On my first day at the hostel, I stayed in a dorm bed. After a tiring day of travel, I wasn't bothered by noise from my roommates at night, and with the privacy curtain, I actually slept quite well. Later, I moved to a private room, which offered much more privacy. The room wasn't very big, and even at 25°C, the air conditioning felt very cold. If you needed an extra blanket, you could get one from the front desk. Each room had its own bathroom, but the showerhead was fixed, which I found a bit inconvenient. Every day, it took about a 10-minute walk to catch public transport, which I considered reasonably convenient.

Well, on the night of the stay, the children went in to take a shower, the shower glass exploded, fortunately it was tempered glass, no problem, then the staff came to clean the glass, pulled a curtain, the next day someone came to reinstall the glass, at that time said that the glass was broken, we need to pay, I didn't negotiate the result until I returned home. First time solo trip, the best exp I could ever imagine. The environment is very welcoming and cozy, with restaurant and activities floor for travelers to rest and have fun. The gothic area tour by Pablo is very interesting with detailed history and funny stories, greatly enhancing my understanding of this city. First of all I would like to thank the staff for being so kind and making sure that your stay is as good as possible ... Indeed, we had a room in the middle of two other rooms occupied by two families Italian with young children ... Needless to tell you the hell we experienced the first night, because of the cries of children, the din of adults who spoke very hard in Italian ... I have so spoke to front desk staff who solved the problem immediately ... i would just say to avoid families in this kind of structure, or room partitions are, light and a bit small for families with kids downstairs age ... This place is VERY far from the city centre and the beaches so keep that in mind when booking. Although the hostel itself is safe, bussing back at 5 am which takes about 1 hour from the clubs and city centre is not great. The room is small but it does the job. check-in was good, staff was patient. A little unflexible with late check-out, but upon multiple request they extended checkout by 1 hr. The Location is central and convenient, but it does mean a lot of noise for Fri and Sat night. The room is quite dated, though amenniitis were good. Slippers were soft and comfortable, better than the W's Gym is very small, with tiny range of equipment. Overall, a reasonable experience.
