首先説下地理位置，從北京來的，提前預訂了一個商務車（家庭成員5人），115打車到民宿，西門最近，40分鐘左右，小區挺大的，裏面就有便利店也有超市，出門步行15東西穿過一個林蔭公園就是海邊（網紅打卡地：孤獨的鯨），到的早沒啥人。然後面對大海往左4公里就是天馬棧橋，晚上夜市，不大。往右沒去過，但是我查到也有幾個景區。民宿小區相對位置還不錯，第二天打車去所城裡大概30分鐘，也挺方便的。最遠打車去養馬島要1個多小時。 其次衞生，挺乾淨，很整潔，也很温馨，家人很滿意。房主還貼心的備了沙灘玩具等。 最後服務，業主很貼心，問了很多問題都耐心解答，也提供了各種暖心的建議！特別贊！ 總之，很滿意的一次入住！

設施：整體設施比較齊全，洗衣機、微波爐、小冰箱、小愛同學音箱、電動窗簾、投影儀、洗衣機，晾衣服也很方便，一晚上衣服就幹了。燈光設計得也比較方便舒適，沙發搖椅可以滿足多人結伴出遊有地方坐。廚房水槽吧枱什麼的設施也比較齊全。大風天氣出行的朋友要注意一下，畢竟海景房，我們入住當天8級大風，外面的海浪聲很大，窗户也會被風吹的很大聲。 衞生：皮草乾淨整潔舒適，床上用品很舒服，有一個乳膠枕頭一個羽絨枕頭，可以滿足不同人羣的睡眠習慣，很貼心了。沙發、靠墊、搖椅和窗簾都挺乾淨的，布藝沙發還能這麼乾淨，維護的很好了。衞生間整體都是白色，強迫症患者福音，一進廁所沒有異味，整體乾淨整潔看着心情就很愉悦了。地板和廚房枱麪收拾的比較乾淨，沒有明顯灰塵污漬。 環境：整體環境比較乾淨舒適整潔，附近就是東昇灌漿包，早上可以去嚐嚐那裡的包子餃子。出門就是後沙廣場打卡點，出行也很方便。 服務：我們退房當天因為還有其他地方要逛，帶着行李不方便，就把行李寄存了，店家很貼心幫我們收好了。我們入住當天已經是後半夜了，給前台打電話諮詢的時候小姐姐明顯已經休息了（煙台這邊的人普遍都睡很早啦），但是還是很耐心解答了我們的問題。 總結：朋友們也一致好評，下次來了還訂這家。茶几上有個小設備，有認識了可以説一下這是啥東西。
