|2.18km from city centerThe hotel owner was friendly! And the facilities were better than I expected. The bathroom was cleaned every two days, which was nice. I was a little surprised by the lighting, but there were no bugs and it was usable. However, I saw a cockroach in the common area early in the morning. I think it came in from outside because the front door is right outside... but I haven't seen it since that day. The soundproofing isn't very good. There's not much information, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided, and I think they provide at least one towel per person. It's not a hotel, but a B&B, so it's worth checking out if you're looking to save money.

Started on the low side as the room wasn’t cleaned from previous people when I checked in. |10.37km from city centerI like this this place because of it's location really near to Metro, some tourist attractions like walk of fame, tcl, dolby theater, ovation mall. Didn't book hop on hop off but the pick up location is just near.
The room is clean and spacious. Although the bed is too high you need to duck upon waking up. The shared bathroom is clean and organized.
The kitchen is nice you can cook, store food and breakfast is delicious.
The staff is nice too. The only cons is the stairs from the door to the reception. If you have big luggages it's kinda struggling, i hope there could be staff that can help lifting the luggages.
There's a parking beside the hostel too.
All in all, I like my stay here. You can meet new friends and really accessible to metro and some bus stations and some locations.

Later, I went to the hotel and found that the owner was very friendly. Although the Indian accent was difficult to understand, it was very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem. The breakfast was quite good, yogurt coffee, and a mint cheesecake made me very impressed. If you are in the location, you can walk from Universal Studios for ten minutes, but the road is a bit hard to find.

之前我有幾個擔心的事情，一個是按金是否會全部退回？酒店是否安靜是否可以保證好的睡眠？區域是否安全？
我在退房兩天內就得到了按金的全額返還。
這個酒店四面都有街道，所以肯定能聽到一些街道的聲音，但到了夜晚其實很安靜，沒有什麼聲音。大概從早晨5:00左右開始，有一些車輛的音，衹是車輛行駛的聲音並不吵。而且酒店本身就有夜晚靜音時間保證我的睡眠。
酒店期間我覺得這個街區很安全，位置很好，周邊就有公交車站去哪裡都很方便。

My roommates during this stay were all very considerate – lights were out by 10 PM, and they were mindful not to disturb others when entering or leaving. I was very pleased with this. Though simple, the breakfast was substantial and filling. The location is super convenient: easily reachable by bus from the airport, it felt very safe, and Santa Monica Beach is just a short walk away. Extremely convenient overall.

You could hear people talking while playing music in the next room. The central air conditioner had a strong smell of food when other people cooked. A lot of good eating areas around Little Tokyo. The sleeping/living area had very poor air conditioning. The bathroom and shower are quite rustic and gross, but that's not something I personally care about. I know other people are sensitive to this, so I will preface that I saw cockroaches in the bathroom. By no means is the toilet disgusting without being cleaned, but rather something you'd find at a bar downtown... Generally speaking though, the experience was good and I will be visiting again in the future. To emphasize, the host, Ron, really made me feel comfortable with being in LA.

It's good for a stopover, it has all of the economic things you need like a shower, plug-ins, and kitchen + microwave. Make sure you don't overwealhm yourself by staying to long. For that I rated it like 4 stars because there's so much to do, and the food makes it impossible. Overall it was a perfect experience.

It is highly recommended. The boss is also very kind and considerate. If you need any equipment or tools, just tell the boss and he will help you. It is very luxurious. It is said that this house has a history of nearly 50 years, and the floor is covered. The patina is out. Usually when there are no guests, there will be a lot of sexy internet celebrities to pose for photos. The owner of the grandfather was very nice. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning. He knew that we were Chinese and would help us cook dumplings, watch TV on the cctv channel, recommend tourist routes, etc. He was very very enthusiastic and made us all embarrassed, toilet The two rooms are shared, but there is no one next door on the day we stayed, so it is equivalent to a private toilet. It's really great 👍

At least, there are a certain number of guests, including myself, who cannot open the door and hit the intercom repeatedly at night, and who bang on the door repeatedly.
This is probably the case for people who have not returned to the inn for more than a day (stayed elsewhere during their stay).
I was afraid of getting into trouble as a result of letting someone in at my own discretion, so I asked the owner to contact me directly and gave him the owner's phone number, but the owner did not answer the phone and I ended up letting him in.
To be honest, the sound of people hitting the intercom repeatedly and banging on the door at night was scary for me. I may have overlooked something, including myself...
Also, the check-in method will be communicated to the owner by email after arrival. Therefore, although it is a self-check-in, if you want to check in late, we recommend that you check in advance to see if you can check in at that time.

Community refrigerators to use if you like for personal groceries. Everyone was welcoming and very polite. I felt very comfortable and safe. This hostel to set up for long term if needed. The check in/out process was respectfully simple. The free street parking was a bit challenging so I added the optional service to reserve a parking on the hostel property. Close the shopping stores, restaurants, grocery stores, bank's, bus stations, etc. I highly recommend this hostel.
