This is my second time staying in this hotel in Turkey. The price/performance ratio is extremely high. The room is large and you can cook. The room staff is responsible and gave me a free upgrade. Jeysel, Can, Emnr and Faon at the front desk are like a caring butler. They took the initiative to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. They also enthusiastically explained the check-in matters.

Everything was great. The location is the best there could be, a lot of things nearby and the street itself is beautiful. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the internet is fast, very clean, towels are changed every day. The breakfast is quite tasty, the dining room itself is aesthetic. The staff speaks Russian. Of the disadvantages: they moved us to another room one day and once the cable broke down nearby and there was no electricity for about 2 hours.

The room itself was very nice, and so was the price. However, it was located near bars, and it was really, really noisy. The stairs leading up to the room also smelled strongly of fried oil. There was no real service. When we arrived to check in, the door was locked, and if we hadn't asked the person next to us for help, we wouldn't have known how to check in. Only the cleaning lady was there; she gave us the key and that was it. Overall, it wasn't a problem. The room was on the first floor, so it was very loud; maybe higher up it would be louder. But the room itself was really nice. Earplugs are a lifesaver.

Who posting bad reviews? Come on did you see other prices for hotels and hostels? It’s cheapest Hostel in Istanbul BUT have DINNER and BREAKFAST for free, and it’s delicious! I should say WOW because restaurants here is so expensive! And I must say everybody is so friendly here, and even have guitars I play it and enjoyed! I met new friends here, it’s nice place!!! Yes, to be honest it’s not super clean but for that price and location and free food it’s best place!!!!!!!! Thanks everyone!

The location is very good. You can walk to all the attractions in the old town. The hotel is similar to a B&B. It is not big. The environment is quite warm and it looks very clean. Мы жили в двухкомнатном угловом номере №2, на втором этаже! У первого этажа окна почти на земле ! И там номер на одного человека и всего один номер! На остальных этажах по 2 номера! в нашем номере 2 и подобных выше -и (4 и 6) в зале 3 окна и в спальне окно и Кухня отдельно! Есть двухкомнатные, но с одним окном в зале, а в спальне вообще в стену(номер3,5,7)И кухня в зале. Во всех Диван раскладывается, спать можно) Стиральная машинка! Отель - это под’езд из старых квартир переделан! Ремонт очень простенький! Но чисто! Главный минус нет smart TV, но есть ТНТ канал и Русское кино! Рядом 3 мин- фонтан и хорошая детская площадка! Отель фактически у подножия моря! То есть на трамвайн. остановку резко вверх! минут 5-7 Но до площади Султанахмет по диагонали- минут 10-15! Мы с коляской бродили! Тяжело! По наземному переходу (до него 7 мин. ) можно перейти через трассу на море! Там набережная прогулочная! В целом колоритно! Но знайте что это старые бывшие квартирки! 4 этажа! Винтовая лестница, покрытая стареньким ковролином- !имеет своеобразный запах уже!В под’езде обои) ! Управляющий- сидит напротив в отеле или бюро экскурссий, на первом этаже, заселяет почти круглосуточно! В 7 утра он уже сидит, в 12 ночи еще сидит) Уборки ежедневной нет- вынос мусора только! Одна горничная говори по русски! Там их всего две) Кастрюля и сковорода есть, даже терка) Мы готовили! Магазин через детскую площадку крупный, продуктовый! Рядом куча кафе милых! Но мы не ели! сок гранатовый на каждом шагу! Советую, если к дизайну и ремонту равнодушны! На верху (5этаж) в последний день нашли выход на терассу, где можно попить кофе, который с собой поднимите) Здание с фиолетовыми окнами! Вай Фай хороший! Но периодически вылетает! Берет даже на улице в курилке) Мы бронировали на 2+1 по 7000, По ошибке забронировала на одного человека(на троих было 8500, но доплату не взяли! 🤷🏼♀️

I recommend this place. The location is the heart of old town , near the blue mosque. The owner , Yusuf is very kind person and very supportive. He is always reachable. There is kitchen. All kitchen equipments are there. Nothing to buy extra. It is actually better than staying a room in a hotel. You will feel so much freedom !! There is a washing machine and we don’t need to pay at all. there is free washing powder. I stayed 3 nights at the basement room. Heating system was perfect. I did not feel cold there. Shower and toilet room was not so big , however nothing to bother me at all. Cleanness is perfect. Cleaning lady cleaned my kitchen as well. If you expecting to have 5 star hotel bed quality , you will not have it here . However , The owner , Yusuf is fantastic person. You will feel good during the stay here for sure ! He can kindly organize the Covit 19 test within 72 before the flight. That was very helpful. Thank you to Yusuf!!

The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting. The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea. Overall a fantastic stay.

Since I have lived in one of the safest country in the world so far, that I was a little bit scared to stay there because the road around there was rough and at night, it’s so dark there. To be fair, I don’t think the location is that good, it’s far from the public transport. About the services, it was perfect, the owner was really supportive and her hospitality was wonderful. I had trouble with unlocking the key of my room door, which is totally my fault, but she helped me with opening it twice. She helped me a lot. Above all, I think it was quite a nice place to stay in.
