Minha primeira experiência em hostel, foi super tranquilo Tudo limpo, achei o quarto feminino super seguro pq tem senha na porta O chuveiro tem temporizador de 5 minutos, se fosse pra lavar o cabelo não daria tempo. Como fui de cabelo limpo, deu boa 😅 Atendimento bom, deixei o carro na rua e passava o guardinha a todo momento

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .
