The reception is extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is clean. Beautiful views to be seen from a lot of the rooms. I will be staying here every time i go to Changsha. They had a washing machine and dryer and they helped me fold my clothes. Honestly they are giving hilton a run for one quarter the price. Thats why i give this hotel 9.99999 out of 10 because its almost perfect for the value.
