We booked this room for my parents since they had an early flight out of Terminal 3 the next morning. The room's amenities, size, and service were all excellent. It's directly connected to Terminal 3, so they were there in just 5 minutes the next day. Plus, we could bring the luggage cart right into the room the day before and just roll it out in the morning. The hotel service was incredibly good and super fast. The mini-fridge was fully stocked with all sorts of complimentary drinks, teas, and alcohol, which was a really nice touch. The room was a good size, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view before a connecting flight. Right below the hotel, on the second floor, there's a mall with plenty of shops, and on the first floor, there are many restaurants. It's very convenient for both shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel.

Main problem was the room has a very strange smell - seems to be from the sink. Improved after we plugged it. The noise from the metro is really loud - like even with earplugs you will hear the entry/exit music playing. Breakfast: they have a big coffee machine but we have to drink office coffee from a jug. Breakfast itself wasn’t quite to our taste (because of inclusion of UPF cheese slices). Finally, the self service check in and check out is weird - one staff spends the same time coaching us how to do it as they would spend to just check us in. If we don’t plan to take up future employment in a hotel reception, then this training is superfluous. I’d rather they just check us in.

I recently stayed at S-peria Inn Nihonbashi Hakozaki and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well-managed, exceptionally clean, and the staff are friendly and proficient in English.
The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and having laundry facilities available on two floors was very convenient. The location is ideal with a subway station nearby and convenience stores just around the corner.
I would definitely book this hotel again for future visits to Tokyo. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Pretty good overall. The front desk staff were friendly, and there were no major issues apart from the fact that housekeeping only comes every 3 days. It's very quiet and the location is excellent. It's about a 2-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven convenience store just a minute's walk away. The facilities are quite new too. Thumbs up!

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including sashimi, miso soup, and Western pastries. The only downside is the coffee, which isn't great. The hotel itself is very well-designed; though small, it makes excellent use of space. It's also connected to the onsen at the adjacent mall, which is lovely for a soak in the evening. Just outside the hotel, there's an all-you-can-eat Japanese hotpot that's really delicious. For Odaiba, it's super convenient for accessing the three malls and various attractions.

The location is super convenient, whether you're traveling for business or with family. It's incredibly easy to get around and shop. You're right in the heart of Ginza's shopping district, making it an excellent choice for exploring and dining. On weekends, there's even a pedestrian street where you can join shopping groups from various countries and have a great time.

The air conditioning in the room was very quiet and cooled down quickly, and the air purifier was a great touch. The room was also well soundproofed, and the front desk staff were very polite. Check-in was quick, and there's a vending machine downstairs, which is super convenient. The location is also excellent, mostly residential areas nearby, so it's very quiet at night. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This hotel is super close to JR Hatchobori Station's B2 exit, which is great because it has an elevator – a huge plus when you're lugging suitcases around. You can also get to Disneyland directly via JR without any transfers. I took a bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, then hopped on the JR line to the hotel. Besides JR, there are other subway lines nearby, making it convenient for shopping in Ginza. While there aren't tons of restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner, there are enough to get by. The room layout is classic Japanese style, but I loved that they utilized the space under the bed for luggage storage. Cleanliness was also top-notch; my room was cleaned daily.

The property is conveniently connected with Shinjuku Metro Station through an underpass, which makes travel very easy and comfortable for guests.
However, I would like to highlight one inconvenience. There is no mobile charging facility or electric socket available near the reception counter. Many times, guests arrive after long journeys, and the non-availability of a charging point near the reception causes inconvenience, especially while waiting or completing check-in formalities.

Really nice hotel. Service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always polite and helpful. The lobby offers plenty of complimentary hygiene items—toothbrushes, combs, cream, hair ties, and more—which is a great touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s Japanese-sized but well-designed and has everything you need, including a sleeping gown. They also use an eco-friendly cleaning system: full room cleaning every three days, with fresh towels left at your door daily.
Our bathroom did have a slight humidity odour, and the sink showed some signs of age, but overall it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect the stay.
Location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro, with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend and would stay again.
