The apartment was nice and spacious enough. They provided disposable towels and the water was from Yibao brand. The TV was a Xiaomi brand. They also communicated with me in advance about any issues with the cabinets (which were fixed when I checked out). The service was also good; they communicated with me beforehand and helped resolve any problems.

I came to Beijing alone on the weekend. The location of this room was very good. The subway station and Taikoo Li business district were downstairs. Shopping during the day and eating and leisure at night are convenient. The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet, the style is simple, stylish and bright, the equipment is all available, clean and hygienic. The landlord’s attitude is very warm and friendly, providing all kinds of life information and assistance... After staying for a few days, I sat on the bed in the warm room in the morning, drinking coffee and reading a book, occasionally glanced out of the window, and the room seemed to be in New York or Paris. It is really a high-quality choice with a high price ratio. This is the first time I booked a homestay on Ctrip, and the experience was very bad. 1. I booked two rooms for 6 nights. When I checked into one room, the door was broken. The wind blew from the balcony into the living room, and the two elderly people didn't sleep much. The boss told me at first that it was because we didn't know how to use this door. Later, I insisted on finding someone to repair it, and then confirmed that the door was indeed broken. It took about 20 minutes to fix it, and the boss took this responsibility. 2. In the same room, the toilet couldn't flush on the first day, and the same master came to fix it. 3. During the stay, the second room 2215 suddenly had no cold water in the morning, and found that the water bill was unpaid. The boss asked the property to insert the card to pay. 4. Because of the above problems, during the communication with the boss, the boss suggested that we cancel the order directly and find other houses on the spot. I think this attitude is really chilling. After another communication, the boss was willing to waive the room fee for one night in the room with a broken door as compensation. Ctrip International also responded and compensated accordingly. Record the real check-in experience and hope to help more travelers.

The room is large and spacious! Fang Fangzheng really likes it, all the facilities in the house are new. Clean and spotless is really awesome! The landlord’s sister is super nice, and I am afraid that I can’t find a call to consult when I come here first. Follow the prompts and don’t be too easy to find. Just turn a corner on Gongti North Road. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from Sanlitun, and the location is great. The location is fantastic. Workers' Stadium is right downstairs, and Sanlitun is super close, within walking distance. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and bars at night! I was a little concerned about cleanliness before arriving, but upon entering, I realized I was completely unnecessarily worried. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the bathroom didn't have a single unpleasant odor! The room was very cozy and even had a huge mirror, perfect for taking photos. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly friendly. I could tell him anything I needed, and he always responded promptly. Any requests were always met. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I slept very well here and would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. 😊

We had an excellent stay here and would gladly return. The host was genuinely one of the most thoughtful and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered. We had our luggage delivered from our previous destination and she not only received it for us but also paid the delivery fee first and brought everything directly into our room before we arrived. After a full travel day, this level of care made a big difference. Communication was consistently fast and helpful. Every message was responded to quickly with clear information, which made everything very easy and stress-free. She was supportive without being intrusive, which we appreciated. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The bedding was soft and cozy, the heating worked perfectly in the cold weather, and the towels were thick and good quality. Having a washing machine in the room was very convenient, and detergent was already provided. The room had a nice view facing the Sanlitun area, which made the stay feel calm. It was also only an 8 to 10 minute walk to Sanlitun SOHO, and just about one minute to the Stadium Workers subway station, which made getting around very convenient. This was one of our best homestay experiences in Beijing. Thoughtful host, comfortable room, great location, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend.

This spot was perfect for our family trip. Its location is superb, directly opposite Workers' Stadium. It's just a 2-minute walk from Workers' Stadium subway station (Exit B, then about 200m straight – make sure not to miss it!). The neighborhood is fantastic, boasting a high-end hotpot restaurant, Chagee, and a Beijing BBQ spot right downstairs. We visited Sanlitun Taikoo Li on our first day. The next day, we took the subway to Tiananmen Square, an 18-minute ride. We'd confirmed this convenient proximity when booking, and the butler was very prompt with responses, sharing a wealth of useful details. The butler service was incredibly attentive, offering many extra services like recommendations for local specialty foods and personalized tour routes. The location is truly unbeatable; getting around was incredibly convenient. They even arranged a private driver for our tours. My entire family was very satisfied. The rooms are spacious, and for our two families, having units on separate floors was very convenient. This homestay is excellent, run by truly honest and reputable hosts.

Room could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The bathroom had mould, toilet seat broken, no hot water halfway during the stay, drains give off a BAD smell. Concierge changed our check out time without notice and rushed us to leave within 10 minutes as the room was apparently booked for another customer and needed to be cleaned.

Our company organized a team-building event in Beijing, and accommodating dozens of people was a major challenge. We looked at many hotels but weren't quite satisfied until we found this guesthouse. To our surprise, the experience far exceeded our expectations! We booked a total of 10 units, including various room types with three beds and two beds, perfectly accommodating all our colleagues. The owner provided extremely professional service, from pre-booking communication to check-in guidance. They were responsive throughout the entire process, efficiently handling all check-in procedures for us, which saved a lot of coordination time. The rooms were exactly as we imagined, if not better. Each unit offered ample space, allowing colleagues to relax and socialize in the living room after work, which was a much better experience than staying in standard hotel rooms. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Sanlitun and Workers' Stadium. Whether it was for group outings or individual nighttime food hunts, everything was just a stone's throw away. Most importantly, this 'entire building rental' experience made everyone feel like a temporary big family, fostering an even more harmonious team atmosphere. Choosing a guesthouse on Ctrip was mainly based on its location and size. We were drawn to this one because it had enough beds to meet the basic needs of our large family. We didn't have high expectations, but the room was full of surprises! The moment we stepped inside, we knew it was worth the trip! The room was exceptionally clean, bright, and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The facilities exceeded our expectations. Two bathrooms were incredibly convenient for a group like us, eliminating the morning rush for the toilet. The TV was nearly 80 inches and even a smart TV that could project from our phones, making movie watching together in the evenings a fantastic experience – no more squeezing onto a small screen! What surprised me most was the quality of the appliances – a large double-door refrigerator, just like the one we have at home; and a fully automatic washing machine, which is rare in guesthouses. I must especially praise the view. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking view of the Workers' Stadium CBD at night; it was absolutely stunning. The view alone made the room worth the price. The owner was incredibly friendly, personally welcoming us upstairs and showing us around the facilities. Seeing that there were many of us, they immediately gave us extra bottles of mineral water without saying a word. These small details were incredibly heartwarming. To be honest, I don't usually like writing reviews, but after this stay, I just couldn't help but recommend it. For this price, the amenities and service are amazing value! I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Beijing. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

This hotel is excellent! The location was amazing because it was just a 10-minute walk to the entrance of the Great Wall so you don't even need to take the shuttle bus at all! The room we stayed in was very big and spacious. The best thing about this room was the electronic mahjong table!! It was so much fun playing without having to spend time setting the tiles. We decided to stay at this hotel for 1 night and go to the great wall early in the morning @7:30 before it gets too crowded. Oh boy, did we make the right choice. We went through the entrance without having to wait. Walking on great wall with only few people was wonderful and we were able to take many great photos without having tons of people in the background. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel.

I remember the first time I came to Manshanting on New Year's Day in 23 years. The floor of the room was black slabs. It was especially sensational. This time I changed to bricks with imitation wooden floors. It was a bit different, but the quality of service and food maintained the original high level. Outside the store is the river water, the scenery is beautiful, and you can fish in spring, summer and autumn. Winter can tread ice, is a good place to play all year round.
