I've stayed here several times, and I'm always satisfied. It's right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. On New Year's Eve, they prepared chicken congee, red bean congee, and soy milk – they were all incredibly delicious! The breakfast is always satisfying and plentiful. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and offers great views.

As times progress, more and more hotels and guesthouses are using this simplified check-in method, offering greater convenience. The room's overall facilities were quite good, but the bathroom drain was a bit clogged. I had to turn off the water at least three times to let the water drain away during a shower; this needs improvement.

The hotel room was decent and clean. However, for some reason, all the windows were sealed off. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel wasn't very good. Check-in was incredibly slow, and I had to wait for a long time. On the bright side, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little over a kilometer from the train station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

Stayed here so many times.. marvellous hotel n very satisfying.. good location, friendly staff, food court is just nearby the hotel, great range of facilities from pool to gym.. simply the best!!

My sun protection clothing fell to a lower floor, and the front desk returned it to me when I checked out, which was great. The pool cleanliness was decent, but it might feel a bit small for adults. Environment: Good Hygiene: Good Service: Good Facilities: Okay

It was our favorite destination hotel. Our third visit and longest stay this time. But unfortunately, no more hot Onsen water....😭 Facility is good. The view is amazing. But what made us return to this place was because of Onsen. Onsen water should be hot. It was just like a heated pool this time. I don't know whatever the reason is. If they can't keep Onsen hot, that's not Onsen anymore. It's so disappointing 😞 残念😭

The hotel was relatively easy to find and had a large parking lot, which was convenient for self-driving tours. The overall design leaned towards a dark aesthetic. The hotel's perfume scent was overwhelmingly strong, to the point where my nose couldn't handle it. The bathroom in my room didn't have a wet/dry separation, and the comforter was quite old. The room I booked had no windows, but it was very quiet, so I slept well at night.

A very pleasant stay! The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.

Hotel exterior and rooms seems to have some update. Room is quite clean, shower water pressure is good, staff is friendly. Only issue I had was there seems to be some hair oil smell on the pillows, I used a disposable face tower to lay over it to minimize the smell, just a 1 night stay so didn't make a fuss abt it.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus. However, our first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded and we waited around 10 minutes in the check-in line, only to be told that a RM50 deposit was required in cash. Since we didn’t have any cash on us, we couldn’t check in and had to go find an ATM first. This wasn’t communicated beforehand and made the check-in process unnecessarily inconvenient. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was generally fine. The room was clean, though not spotless. Hot water and water pressure were both acceptable. The room came with basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, and water heater, which was convenient. Our room included breakfast, and that was actually a highlight. The food quality was good with a decent variety of options, and there was nothing to complain about on that front. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside could be heard through the door, but it didn’t really bother us at night. Overall, despite the rough start during check-in, the hotel was mostly good and met basic expectations.
