Cheap and location is very good. Amenities and cleanliness? It is equivalent to the price. Perhaps the guests and staff are arranged in various ways. The bath towel was not stock on the second day and used mini towels. It is like paying for 200 yen of bath towel and 100 yen of mini towel in the envelope or pay for pay. There was no staff at self check-in and self payment for corona countermeasures, but there was no particular inconvenience!

This time I stayed in a quad room with two double beds, shared by two couples. I thought the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was great that it could fit four 30-inch suitcases. The beds were also very large and comfortable! The price was reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again if I were to travel to the area again!

The location is the main draw, for it is near many stations on different lines, and is easy to get to. (About 4 min walk from nearest station). A plus if you enjoy specialty coffee and bar. Facilities are clean and rooms are relatively big for Tokyo! Toilets are clean and well maintained.

Only stayed for one night, it was fine. Didn’t check out much of the downstairs area but the second floor had fridge, seating, shower, etc. Top bunk is up quiet high and found it a little tricky to get my giant backpack up there lol but that’s a me problem. En-suite bathroom.

It's reasonably priced and breakfast is included, which is great! Although there were many foreign guests, I had a comfortable stay. It was a women-only dormitory, but the floor was shared with men, so I was a little confused when using the shower, etc. The location is convenient, so I would like to use it again.
Akasaka

Akasaka guesthouse provides a GREAT location at a great price with easy access to several transit lines, and pleasant walks to many attractions and major areas. The Hostel itself is small, and unassuming. The common area is nice to spend time in but if you are looking for stuff to do IN it? well chatting with other travellers is about the only thing to do. But you weren't booking a hostel just to hang around in their lobby. The dorms are compart, but comfortable and provided enough space for a large 6'1” tall man to move around in the capsule and get dressed easily. The capsules do not have individual AC, a small fan would be a nice addition to each capsule. The walls are also plywood, so movement and bumps can be very loud. Towel rentals are available from the front desk, but require an attendant to get (though maybe i misunderstood some instructions) so make sure to rent one when you check in, or you'll be using yesterdays clothes to dry yourself off. But included soaps in the very nice showers are a big plus. Note if you have a lot of luggage or accessibility needs that there is no elevator and your bags may need to be carried up 4 flights of narrow stairs. Hostel was overall very clean, staff were kind and helpful, bedding was comfortable. Would totally stay here a sec Front desk staff were super helpful.

Pretty good location in Akihabara, quite close to a few convenient stores (closest one is 1~2minute walk). Overall satisfied by the BnB Hotel, just wish there was more hangers for wet towels to air dry. For the shared area outside of the bedrooms, there wasn't any air conditioning or fans. It was very hot during hotter seasons even during night time. It makes it difficult for people to make phone call, or just using the shared space for any purpose due to the uncomfortable temperature. (You'll sweat even if you're just sitting). I might consider visiting again if I want to stay in Akihabara, but I'll rather find somewhere closer to Ikebukuro since there's where I go most often.

We booked this room for my parents since they had an early flight out of Terminal 3 the next morning. The room's amenities, size, and service were all excellent. It's directly connected to Terminal 3, so they were there in just 5 minutes the next day. Plus, we could bring the luggage cart right into the room the day before and just roll it out in the morning. The hotel service was incredibly good and super fast. The mini-fridge was fully stocked with all sorts of complimentary drinks, teas, and alcohol, which was a really nice touch. The room was a good size, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view before a connecting flight. Right below the hotel, on the second floor, there's a mall with plenty of shops, and on the first floor, there are many restaurants. It's very convenient for both shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel.

Main problem was the room has a very strange smell - seems to be from the sink. Improved after we plugged it. The noise from the metro is really loud - like even with earplugs you will hear the entry/exit music playing. Breakfast: they have a big coffee machine but we have to drink office coffee from a jug. Breakfast itself wasn’t quite to our taste (because of inclusion of UPF cheese slices). Finally, the self service check in and check out is weird - one staff spends the same time coaching us how to do it as they would spend to just check us in. If we don’t plan to take up future employment in a hotel reception, then this training is superfluous. I’d rather they just check us in.

I recently stayed at S-peria Inn Nihonbashi Hakozaki and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well-managed, exceptionally clean, and the staff are friendly and proficient in English. The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and having laundry facilities available on two floors was very convenient. The location is ideal with a subway station nearby and convenience stores just around the corner. I would definitely book this hotel again for future visits to Tokyo. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Pretty good overall. The front desk staff were friendly, and there were no major issues apart from the fact that housekeeping only comes every 3 days. It's very quiet and the location is excellent. It's about a 2-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven convenience store just a minute's walk away. The facilities are quite new too. Thumbs up!

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that's really delicious. For Odaiba, it's super convenient for accessing the three malls and various attractions.

The air conditioning in the room was very quiet and cooled down quickly, and the air purifier was a great touch. The room was also well soundproofed, and the front desk staff were very polite. Check-in was quick, and there's a vending machine downstairs, which is super convenient. The location is also excellent, mostly residential areas nearby, so it's very quiet at night. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This hotel is super close to JR Hatchobori Station's B2 exit, which is great because it has an elevator – a huge plus when you're lugging suitcases around. You can also get to Disneyland directly via JR without any transfers. I took a bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, then hopped on the JR line to the hotel. Besides JR, there are other subway lines nearby, making it convenient for shopping in Ginza. While there aren't tons of restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner, there are enough to get by. The room layout is classic Japanese style, but I loved that they utilized the space under the bed for luggage storage. Cleanliness was also top-notch; my room was cleaned daily.

The property is conveniently connected with Shinjuku Metro Station through an underpass, which makes travel very easy and comfortable for guests. However, I would like to highlight one inconvenience. There is no mobile charging facility or electric socket available near the reception counter. Many times, guests arrive after long journeys, and the non-availability of a charging point near the reception causes inconvenience, especially while waiting or completing check-in formalities.

Really nice hotel. Service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always polite and helpful. The lobby offers plenty of complimentary hygiene items—toothbrushes, combs, cream, hair ties, and more—which is a great touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s Japanese-sized but well-designed and has everything you need, including a sleeping gown. They also use an eco-friendly cleaning system: full room cleaning every three days, with fresh towels left at your door daily. Our bathroom did have a slight humidity odour, and the sink showed some signs of age, but overall it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect the stay. Location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro, with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend and would stay again.
