Excellent value for money, everything was great! It's located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, near the Bukit Bintang MRT station and the famous intersection. Getting to the airport and other places is super convenient! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing wonderful service. If you prefer a quiet room, you can opt for one without a window. The room design is very stylish, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a really comfortable showerhead. The cleaning was also exceptional; every time I returned, the room looked as pristine as when I first checked in. The room had everything from a mini-fridge and safe to coffee cups, and there's even a paid laundry service. Highly recommend!!!

The room was quite clean, and the hotel location is excellent – very close to TRX and The Exchange. The price is reasonable too. The only minor downsides are that you can't see the Petronas Twin Towers fully, and the infinity pool on the top floor felt a bit dirty, so I wasn't really keen on taking pictures there in the afternoon. For a trip to Kuala Lumpur focused on shopping and eating, this place offers great value for money.

I WAS IN AWE with the beautiful room and the scent is so good! I didnt even leave the room till next day! The view is the KL tower and it was stunning! Though we didnt witness any fireworks (because of the ban), I feel so cosy and the furniture, cabinets, washing machine.. everything is to perfection! I wish to stay longer here and hope can get the same room once more!

Communication with service provider: Good and clear
Location: Accessible and near to places of visit at Bukit Bintang.
Environment: Good and quiet.
Amenities: Good amd easy to use.
Only a couple of minor tweaks needed in premise maintenance and if possible to add in a bit more eating utensils and disposable cloth wipes.
Overall, was very satisfied with the stay.

We had a great stay at Royce Residences KLCC. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC area, with plenty of cafes, shops, and convenience stores nearby.
The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the room was amazing, and the rooftop pool is a real highlight, especially in the evening.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for both short and long stays in Kuala Lumpur. We would definitely stay here again.

Facilities: A bit dated.
Cleanliness: Decent.
Environment: Plenty of dining options nearby, and large shopping malls are all within reach.
Service: Front desk service was pretty good.
The parking lot is huge, and the hotel's location is a bit hard to find, but parking is cheap. I parked for 2 days (48 hours) and it only cost 10 RM.
The area around the hotel is a busy commercial district, so traffic jams are common. Taking the subway is the only way to get around easily.

We contacted the hotel via WhatsApp a day before arrival, completed the pre-check-in, and received detailed instructions about access and parking (we had a car). The check-in itself was quick and smooth, with no lines. We were given two room keys, which also worked as parking cards.
The room was very spacious and cozy. The only surprise was the condition of the towels: they were clean but quite worn, and once we were even given a torn one. The view was beautiful — overlooking the Saloma Link, with the Petronas Towers. The cemetery view did not bother us at all.
Housekeeping is done on request: every morning the administrator messages to ask whether cleaning is needed. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was rather basic — dust was not removed, and we even left a small piece of paper on the floor as a test, which stayed there until the end of our stay. Trash was taken out regularly, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished. On the positive side, the staff were very responsive and reacted to any request quickly. There were no insects and no unpleasant smells in the room.
The swimming pool on the 51st floor has stunning city views and is perfect for photos. However, the pool itself is not very large, there are very few loungers, and the relaxation area is small, not very cozy, and almost always occupied.
A special mention goes to the elevators: during peak hours it is very difficult to get one, crowds form, and waiting times can reach 15 minutes or more.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel. We spent an unforgettable 10 days there.

My friends and I had an amazing time at The Luxe by Infinitum KLCC. The place was spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to KLCC and Petronas Towers, which made exploring Kuala Lumpur so easy.
The host was super responsive and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch — we loved the well-equipped kitchen and cozy living area. It’s the perfect choice for a group trip, and we’d 100% stay here again!

The front desk staff were professional and spoke Chinese. The hotel was clean and hygienic. The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool down but very effective once it got going, and the water pressure was excellent. The surrounding area is an Indian community, offering a chance to experience a different culture, and it felt very safe to walk around at night.
