It was a great spot for my girlfriend and I because it was near where our friends lived, very convenient for that purpose. Quiet, outside of the city center. Awesome choice for anyone looking for a calmer place, away from the bustle and hustle of Beijing. But if you’re traveling to sightsee all the famous spots, then this hotel’s location is a little out of the way. The balcony was the cherry on top. I love balconies. The only thing I didn’t like was the partition in the bathroom shower. The water kept flowing outside and into the rest of bathroom, getting the floors all wet. Why not install an actual door?

The cleaner seems to be the only one who cares about cleanliness — most users clearly don’t. Bring your own hygiene essentials and don’t expect a pleasant experience here. Bed: Beds were alright and as expected for a hostel — not the most comfortable but acceptable. It can get pretty noisy, though, so earplugs are a must if you want a decent sleep but I did notice some dirt on the bedsheet and even on the curtain. You get what you pay for. Budget stay = budget experience. Suitable only if you’re not picky and just need a place to crash.
