Fully automated check-in with a password provided; luckily, there was no need to contact customer service for anything. There were many guests around, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it had a balcony and a kitchen (which I didn't use). The shower pressure was excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Daikokucho subway station, which is very close. Shin-Imamiya, for JR and Nankai lines, is about 700m away, and the walk doesn't feel long at all. Overall, it's consistent with the description: convenient for travel, reasonably priced, and truly ideal for a short stay in Osaka to shop and eat. For luggage during check-in and check-out, you'll need to find lockers at the station (we stored ours directly at Nishi-Umeda). Also, no housekeeping, so you'll have to tidy up yourself. However, both of these points are acceptable.

I am honored to be the first evaluation of Fuzewu in Trip.com . First of all, the owner communicates smoothly; Secondly, the sanitary condition is excellent. Two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and two bathrooms (dry and wet separation and bathroom separation). The kitchen utensils and tableware are very suitable for our family of people traveling with small babies. It is much more convenient to make some supplementary food than the hotel. If there is a small rice cooker, it will be more perfect. ～ located in a big country~ Exit 1 of the station, go downstairs to the convenience store on the right hand side, go straight to the lift supermarket opposite the road for 200 meters, Yoshinoya on the left hand side, Mujin Xieqi Market behind the building, take the subway to Umeda business district, Dotonbori is very convenient... In short, it is a perfect location and homestay. The only downside is that there is a ”flying car” in the middle of the night, the motorcycle is louder, and people who sleep lightly are recommended to bring their own earplugs. After we go back to the bath for a day, sleep has no effect. If you go to Osaka again, you still hope to live in Fukushima.

It is a studio apartment with facilities like a small kitchen, washing machine and a balcony to dry your clothes. Considering a studio, all facilities were well provided and we also utilized them. Bed is a bit small and it’s difficult for 2 people to sleep, but there is a sofa bed which can be used to compensate. Location wise it is one metro stop away from Namba station where all the touristy sites like dotombori, and other street markets are in a walking distance. There are many convenience stores like family mart/7-11 within a distance of 200-300 meters. We also found many breakfast places e.g upgreen using google maps which are also nearby ( 5-7 mins walk) Overall a good experience.

設施很新的民宿，三層，二樓活動空間非常大，一樓二樓共卧室四間，衞生整潔，住的很滿意，性價比很高。 交通就在大阪環線新今宮站5分鐘腳程之內。需要如果從jr站西口出來後，需要從南海站南口穿過才能對應上給的路線指導，後面住的旅友留意一下出jr站不要走出去太遠。離omo7正門也挺近的，找不到路可以步行導航到omo7. 周邊環境挺一般的，畢竟浪速區，不過這麼大這麼新的房子也可以接受。

Clean apartment, easy check in, all one needs, spacious for Japan. TV is missing but no big deal. The view from the balcony is actually to another building, not to a park as the picture suggests. The communication with the staff was not so great - late or no replies. Not flexible with a late check-out. Not even by an hour.

This was the most spacious room I've ever stayed in in Japan! The amenities were comprehensive, and the washing machine, in particular, was incredibly convenient. It was such a relief not to have to hand-wash clothes while on the go, and having a balcony to dry clothes on made things even easier. I only packed two outfits for this trip to Japan. After checking in, I immediately headed to the Life supermarket just around the corner to stock up, where I discovered many useful daily essentials. I picked up all sorts of food every day, and the prices were quite reasonable. Cooking Wagyu beef I bought there myself was an absolute steal! Transportation was incredibly convenient. Tamatsukuri Station was only about a ten-minute walk away, and Morinomiya was also within easy walking distance. I even spotted an SL63 parked right downstairs!

Great apartment, everything as described. Used the washing machine once and the detergent was already available, which is very nice. The only downside of this apartment is the front door on the first floor. The door doesn't open on the first try, meaning that the key doesn't turn easily, so be careful when opening it. I highly recommend this apartment, I really enjoyed it!

Choose by price/quality ratio and remained delighted, although there were few feedback, which was a little worried.
