Amazing amazing, the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Extremely clean, the rooms and en suite bathrooms were cleaned everyday, shampoo and soap were included in the shower. Very nice receptionists and overall great vibes and atmosphere. Good public areas, kitchen, and activities. Definitely worth the price. Great location near the coliseum and main train station. Met some great people here! Would highly recommend.

The frontman was a very nice person, there are no people at the front desk 24 hours a day, but when I contacted him on WhatsApp, I was relieved that the reply came back immediately, I wrote that there was free water, but that It was tap water, and there was no battery for the air conditioner in the room, but the person at the front desk was kind, so it's all okay! Pros: The staff welcomed us warmly and the environment is nice and quiet. Disadvantage 1: There is not a 24-hour front desk and there are many floors to go to the location on Ctrip. You can't find the front desk at all. If you arrive outside business hours, you must contact the hotel in advance to upload your passport and pay tax to check in. Disadvantage 2: The bath and bed are in the same space, so there is no privacy. One person has to take a bath while the other person has to avoid it. Disadvantage 3: A suite is like three bedrooms and a living room, and the living room is used as a public area and the three rooms are rented to three families respectively. The clause of reception period must be highlighted coz it’s only 4hours services a day . My flight from Vienna have been delayed by 4 hours and tried to call few times, either it’s no answer or incorrect number. Eventually when I arrived the hotel .I need to find other room to stay . It was my first time in my life i am not able to check in my reserved “hotel”. Since I am a regular traveler. It was such a bad experience.

The location is superb, just a 15 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica and The Vatican.  Ten minute walk to the Pantheon.  Twenty minute walk to the Forum and Colosseum.  So many churches all over this part of Rome. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood and the service staff were impeccable.  Our suite was set back off the road through a courtyard so it was very quiet.

We arrived at 10 AM and had some trouble finding the entrance. The main door was closed, and no one answered when we knocked. We called the phone number, but the person only spoke Italian. Fortunately, some guests were leaving and helped us get inside. There was no one at the reception, but later someone responded in English via WhatsApp. We left our bags and came back later — the room was ready on time at 3 PM. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.

Big spacious room, tiny but comfortable bathroom. The room was clean, as you can see there are only some scuff marks from the trolleys of the people previously occupying the room. The location is good. Near a lot of restaurants, near the station but in a safe area, and with a metro station nearby. The only negative thing, no traditional bidet.
