We have chosen this guesthouse by pictures and outstanding rate. I’d like to mention some pros and cons. + location is perfect, in the center of city, subway (Tancun) is up to 15 min walk from the hotel Next to the Pazhou Exhibition Center. + all amenities in pictures are totally provided + although stuff don’t speak English , I uploaded wechat and there wasn’t any problems with communication. Stuff is very helpful and immediately answered your questions. + everything was clean + quite cheap price - everything is new in pictures provided, but in fact the room was old. I have an eye for these kind of things., but maybe some people don’t care . To sum up, the homestay worth its price, but if you want to stay in a new hotel without any imperfections, than choose 30% more expensive per night.

We were arriving middle of the night so the owner shared the check in instructions which proved very easy. We stayed for a month and were happy with the apartment. With the security, we felt very safe there and because it’s an apartment you can arrange for courier deliveries etc. The washing machine was great, being able to wash clothes was a big advantage. The projector/big screen we weren’t able to use as there is no English and the owner wasn’t able to show us how to work it, so that was a negative. The wifi was usually good, the shower has amazing pressure and the fridge works very well. The bed is a mattress on a raised floor. So the mattress is a little hard and if you have bad knees, then getting up and down from the bed is a little tricky. As for the neighbourhood, there are several restaurants within a two minute walking radius, a luckin coffee in the lobby of the building and family mart convenience store also 2 minutes walk. The subway is 900m away, but we took Didi everywhere for the convenience. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The room matched its advertised photos, but as I always find real guest reviews most helpful, I wanted to leave a thorough one for others considering staying here. I was in Guangzhou for a visa interview, and the location was incredibly convenient – just a few minutes' walk away. What truly surprised me about the room wasn't its aesthetic, but that it actually came with seasonings and a full set of pots and pans! It was truly small but perfectly equipped. I've stayed in other guesthouses that advertised cooking facilities, but they were usually impractical or just for aesthetics, not actual use. With a fruit shop next door, and the room even providing salt (for soaking fruit) and a knife (for cutting), it made grocery shopping and meals super convenient. While there are apartments across the street, I much preferred the airy and well-ventilated feel of this place. Looking at the apartments opposite from my balcony, I saw they had big windows but couldn't be opened. What's the point of that? Cleanliness, hygiene, and good value are what really matter. Regarding the service aspect, the staff's attitude was superb, and communication was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place, and I'll certainly be back myself.
