Only stayed for one night, it was fine. Didn’t check out much of the downstairs area but the second floor had fridge, seating, shower, etc. Top bunk is up quiet high and found it a little tricky to get my giant backpack up there lol but that’s a me problem. En-suite bathroom.

This place was simply awesome! The staff are friendly and really helpful. I even got a Power Lifting champion to give me some personal training at their gym facilities. Miyabi was her name! Lovely lady that’s extremely helpful. I have a 3 star in service because they have a cafe downstairs and if you’re not buying something they kinda don’t want you to sit there🤕. I find that very unfair considering I am paying to live at the accommodation. But that’s clearly a rule form the owner. Nothing to do with the staff themselves.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 days with my family and it was a very good experience. Everything was very clean, both in the lobby and in the rooms. Our room had everything we needed: a private bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, air conditioner, air purifier, TV, vacuum cleaner, drawers and hangers for clothes. There was also a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, cooking stove, and full sets of kitchen tools and dishes. The bed linen was fresh and clean, and it was changed on the third day of our stay. There were no unpleasant smells anywhere. The only small problem was the very tiny trash bins and no extra garbage bags. The location is excellent. Two metro stations are very close, and there are many shops and even a discount supermarket nearby. I would happily come back to this hotel or to a similar one in the future, and I can recommend it to others.

Anyway, the cost performance is good! This comes with it!! ︎ The location was definitely a little difficult. There was a sign in front of the building, but I missed it. But it wasn't an impossible place to reach. I thought it would be a long way to go with a carrying case, but some users were using it a lot. Since it's only for women, the wash basins tend to be crowded, but they had 5 sinks available so I didn't have to wait. There were three showers, hair dryers, and toilets. There is a charge for amenities, but I brought my own towels and toothbrushing set, so it wasn't a problem.

GOOD 1. Very near to Akihabara's main street 2. All of the staff are very friendly and outgoing! 3. Huge table for dining, working in the lounge 4. Sofa for rest and chat 4. Cleanliness well kept BAD 1. Lack of space for luggage placement and packing, understandable given by the location. 2. Bed can be a little small but mattress and pillow are pretty okay.

It was surprisingly the best place. Since everyone sleeps together, I thought it might not be a completely separate space, but the floors and curtains were clearly separated, and except for the fact that a strange foreigner talked to me and woke me up, it was perfect. I thought I would be able to share a room with 3 friends, but we had to split up, so it was a bit disappointing. However, there was a resting area on the first floor, so we spent time there and ate late-night snacks. It was 40,000 won per day, so if you are a master of Akihabara, go here and stay! The only difference was one stop.

Nice hostel close to metro station. 10-15 minutes to Akihabara district. Stuff was really nice and helped with all the questions. Towels, adapters, etc are provided at the reception that is a great advantage. Many stores around. The disadvantage for someone is the trains outside goes quite often and are bit loud, but free earplugs were provided and at it night it doesnt bother you.

I highly recommend this B&B! The tatami room is very comfortable, clean and warm. As soon as you enter the door, you feel relaxed. It is very close to the station, about four minutes' walk, and it is also easy to drag luggage. The best thing is that there is a bicycle rental point downstairs! It is so convenient to ride a bicycle around Tokyo. Not only does it save transportation costs, but you can also stop and go as you like, which is super free! It is also very convenient to eat around. There is a restaurant downstairs and a food street in two minutes' walk. You don't have to worry about being hungry. Overall, I had a very happy stay. I want to stay here again when I come to Tokyo next time!

We lived there with a group of 5 people. 3 bedrooms were perfectly suited. In apartment 2 toilets and 2 shower cabins, which is very convenient when you live in a group. You can cook yourself, but there is no washing machine. The location is quite convenient, the metro station is not far away, there are sights in the walking availability. Only the room cabinets were missing to fold their things, but it is generally a problem for Japan - mini-houses)

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

Good option for adequate money in Tokyo. The apartment is clean enough. There is everything necessary - kitchen, smart TV, table with chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, dryer. The mattress is soft. The settlement is uncontacted, by code to the electronic door lock. The location is convenient - 10 minutes from the metro station and the electricians of Rigoku, from which you can get to Shinzhuk. Also near a grocery store, Japanese fast food gudon. There was a small problem with the settlement time, but the owner provided fair compensation, and it ended well. From the downsides - very small pillows, and in the apartment is dark because the windows come out on the stairs.

I ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

Come to see Jay Chou's concert ~ 1. I found that I had to check in and found that I had a password to enter the door, but I didn't receive the hotel email in advance. I asked other guests (Europeans) that they had received the password from other platforms, so I don't know if it was a hotel problem or a Trip.com problem. 2. The quadruple room 6 and the bed 1 not only eat and drink in the room, but actually one person occupies 3 lockers. Music starts in the morning. The quality of the long-term residents is a bit low, and the room is small and not suitable for packing luggage. So when I checked out, I moved downstairs to sort it out, and the result was said by the proprietress...3. I didn't understand that the proprietress obviously knew Chinese, and WeChat was also Chinese. Finally, I checked out and said English. When I finally left, I used Chinese to make me praise... I wanted to come to Hong Kong. The demographic tone is also normal. Fourth, this should be one of the cheap youth travel in Tokyo, and it can also store the package. Although Europeans can put the hall, they ask me to put the garbage at the door... Basically, the room does not have wifi, and the hall is provided. Six, the upper bunk is really difficult to climb... Climb to the foot cramps, the bathroom on the second floor has no dry and wet separation, can throw clothes and towels outside the door, you can go to the first floor to wash, basically do not have to queue. 7. The map logo is not correct. I have been looking for it for a long time for the first time. If you book, you will see docomo going forward with a beverage machine and then turn right and go straight. Eight, whether it is to go to Haneda or Narita, this place is very convenient. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, you can set this ~.

Stayed here for 9 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience for a solo traveller. Capsule was very clean, cosy and quite roomy as there is an extra space beside (shelf & clothing bar) the mattress. Bedding is clean and comfortable! I especially like the capsule’s window cutout and curtain so that I can draw it accordingly to allow ventilation/ the aircon in. I could leave my luggage outside my capsule in the room so that was very convenient to reach for my things. Shower and toilet facilities are acceptably clean, except for the floor & vanity sink area where alot of ladies dont clean up their loose hair/ makeup powder after use. Unplan Shinjuku is known to be a social hostel, and alittle too social. I stayed in a capsule above the front porch & everynight I have to deal with loud conversational noises from downstairs - I had noise cancelling earphones so I used that to sleep. The common kitchen area has everything a traveller needs - a fridge, freezer, water dispenser, microwave, toaster etc.. The walk from Unplan to the nearest station is about 10mins to Shinjuku 3-chome (Shinjuku line) metro station, Fukutoshin & Maronouchi line are slightly further & JR line is about 20mins walk. Kindly note that Unplan is located on a slope so there is a small gradient to climb.

It was in a good location near Otorii Station. The cleanliness was also good and it was very clean. I was surprised to find that the reception desk was next to the cash register of the izakaya, which was full and popular, and I was very surprised because it was my first time dealing with such a noisy environment. However, I think it will be fine once you get used to it. The room was a wooden capsule-style room, and the inside of the room? was simple, with only amenities, a bath towel, and a futon, and there was no TV or anything else, so it was just for sleeping. There was a lock to prevent theft of valuables and bags, and security to enter the room was solid. Eating and drinking in the room was prohibited, and the place to eat and drink was on another floor, but it was also simple, with only two small tables, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and it was a room where you could only eat what you bought. It was not designed to relax. The door of the freezer was broken. There is Wi-Fi, so you can watch online videos, but earphones are a must. If you don't have them, you won't be able to watch them because it will be a nuisance to others. There was no one at the reception desk when I checked out, and I just had to write my name on a notepad and that was it. There were no services, but for this price in Tokyo, I thought it was totally worth it if you just wanted to sleep. That was my impression of the place.

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. Self-check-in using a tablet was a bit unfamiliar, but Korean is supported. All amenities such as towels, slippers, locks, and toothbrushes are paid. (I was a little surprised that they didn't even provide towels.) Hair dryers cannot be used between 11 PM and 6:30 AM. Thanks to this, it is quiet. I had flight early in the morning, at 3am. Therefore I needed a cheaper place from evening till midnight, closer to the airport. I chose this because of the price and also because of my flight timings. This is a self check in, self check out type of facility. Most of the process takes place online only, with no human interactions. It is reasonably clean and convenient for solo travelers. There was only one more person, therefore it was quiet and suited my needs well. I checked in around 4pm and checked out around 11:30pm night without spending the whole night there. However, the email messages and also the printed messages there carry the tone ”If you do this, we will fine so much”, an American style of approach than Japanese - having disclaimers or warnings for almost everything. It was not a pleasant feeling to see this type of approach, but understandable since it was being managed mostly online, with no frills approach. Some of the reviews mentioned that the shower room is dirty and needs cleaning. I observed that this is indeed true. I took photos of the shower rooms and communicated with this company on email about the online reviews, my observations and the need to do some maintenance. I received a reply from stating that this issue will be looked into. Overall, this is a suitable place for solo travelers who are looking for a cheaper place closer to the airport.

It is about a 5-minute walk from the station and there are many quiet residential areas, convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for consecutive nights. The room was very clean and the bedding was clean. The washing machine was very helpful in the hot summer season. I was a little scared of the ladder because I wasn't used to the loft, and I think it would have been even better if there was a washlet. Since I lived in the neighborhood before, I was able to spend my time with peace of mind and comfort, as I came back to my home at that time. I would like to use it again. Thank you.

It was about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff also seemed to work at a music studio, and served customers while working in the restaurant. I thought it was a nice guesthouse, with clean rooms and bathrooms. Even though it was a weekday, the 4-person rooms were full and it is very popular. There are spacious shared spaces (the restaurant and the entrance) where you can use the PC, etc., and free drinkable water is also provided. Also, the accommodation space is on the second floor and above, and the bathroom is separated from the first floor, so you can use the hair dryer without worrying, even at night. Hair dryers, bath towels, etc. are provided. However, I think it is safer to bring your own towels. Toothbrushes are not provided.

Stayed 3 nights and was a good base to explore Tokyo from. Close to metro lines, shops & restaurants. The rooms were compact but larger than a hotel room and nicely decorated. Well equipped with appliances, kitchenware, dinnerware, toiletries etc. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The 2 futons less so but we were so tired after long days of sight seeing we slept well. Would stay again.

Check-in convenience: I checked in at the front desk, which was pretty easy. Safety: It's a very quiet area and felt very safe. Facilities: I don't understand the logic behind this hotel, so I booked for four women, but there were actually three of us, because I was afraid it would be a youth hostel and they'd booked in another person. Pros: The room had a table, microwave, induction cooktop, and more. Plenty of space. The shower was quite comfortable. Cons: There was no washbasin, so I had to use the sink, which was a bit cramped and leaked. The bathroom was always ventilated, which was a bit noisy when sleeping, and the door wouldn't close properly from the outside. The location is really good, though. Yoyogi Station is a 200-meter walk away, and there's a supermarket along the way. However, Yoyogi Station has two exits, so be careful to avoid being scammed (Google Maps tells you to enter and exit the underground to transfer, but if you don't, you'll be charged 150 yen). This proves that the two exits serve as two transportation hubs, making it very comprehensive. Shinjuku Takashimaya and Shinjuku Main Station are also within walking distance. In general, the price/performance ratio is absolutely acceptable. I just hope that the merchant can improve the facilities a little more. Thank you, ありがとう

Check-in was a bit fiddly, but the room was nice! The sofa bed and washing machine were helpful. Thank you for being near the station!

It was a very nice facility, but the distance to the road is close and small children are worried, but we are small children and junior high school students, so it will be okay first! We will use it again. thank you.

The location is really good! very convenient and near subway station. A little small but for the price, it is perfect. The check-in needs to be done in advance if you don't want to have some delays getting in the room. There is no front desk, so the communication is through email. But that was also little fast. A lot of food options around and in the area. Cleanliness could be better.

Pros 1. The neighborhood is good: it is quiet and nice to walk around the neighborhood because it is near the Japanese residential area, not the downtown area. 2. Good location: Sakura Shinmachi Station itself is within 10 minutes to Shibuya, so access is good. 3. Good facilities: If you travel alone, you have a good space and a good facility. 4. Adequate infrastructure: There are not only convenience stores but also small marts around, so it's good to go out and buy something to eat. Cons: 1. Ambiguous location: 10 minutes walk from Sakura Shinmachi Station and 15 minutes walk from Komazawa Daigaku Station. 2. Lack of explanation: When I saw it on Trip.com, it was difficult to prepare because I didn't get detailed about what the interior furniture and facilities were. 3. Limits of facilities: Because it is not a hotel, there is no housekeeping, so if you stay long, you have to wash your towels. And you have to separate and collect garbage yourself. Conclusion: I'm willing to return. ① Facilities do not matter much ② Accessibility to ③ Central Street at a reasonable price ④ I want a local feel-> Recommended

In general, a very good hotel, there are all facilities(separated san.host, washing machine, mini kitchen with stove, and even a closet!).at the time of arrival the purity is complete, but if you live there for a long time at least the wreath is not enough to wax from the floor dust.separate hell of the drive is to pick up the key from the boxing key.the site gave me one code from it,and in fact it was quite different.so if you don't know Japanese and you don't have a ring to call back the hotel,I don't recommend this hemorrhage
