Booked Emporio based upon positive reveiws and location however our experience at Emporio was disappointing to say the least. When we arrived at the apartment (which didnt have a kitchen as expected upon looking at photos) we were welcomed with a long black hair in the bed. The room looked clean however after closer inspection we wernt impressed. Desk was marked and sticky, dust and dirt around the entired place too. Looking under the bed confirmed this as shown in photos. Rooms are alot smaller that we originally anticipated and no natural light, windows were facing walls even though on the description it says “courtyard veiw”. Our bins wernt emptied for all 6 nights and without a kitchen takeaway reminants built up and smelt. The 2 tvs, one in the bedroom and living room, had no tv remotes for the first two days despite going down to ask each night, satelite or wifi on tv didnt work the entire time! The biggest issue we had was realted to the radiators. These were on full blast from the first day, the knob was missing so no way of turning them off. We stayed from the 30/12/2021 to the 05/01/2022. We informed reception everyday to ask them to sort out the heating/turn it off. A maintanance man came the first time and stuck a knob on which fell of straight away and didnt work. After returning to reception again they said someone would come back to sort it. 3 days later another knob was properly attached however didnt work. The heating didnt get sorted for our whole stay and meant we were having to sleep with all windows wide open which isnt ideal with the pigions flying outside. To top it of, on our penultimate day we once again ventured to reception to complain about this issue in which i said we hadnt slept much due to the extreme temperature of our room each night. In reply we received a blunt “sorry” and the general manager i think her name was Barbora said “its better be hot than cold”. Very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. Her only offer was call in the maintanace man (for the third time) in the morning despite out checkout being at 11am. We told her we were leaving the next day and she shrugged. The only positive was its location. Absolutely fantastic location everything on your doorstep. Took home the broken radiator knob as a souvenir! Unfortunately i would definitely not recommend staying at Emporio and think there is better value for money elsewhere. General Manager was appalling!

We are at the reception desk around 9:00 pm local time. It is easy to find a building next to the accommodation building. It is easy to find next to Paris Street. It is the kind of hotel-style apartment in the alley next to the Hermes counter. The environment is very clean and clean. No toothbrush and toothpaste is provided. The only inconvenience of waiting for daily necessities is that the elevator can only stop at half floor and still need to carry luggage and climb half a floor. Overall, the price is still OK.

We stayed at Anyday as a family while visiting Prague. The apparments are well placed being close to the tram links, a reasonable walk into the town centre and having plenty of eating and drinking places nearby. We were greeted in a friendly manner and found the staff in reception to be very helpful. The apartment was basic but comfortable. We had a 2 roomed appartment for four. There was one double room and one room with single beds, there was a small kitchen between the rooms and a dining area. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms felt spacious enough. The storage (wardrobe etc) were only in one room which also had a TV and telephone. This was fine for us. The kitchen was a little tatty and I wonder whether it will soon be updated as they do seem to be doing improvements at the moment. It had the necessary appliances and it's was nice to see washing up liquid and tea towel supplied along with salt pepper and sugar. This was a nice touch. A chopping board and a bread knife would have been nice though... cutting fresh bread with a carving knife on a plate wasn't ideal. The bathroom was new and looked great although the shower pressure sometimes dropped to a trickle, but only for a moment. I would stay here again

Old Town
I was booked into Apartment 6 at Karlova 24 which is on the 3rd floor (there is a small lift).for 4 nights. The property is decorated to a very high standard and is spacious, clean and in a perfect location being only 2 minutes walk from both the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. The check in takes place at offices about 10 minutes away but this is no problem and was both fast and easy as the staff spoke excellent English. For ease I have listed below both the good and bad points which I hope will help - the good points far outweigh the bad so I am happy to give this property a very good overall rating and I would certainly stay there again. GOOD 1. Excellent location 2. Very secure - 2 electronic locks to get into the building plus very solid locks for the apartment itself. 3. Excellent free wifi 4. Fitted out to a very high standard with quality furnishings, bedding etc. 5. Spotlessly clean 6. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, and plenty of pans, cutlery and crockery (which I did use because with so many good restaurants in the area it was easier to eat out). 7. Very spacious - could comfortably accommodate 4/5 with 2 seperate bedrooms, kitchen with separate dining area and separate bathroom & toilet rooms. 8. Only 7 minute walk from Metro Station and Tram Stop. 9.Efficient heating system (very necessary in Prague during the winter months). 10. Relatively quiet - this is a city centre property in a popular tourist pedestranised area so some noise can be expected but effective double gazing and the 3rd floor location help to cut down on this - the only problem is that they start to sweep/wash the streets and empty the bins from the many restaurants at 6.30 every morning and this becomes quite noticeable for an hour or so. Bad. 1. They did not supply plugs for sinks/basin so it was not possible to use the bath (there is an excellent show though) or wash up dishes properly. 2. Although there is a very large flat screen television provided it only showed programs in German (not czech ?) with very few exceptions ( only CNN & Sky News in english) out of over 150 channel available. The presence of very fast wifi did allow me to stream programs onto my tablet but it was a major irritant. 3. The check in reception warned that the owner resides in the building and can be "awkward" and indeed there were signs up in the property warning not to bring takeway food in at the risk of receiving a visit from the owner who would impose a 20 euro fine ! (on the basis that the building is UNESCO listed ???). I did notice on several occasions that someone was patrolling the common spaces of the building (usually appearing when he heard a door open) and there seems to be extensive internal cctv in the public areas. Whilst this did not concern me overduly (indeed the added security might be considered a good thing) some may find this to be an invasion of privacy. 4. At the time of my visit (March 2020) there was r

Still stay from 11 to 13 November 2019. In four adults we booked the online accommodation. Check-in and check-out, unfortunately, are not in the accommodation, but in an office located in the neighbouring area about 500 mt. distance. The staff did not understand the Italian why it was difficult to interact, though kind. We were asked to make a cash deposit of 200 euros for 2 apartments at the arrival. Although the entrance to access the apartment is in the process of restoring and is a disaster, just opening the door of the apartment, we were fascinated by the beauty and completeness of the apartment. The hotel is located in the centre of Prague, with a wonderful view of the city's main monuments. Quality/price ratio: the maximum you could wish. I should have gone back to Prague, I would certainly have gone back here. It was very recommended, I couldn't have asked better!

We are just back from 4 nights in Prague. You can not fault the location of these apartments. We bought tram tickets at the airport as a friend had advised us to do this - not needed. Everything was in walking distance and right on the old town square. We got a little lost trying to find this to begin with. We phoned and a staff member came to where we were to collect us and took us back to the apartment! Great service. The next day another staff member gave us a map and explained this to do and how to get there. On the last day we were a late flight home so we were able to keep our bags in a locked area so we could still go out for the day. The apartments are large, clean and comfortable. And if you’re like us you are only really using it to sleep in anyway! The place is locked up at 10pm but you are given a key to get in. It’s all very secure. Fab stay, would recommend and stay again if we return to Prague. Thank you!!
