The location is great, and it was great to be able to go to tourist spots like Universal Studios Japan and Dotonbori in no time. The smell from the drainage pipes in the room was bothersome. Very good hotel. Excellent location. Although it is very close to the railway, the room is equipped with three layers of soundproof glass. I think it does not affect me. Even a little sound like the waves and wind helps me sleep. None of the family complained about this. Maybe it's because we live on the eighth floor that we're not affected. 1) Although the hotel is quite far, the road is smooth and comfortable for pushing luggage. 2) There are several convenience stores along the way to the hotel, including a LIFE supermarket that's open until midnight, perfect for convenience. 3) There are several restaurants near the JR station, including a Japanese-Western restaurant. The entrance is discreet and the interior is very comfortable (see photos). There's also a bakery with delicious bread. 4) The owner is very kind and can check in your luggage early in the morning. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. It might have been a bit too late at 11:15 on the first night. We checked in at night in room 302 (two floors). We just put down our luggage quietly, walked normally, and took a photo with our children in the attic (attached photos), when other guests knocked on the door to complain. The owner then called and texted to complain again. If the noise continued, we would be forced to check out. I don't know what is considered noise. It's just normal use. I can only say that the place is made of wood and the sound insulation is really, really poor. We didn't dare to unpack that night. Fortunately, we didn't need to shower (we went to the hot springs that night and had a shower). We didn't do it until the next morning... Turning on the tap would be loud again. The sound insulation is really bad. Even the lightest step on the stairs in the room makes a wooden sound. If you are a family or 6 people staying here! It's really not allowed. And you can't stay up late because of the footsteps! On the second day, the owner reminded us to be as quiet as possible, so we didn't dare to make any noise for two consecutive days. I originally chose this house specifically to let my daughters experience a happy and enjoyable experience, but he kept telling them to step lightly on the floor, sit still, and not move around. It was too stressful. It affected my mood for the last two days of my trip. I was afraid of disturbing others and even more afraid of complaints. I really need to pay attention~

Great apartment, everything as described. Used the washing machine once and the detergent was already available, which is very nice. The only downside of this apartment is the front door on the first floor. The door doesn't open on the first try, meaning that the key doesn't turn easily, so be careful when opening it. The rooms in the small hotel are not big and a bit old. There is a jacuzzi, one bottle of water a day, which can be purchased for a fee, and welcome drinks.
