I took the initiative to send a message to him to add my WeChat account, and he did not have it either. I arrived at Jordan Station at 2 o'clock and kept looking for the hotel after 3 o'clock. In the end, I called him and he added me to WeChat, saying that I didn't see my text message. I left my mobile phone number when I booked the room, and even after the reserved check-in time, the store didn’t contact me at all. I thought the self-service hotel was interesting, but it turned out to be ignored. After arriving at the hotel, some questions are answered for a long time or not at all. One time is enough!

The main door has a digital lock that can be accessed by a combination (code) OR by tapping the magnetic digital key (looked like a small plastic keychain or keyholder). Location of the building was right at the B1 entrance of Jordan Station of the MTR (subway). The bus stops were just a 200- or 300-meter walk from the building. The staff spoke English.

Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

|2.41km from city centerAs I was staying for 4 nights, I was given a room which has common ammenities like a set of washing machine and dryer (which might be used to cleanup the other rooms' bedsheets after they have checked out). Room is small (no choice due to space constraints in Hong Kong). Other than the building which looks old and scary when you arrive back at the area at night, the flat / room is well-lit and looks very new. No cockroaches at the room I was given (as mentioned by some reviews) but there were a few ants here and there and I guess unavoidable due to it being a relatively old building. Most importantly, best to have a wechat acc, so you can communicate with the owner easily.

What I Loved:
✅ Breathtaking Views: The hostel is perched on Mt. Davis, offering panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, especially at sunrise and sunset—absolutely stunning!
✅ Affordable & Great Value: Compared to most accommodations in Hong Kong, this hostel offers great value for money, making it a budget-friendly option for travellers.
✅ Tranquil Atmosphere: Unlike hotels in the city centre, this place is surrounded by nature, perfect for those who want a relaxing stay.
✅ Friendly Staff: The hostel staff were welcoming and helpful, providing useful tips on getting around.
✅ Outdoor Common Area: There’s a nice outdoor area where you can sit back, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the views.
A Few Things to Note:
🔹 Location & Transport: Since the hostel is located on a hill, getting there requires taking a shuttle bus (provided by the hostel) or a taxi. If you prefer a more adventurous route, a scenic hike up Mt. Davis is an option, of course please do it during the day time.
🔹 Basic Amenities: This is a youth hostel, so don’t expect luxury. The rooms are simple but clean, with basic beds and shared facilities. Bring your own toiletries for added comfort.
🔹 Limited Dining Options: There isn’t a restaurant on-site, so it’s best to bring your own food or plan to eat before heading up. The common kitchen is available for light meal prep.
🔹 WIFI coverage & Speed, the signal in room is very pool, I started a 10 mins YouTube video at night and cannot reach to the end after sun rise.
Overall Experience:
If you're an adventurer, a backpacker, or someone looking for a quiet escape with fantastic views, I highly recommend this hostel. It may not be for those seeking high-end comforts, but for nature lovers and budget-conscious travellers, it’s a hidden gem on Hong Kong Island! 🌿🏙️
Would I stay here again? Yes! Just be prepared for the location challenge, but once you get there, the views are totally worth it.

The location was very convenient, as it was close to DS Grocery, Lunfung, Ladies Market, the Bank of China, and the station. Everything you need is nearby, making it a great spot to stay. The owner/manager was also very accommodating and took care of all our requests. While it wasn’t the most luxurious place, I really appreciated their hospitality, and I still enjoyed my stay. I only stayed there to sleep and shower, so if you're looking to save money while being close to the center, this place could be a good option.

|0.85km from city centerI feel extremely lucky to have found this little gem in Hong Kong. The dorms are extremely well laid out, with plenty of space for the suitcase and personal belongings. The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the common areas are cosy, there's everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils, the water pressure in the showers is amazing, the rooftop is a really place to hang out in the evenings, and most of all, the host Patricia makes you feel at home. I got there solo, and after a few nights I'm leaving with a bunch of friends. This place certainly has a magical power 😊

|1.6km from city centerAwesome hotel very close to lot of attractions and metro station. You can walk to Kowloon Park, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei etc within 13 minutes of walking. Or take the lrt exit B1 which is just across the street from the hotel.
The hotel is located on the 5th floor of National Court. The host was very accommodating and you can keep your luggage at the counter after check out if your flights are later in the day. High recommend this place.

The room I stayed in was quite small, with two sets of triple bunk beds. On the first night, I found myself on the top bunk, which was uncomfortably close to the ceiling. It was so low that I couldn’t even sit up properly or bend my legs—thankfully, I’m not claustrophobic. The next day, I was able to switch to a different bed as someone left, which was a relief.
The bathroom was very compact but functional, and like the rest of the hostel, everything felt quite narrow. It wasn’t the most spacious experience, but it did the job.
On the plus side, this hostel is affordable, and its location is perfect for exploring Hong Kong, being centrally located with easy access to key attractions. Overall, while it may not be the most comfortable place to stay, it’s definitely one of the cheapest options in a prime area.

All amentities were included : showgel, brushes, blowdryer, mini fridge, tea kettle n all(even washing service). The wall plugs were the traveller-friendly type w/ usb charger in them, one can just plug-in all your phone devices n electronic gadgets in them and start charging. The air conditioning and the cleaniness made the room felt comfortable cozy inside.
The atmosphere is very warm n home-like in this hostel with helpful staffs. They provided free washing service and managed to give back the washed clothes. The doors have two levels (front door, then your room door) and uses digital-number entry(not the swipe card type), cameras are everywhere in hallway, you feel safer inside. Location is just at the heart of the city central from everywhere (main shopping, food, main tourist sites) by foot, just 1min walk right outside the T.S.T main A1 exit, you won't miss it.
Greatest affordable Value overall for the great central location, cleaniness n comfortableness of rooms inside, n warm overall environment w/ helpful attentive staff inside. Would Definitely book this place again.!

If you stay in this building, be ready to see rats and cockroaches. But I assume it's a problem of the building and that area in general.

I do hope they provide disposable slippers, the ones provided left a dirt print on the white rug so we didn’t use them afterwards. Water runner on pipes wakes you up but neighbors is quite. Expectation/Reality: this is the only provider of accommodation in the area so expectations need to be managed. They have the ability to essentially set terms, so the negative reviews here are likely from the folks who didn’t read the find print. The photos match the space very well. However the hostel reached out over what’s app a number of days before the booking asking for the $150 membership fee and $500 deposit, which I was not comfortable providing until arrival, however the hostel was okay with that.
Security: very good, there is a gate lock and a lock to the door, very safe.
Hygiene: overall very clean, no concerns.
Hospitality: the check in and out process is all over what’s app, so you are at the mercy of how responsive they are which can be frustration when trying to get in. Once you are in, it’s fine.
Social Atmosphere: good social spaces.
Overall: given they essentially have a monopoly on accommodation in the area. It’s a pretty good spot. I accidentally broke the key and they came and fixed it the next day, but took off $50 from the deposit. So handle the keys gently. Over pretty good place.

Credits to the cleaning staff especially when I saw the two en-suite bathrooms of the 8 girls dorm the next morning , it was in a terrible state caused by the guests of the shared dorm.
The room is spacious for 8 bed female dorm with lockers, full length mirrors and two en-suite bathrooms. Hand soap , bath soap , toilet paper was provided. No towels and no hairdryer provided. Hanging hooks available in room. Many storage areas with big lockers. Comfortable bed and duvet. You have to remove duvet sheets , bedsheets, pillow case upon checkout and return it to reception area bins.
Good choice for the budget traveller and for cost of hotels in Hong Kong. Place is worth visiting just for the nostalgic vibe of the place.

After 2pm, we used the free phone on trip.com to confirm the location of the room, met the manager, and was given the room's PIN code. The room was a little small, but it was fine since we only needed to sleep there. We exchanged LINE IDs with the manager to communicate our preferences. We stayed the next night, so we could leave our luggage there before going out, which was convenient and reassuring. We were glad we got a room with a window, as we had requested.

|2.33km from city centerIt's easy to find. The location is great, right next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR entrance. If you have questions, call the online customer service. It seems that the boss is from Hong Kong, so he can communicate in Chinese. The room card A and B doors are universal. The A-door on the left is a hotel room type, and the B-door on the right is a male and female bed room. At first, I thought it was the same door and went to the wrong one. The B room I stayed in has a microwave and drinking water. There are also some free tea and coffee. But there is no washing machine for guests. You need to solve it yourself. The cleaners hired are foreigners and basically need to communicate in English. Fortunately, this one can meet basic needs. There is Haidilao nearby, which is less than 10 minutes' walk away. There are many delicious KFC, McDonald's, and K11 nearby, and the security uncle downstairs is also very warm-hearted.

One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeper. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I had fresh towels every day, which added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful provision of house shoes—definitely a cozy bonus!
The amenities available in the pod were quite convenient. Having a microwave and an electric stove made it easy to prepare simple meals, which is especially helpful for longer stays. The view from the hotel was another highlight; it was truly stunning and contributed to a pleasant atmosphere.
However, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The customer service staff, while friendly, were slow to respond on WhatsApp, particularly during an unsettling incident involving a creepy man. It would have been reassuring to receive quicker assistance in that situation, as safety is a top priority for any guest.
In summary, the hotel offers a unique and enjoyable experience with excellent housekeeping and nice amenities. Just be prepared for potential delays in customer service responsiveness. I would recommend it for those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great view, but I hope the management addresses the customer service aspect for future guests.

|0.28km from city centerI was on a long layover in Hong Kong and I ended up booking a room last minute in Mong Kok, so that I could spend a couple of hours strolling around Kowloon and enjoying some local food. I thought this capsule hotel would be easy to find as it's on Nathan Rd, however it took quite long for me to find the actual building, correct entrance and lift (no clear signs downstairs). The worst part though was finding out there's an online self check-in before entering the hotel. It was taking me so much time to connect, call and figure out how to do it as there's no staff in the hotel (only someone who can be reached by phone). The second part of the check-in was even more confusing for someone arriving tired after a long flight. Luckily enough there was a Thai guest who was kind enough to help me out. I'm not sure if I could have sorted it out if he wasn't there. I believe there should always be a staff member available for convenience and safety. The capsule itself was clean and comfortable. If I remember correctly, male and female bathrooms were not divided.
