road conditions around, almost impossible to walk around in rainy season. Despite so, certainly good for budget traveling. You pay what you get.

We were a family of three traveling together. When we booked, the family rooms were sold out, leaving only the Garden View Villa. Seeing the price of 600 RMB per night, we thought it was a good deal and booked it. It was surprisingly worth the money. After a day out, I relaxed on the living room sofa, scrolling through my phone. In the morning, it was so comfortable to just sit and daydream on the chairs in the small garden outside the living room. We didn't even use the downstairs bedroom, only the upstairs, which had two 1.5-meter beds. The only downside was the mediocre breakfast. Each person ordered a different meal: Thai fried noodles, thai rice, Western toast, scrambled eggs, and a sausage set. The hotel is also in a great location, right on the edge of the Old City and within walking distance of Thapae Gate. The hotel also offers laundry service for 150 THB per basket. We washed our clothes from the previous two days and left them at the front desk when we left in the morning. When we returned to our room that afternoon, they were already sitting on the chair by the door, smelling delicious.

What a great hotel. Tucked away in an alley off of the main road that heads to south gate, this hotel is directly in the center of old town. The suites are like having two hotel rooms in one. Perfect for a couple of couples or a family traveling together. We have been in three locations and three hotels on this trip and Glyn was our favorite. We ended up taking tours each day we were there so missed out on eating at their restaurant, but their menu looks great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The town is smaller than it looks on a map. We flew in early and spent a few hours walking around town, covering a lot of ground. South gate and it's night market are a ten minute walk from the hotel. Several of the big temples are blocks away. Easy to step out to the main road and catch a truck to take you anywhere.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The lobby was also well-equipped with amenities like a water dispenser and coin-operated washing machines. If you get hungry late at night, they have instant noodles and drinks available for purchase. Coffee, tea, and snacks are provided for free, which was a nice touch. The location is very convenient, close to lots of food options and shopping areas. One thing to note is that there can occasionally be some noise from outside, such as people singing, but it usually doesn’t go past 11 PM. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs just in case. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place. The price is also very reasonable!

Great location, there is a market, restaurants, massage parlors nearby. They cook delicious tom yum nearby. The room is very very small, but we had a balcony with a view of the plumeria, we spent evenings there.

I came to Chiang Mai for the first time. Fortunately, I was lucky to book the new cultural and creative traveler space of ”The Trybe Capsule”. The location is super good. It is next to the Chiang Mai City Gate. It takes about 3 minutes to walk. It takes 2 minutes to walk from McDonald's Lane. It is super clean, comfortable, quiet, with a simple breakfast, and I live in a 6-person room in a female room. There are lockers of large and small sizes, and there is also a personal office area at the entrance on the first floor. It is very clean and comfortable, and convenient in the most lively Tha Paimen area of the ancient city. You will definitely come to a good room and a good landlord. I check in more than 7 pm, use automatic check-in, after booking, pay attention to the landlord's email or reservation app message

Although it is not so luxuriously decorated, I still like the unique Lanna style. It also has its own Chinese barbecue catering, which is said to be the most authentic Chinese barbecue in Chiang Mai. It made me go back to China immediately after I walked out of the door, and I will definitely continue to come next time.
