The overall layout of the room is reasonable, with a slightly small atmosphere, suitable for couples or couples to live, the boss is super nice, hospitable, actively helping, and the feeling of being served is great. We both like it. The transportation is also very convenient. There are nearby The subway and the bus station are easy to go everywhere. There are small restaurants, small bars, and small parks around. It is very good. You can just go shopping when you are bored at night. It feels very good. Especially good location, I must recommend it to everyone.

A homestay in Nerima, Tokyo, an ideal starting point for the Four Lies Holy Land Tour. Google Maps cannot navigate to the correct address, but Gaode Maps can navigate to the correct address normally. Because I didn't estimate the time well, I arrived at more than 10 o'clock in the morning (this caused trouble for the owner). However, the key code was told to me by email in advance, so I could check in by myself. The air conditioning is very powerful. Because I was sweating, my clothes were soaked. I washed them and hung them out. As a result, it rained at night and forgot to collect them. The owner was very considerate to help me collect my clothes. Because I was a special forces soldier traveling all the way, I went out at 5 am and came back at 10 pm. It was a pity that I didn't meet the owner, but the owner's son still carefully told me the precautions for checking out. What may have an impact is that this house seems to have no three-pin plugs, only two two-pin plugs, and they are not next to the bed. (Maybe I didn't notice it, after all, I ran away all the time) There is a very delicious restaurant nearby, strongly recommended I will choose to stay here again for the Holy Land Tour next year.

The aunt is very nice! She speaks Chinese very well, and the accommodation is very good. There are buses and subway stations nearby, which is quite convenient. The aunt will discuss with us if there is anything, and teach us how to get there, how to take the subway, how to play, etc. It was a very good accommodation experience! I will come again next time I have the chance to go to Japan! 🥹🥹The aunt is really very enthusiastic❤️

It’s a good hotel and It’s ideal if you stay just for a day. I think it would’ve been better if they also provided towels on the other days we spent there rather than making us use one towel for our 5 nights of stay. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

The inside of the hotel is very nice. There is a coin-operated washing machine on the roof of the building, which can also dry clothes, so that it can be cleaned at the fastest speed, and there is no need to worry about putting it in the room to dry very slowly. The bedding is very complete, and they are all pure cotton. It is very comfortable to lie on, and you will not feel allergic. There are many places to eat nearby, such as a ramen restaurant, and a conveyor belt sushi restaurant not far from the sushi restaurant.

The room was large enough and even my family (adult 3 person) was able to spend very relaxing and comfortable. The bed was also fluffy and clean sheets, and the towels were very comfortable. It was in a residential area, so I was able to rest well in a very quiet environment. The facilities and equipment were very substantial, and it was enough to live as it was. Therefore, I made it a high evaluation.

This portable hotel does not include breakfast, but there are two supermarkets around, and two 7-11, a family, and small restaurants around 5pm to eat. Generally speaking, it is more convenient. The staff changes the garbage bags every day. I think it ’s good. For me who traveled alone for half a month, it ’s quite economical in Japan, a place full of money!

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

It's a short walk from JR Akihabara (about 10 minutes if it's your first time), but about 7 minutes from Akihabara Metro Station. (Once you get used to it, you can go faster) The entrance to the building is a little difficult to find at night, but There is a signboard and an orange flag at the entrance. I was able to find it safely. Even if you check in late at night, please put up a sticker etc. I was able to enter the room smoothly. There are more toilets, sinks, and bathrooms (3) than I expected. There are many hair dryers, Paper towels, free ear plugs, and shampoo treatments are also available. Although it is an unreasonable price, It is very easy to use and I would like to use it again. The receptionist I met in the morning was also very nice. thank you very much.

I booked the place after seeing pretty favourable reviews on other sites. Overall, the stay was fine. We were told that there’s a lift but was not told was that the lift does not serve both the 7th and 8th level. It was horrendous for us to lug up our heavy luggages up the stairs. As for washing, we were told that there was a washing machine but was not told that it was common for all to use. Also, we had to pay for each wash. That was fine until we saw that the dryer was broken and deep in winter, it would have taken ages for our clothes to dry. We literally gave up on washing our clothes. The cost of staying here was higher than others around Kuramae area which incidentally, provide better lodging and service.

We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

A super clean, modern and organized hostel, loved the stay for two nights there a lot!:) it has a nice area to sit and relax on the second floor with a balcony for smoking. You only share the restrooms and shower with very few other people, as the building has 10 floors and not many rooms per floor. The breakfast is also very affordable and really good to start off the day. The employees were very friendly and nice, would definitely come back the next time I am in Tokyo!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

The flight was too early, so I booked a night's sleep for a few hours. It was very convenient. In fact, I could take the earliest train, but I was too lazy to wait and took a taxi. Although it was small, it had all the necessary equipment, including earplugs, shower, and hair dryer. I will book it again if I go again. It's just that the check-in at the front desk is a bit troublesome. The booking on this platform cannot automatically check in. You need to call someone to come.

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^

The hostel is located in a quiet residential area while still being very close to the hustle and bustle of the Shibuya area. There's two rail stations about 3 minutes walk away, 4 convenience stores at the same distance that are open 24 hours day, and plenty of restaurants. The hostel was always extremely clean. The lockers under the beds are plenty large enough for all of your belongings (each one is the size of about half a bed). There's a washer and dryer that each cost 200 yen to use. You can rent the regular things like towels, slippers and locks if you want. I liked that the beds were in ”cubbies” and were not traditional bunk beds, it offered a lot of privacy. You are allowed to eat outside food in the cafe on the first floor. I personally would not add breakfast, it seemed very bare-bones (bread, jam, cereal) and we preferred spending that money on more interesting breakfasts. Only small issue is that the blanket wasn't quite large enough to cover my boyfriend comfortably. He's about 6 feet tall and sleeps on his back. Since we traveled in December, he was a little chilly. The pillows were also a little too thin. Overall, we are happy we stayed here and would definitely recommend it.

Upon arrival, check in was a breeze. You scan your QR Code then speak to a representative on the provided iPad via Skype. Once the agent confirm you, you get your key codes for your room. The rooms provided everything we needed (Family of 4. My husband, 18 yr old son, 12 yr old daughter, and myself.) Refridge w/ freezer portion, sink, pots/ pans/ dishes/ utensils, stove top, kettle, microwave and Toaster oven. A table, couch, and Murphy bed which is pretty awesome, and 2 twin beds put together (it’s the equivalent size of a king. My daughter fell asleep on it, and all three of us was able sleep comfortably.) I appreciate the toilet room and the shower / bath room being separated. There is also a washer/ dryer machine in one. Room also comes w/ tv, safe, drawers, under the bed storage (this is where we kept our backpacks and purchases.) Lots of plugs. (They do not have 3 prong plugs, only 2.) Although it’s a “Studio” like room, the lighting is efficient (there are lights over the bed area, kitchen, dining area. This is great if you wake up 3-4a and don’t want to bother the others sleeping lol.) AC gets cold. You are very close to 7-11 and family mart. (Both about a 5 min walk.) My only complaint is, we all only had 1 pillow each lol. They give you an option to purchase additional towels if you need, but not pillows. This is not a big deal if you have less than 4 people OR only need 1 pillow lol. Overall, I will definitely be back for future trips. Minn in Kappabashi was a perfect fit for my family and made our trip comfortable. :)

If compared with other hotels, the sanitary conditions here are quite poor. There was old dirt on the toilets and wash basins, stains and mildew in the shower room, and it took several days for the garbage in the shower room to be cleaned. The hygiene in the room was acceptable, but there were a lot of stains on the sheets, although they should have been washed. There are many more clean capsule hotels in Tokyo than this one, but with these hardware at this price, I think it is still worth it. It is very conveniently located from Haneda Airport, Kamata, downtown Tokyo, and Kawasaki. The guests are quite quiet and rarely disturb other people. It is recommended that people who plan to stay here, if they have basic requirements for hygiene, bring their own towels, slippers, dirty sleeping bags, and disinfectant wipes, so that they will have a better experience.

Unfortunately this is the worst place we have ever booked- it was very small, too small to put bags on 'bedroom' floor. Unsuitable for three, let alone the six people it suggests On the third floor with twisty, narrow stairs and no lift- difficult with baggage. The apartment was hot and stuffy with warning signs everywhere about the police being called if you are noisy and yet the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbours. Strongly recommend viewing in person before booking, we chose to forfeit our booking and not stay here despite understanding we would not get a refund

The room was very clean and the bedding was clean. The washing machine was very helpful in the hot summer season. I was a little scared of the ladder because I wasn't used to the loft, and I think it would have been even better if there was a washlet. The room with an additional bathroom for two people can see that the building is renovated in the old style, but the appearance is clean and cute, there is complete public space on the first floor, kitchenette, social room and laundry room, tenants can also freely use the space of the next cafe, and the staff is very friendly. The room is Japanese-style structure, the sink and the bathroom are separate design, the bathroom has a small bathtub for bathing, the heating equipment is not new but very warm, in addition to the bed, sofa and small table, you can also spread out a suitcase space, In-room wifi can watch movies but occasionally lags. The traffic takes about 20 minutes from Tokyo Station to JR Station, and then walks for 5 minutes uphill. There is no way to get to the city by the nearby subway line. You must transfer, plus the transfer time will be close to about 40 minutes. If you want to buy an electric subway pass ticket, you may have to estimate the JR ticket price (one-way 170).

Very clean, near train stations, near convenience stores, quiet area, very good wifi, with bathtub and heater and complete utensils, even trash bag were provided. Buttt.. Since it was winter (more luggage for thick coats), and i went with my parents who are seniors already, we were always tired at the end of the day. Felt like we were always on the rush. Always had to look for alternative ways to get to the city with the shortest time possible or lesser number of transfers. Check-in process was also a hassle for me, since i had to input all info about each guest.

Pros 1. The neighborhood is good: it is quiet and nice to walk around the neighborhood because it is near the Japanese residential area, not the downtown area. 2. Good location: Sakura Shinmachi Station itself is within 10 minutes to Shibuya, so access is good. 3. Good facilities: If you travel alone, you have a good space and a good facility. 4. Adequate infrastructure: There are not only convenience stores but also small marts around, so it's good to go out and buy something to eat. Cons: 1. Ambiguous location: 10 minutes walk from Sakura Shinmachi Station and 15 minutes walk from Komazawa Daigaku Station. 2. Lack of explanation: When I saw it on Trip.com, it was difficult to prepare because I didn't get detailed about what the interior furniture and facilities were. 3. Limits of facilities: Because it is not a hotel, there is no housekeeping, so if you stay long, you have to wash your towels. And you have to separate and collect garbage yourself. Conclusion: I'm willing to return. ① Facilities do not matter much ② Accessibility to ③ Central Street at a reasonable price ④ I want a local feel-> Recommended

The guesthouse was a shared room with Japanese style mats on the floor for sleeping. There was also a nice dining area (closed for Covid) that we could use all for ourselves. It was the only approved eating area but that was super convenient and the aesthetic was great! We stayed 2 nights and we did canyoning at Canyons which was only a 15 minute train ride from the guesthouse’s closest station Ome station. The guest house is about a 3 minute walk to the station and a 7/11 which has great food options during Covid. Sanitizer and good social distancing was possible at this hotel as we were the only guests. There was a river and ome museum not too far of a walk and the guesthouse was very clean. It gets cleaned from 11-14 everyday which was fine for us because we were out exploring during that time. It can ultimately hold up to 6 people. But I imagine 6 would be a little cramped, 4 was a good amount! Stay here!
