It was a very pleasant stay for our family of five. All three rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The host was very helpful and kept in touch to check if we needed anything. They provided us with complimentary large bottles of drinking water. The accommodation is just as the host described in the photos, close to many restaurants. Location: 5 minutes walk from Dawang Subway Station on Line 1 (cross a zebra crossing). The subway connects to Gemdale Plaza. There are many restaurants in B1, but there are no supermarkets nearby. You can buy daily necessities at the supermarket, and go to Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, and Wangfujing. Wait...it's all very convenient. Facilities: There is central heating, so it won't get cold. There are windows throughout the house, allowing for ventilation and light. Service: When I arrived, I found that there was no laundry detergent. The housekeeper immediately arranged it and bought clothes hangers. Hygiene: The bed quilt feels clean, but the towels are old, so I use my own. The only drawback is that the living room floor has pits, which may expand and contract due to heat. I felt good after staying for 5 days. It's hard to find something perfect. I'm very satisfied with the comfort and convenience.
