標題寫的公寓酒店。 到現場以後，發現前台根本沒人，有個牌子寫着聯繫Tony。 我打給Tony。 Tony 問我是不是Air bnb我説不是，從中國一個平台預訂的。 然後Tony打給酒店，得知酒店一直聯繫我中國電話，因為入住要填表。我在路上一路關機怎麼可能接到電話。 到酒店已經下午三點。澳洲一般5點就下班了。 酒店大部分3點check in。當然酒店24小時🈶前台。 問題是：這根本就不是酒店前台，這就是民宿管理。 Tony告知填表後，我就一臉懵，打電話我也沒接到啊。我問Tony你可以把他電話給我嗎？Tony説不能😭此時墨爾本狂風暴雨⛈️我還帶倆娃 Tony説讓我聯繫平台，我打開攜程，發現攜程11點給我發了訊息，説酒店給我打電話，訊息裏有酒店電話。我趕緊打過去。對方發過來表格。入住及按金。 前方高能👏👏👏 ‼️‼️‼️按金$1000刀 且 按金衹能退回 Australia bank account 走遍歐洲美國澳洲新加坡所有酒店按金就100，我不知道他們為什麼要收1000，而且因為沒有前台不是刷卡，是在他們發的連結裏輸入銀行卡訊息。既然輸入什麼卡訊息都可以交，那為什麼衹能退回澳洲賬號。沒有澳洲賬號的海外遊客怎麼辦！這錢不退了嗎😅 我想國內來旅遊的遊客怎麼辦🥹這按金怎麼退 連個人影都沒有 交待我自己一些背景，在澳15年，準備搬家到墨爾本，新房子在這個公寓附近，又帶孩子，要不然不會住酒店公寓。這個2室帶娃比酒店空間稍大一點。 結果這就是個民宿管理。能稱之為酒店管理嗎。 期間一些小事👏👏👏 住到2天，我發現洗碗機capsule不夠垃圾袋不夠 我一共住5晚 發郵件給對方，問能不能給補點 對方回覆，他們放的東西就是demonstrate展示，如果不夠我需要自己去買 好吧，酒店式公寓😬 退房要求打掃衞生，所有物品歸位，包括鍋碗瓢盆，如果不收拾會產生額外清潔費，扣按金 好吧，酒店式公寓😬 居然讓客人自己打掃房間😅他們是想不用找清潔了嘛😅 取鑰匙從密碼鎖取，車庫鑰匙一開始還找不到 中間跟攜程説了以上情況。 攜程給了200元劵，説會跟產品部反饋 各位，看您旅行目的吧！
