This is my third time in Chengdu, and this hotel was a delightful surprise – truly a hidden gem! It feels like a private courtyard, quiet and secure, with excellent housekeeping. The room facilities are complete, and the best part is the very friendly price. The restaurant is on the first floor, so if you're feeling lazy, you can just order food there and relax. The location is super convenient; it's just a few hundred meters walk to the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, the subway station entrance, Tianfu Hong Shopping Plaza, and People's Park. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. What truly made the experience special was the staff as they were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We communicated daily via WeChat, which made everything so easy and convenient. The room is also so beautiful with a bath overlooking the city! The complimentary coffee was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. It really felt like the staff genuinely cared about our comfort and experience, not just as a guest but as people. I would absolutely recommend Louis Hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would happily stay here again. The service alone makes it worth it!

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a supermarket and bus stop right downstairs. It's really handy. The front desk has lots of cute dolls for sale, and they're quite affordable. The service is also excellent.

We arrived at the hotel at 8am and were so lucky to be able to check in to our room. The hotel lobby was on the third floor, and it wasn’t very intuitive to locate. We booked the room with river view and it was facing the main road. I thought it would be very noisy as ear plugs provided in the room, however, it wasn’t that noisy and we could sleep through. Room was clean and water pressure/heater was good! Afternoon tea is provided if you are in your room in the afternoon. Otherwise you could opt for lattes in the morning before you set out to explore. The staff there were very service-orientated and accommodating. We were running late from our location and had already checked out with our luggage. They were so kind to bring the luggage down to the main room so we can continue to journey to the airport. It’s walking/cycling distance to九眼桥 and eateries. Good location! Will definitely come back when visiting Chengdu!

The room was super comfy with a great wet/dry separation! My stay here was absolutely perfect. The room was decorated so warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was exceptionally well done; the waterproof partition in the shower kept all the moisture contained, leaving the vanity area completely dry. No more worrying about toiletries getting damp – a truly thoughtful and detail-oriented touch!

This hotel has a classic, elegant style. I was transferring at Shuangliu Airport, and it was very convenient to take Line 10 to the hotel; it's right outside the subway exit. Across the street, there are several old hot pot restaurants and many local snacks like Laoma Tihua, Dandan Noodles, and Chuan Chuan Xiang. While it's close to tourist spots like Wuhou Temple, Jinli, and Kuanzhai Alley, it might not be as vibrant in some aspects as Yulin Street, but overall, it's still good. Chengdu's food never disappoints in flavor, though prices might be a bit higher – a Laoma Tihua for 40 yuan, for example, is something to consider. The hotel rooms are relatively small, but I absolutely loved the antique-style solid wood furnishings. The facilities are very complete, especially the canopy bed – it felt really special to sleep in. There's even a note by the bed stating it's worth millions, quite impressive! The bedding was also good. The only issue is its proximity to the subway; the subway practically runs directly beneath the hotel, so you can hear some noise. However, the subway stops at night, so it didn't affect my sleep.

This is my third trip to Chengdu, and this time I came with friends. We chose to visit before the students went on winter break, so the price hadn't inflated yet, around 200 RMB per night, which was super comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Wenshu Monastery subway station's E exit. Just be prepared for a bit of a walk once you're down in the subway station. It's about 3 kilometers from here to IFS Taikoo Li, so getting around is really easy. For this stay, I booked a room with a bathtub and bought a bath bomb – the aroma was heavenly, so incredibly relaxing, haha! This hotel will definitely be a top choice for my next visit to Chengdu.

The hotel is very centrally located, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building and interiors are beautiful, with a stylish and well-thought-out design. While some areas feel slightly worn, everything is still in good condition and well maintained. The service was excellent: all the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, which we really appreciated. As a pleasant surprise, we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a very beautiful room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

First of all, the receptionist’s customer service was excellent and they allowed me to check-in early. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. One thing I love about this hotel is the location is quite convenient since it’s near the Chunxi road which is the City Center. I would definitely choose this hotel if I visit Chengdu in the future.😍😍

First the location is at a very strategic location, just opposite the main shopping and attractions place chunxi road. But to find the hotel is a bit difficult and car or didi cannot enter it need to pass by a small alley to reach the hotel Second the hotel cleaness is not so ok as there are dust and dirt on the wall and gap with the bed or tatami. Moreover The bath room shower also have leaking. But i will not complain for more for the price that I get. Third if you need a short stay for one night is fine because the room is a bit too small for me and my girlfriend. Even our big luggage have no space to open But overall I have a nice stay and I will give a 5 star for it's location 📍位置 酒店位置真的很棒，就在春熙路正对面，逛街和吃东西都非常方便。唯一的小缺点是有点难找，车子或滴滴不能直接开到门口，需要走一小段巷子才能到酒店。 🧹卫生 卫生方面一般，墙面以及床或榻榻米的缝隙处能看到一些灰尘，浴室的淋浴也有轻微漏水的问题。不过考虑到这个价位，其实也还能接受。 🛏️房间大小 如果只是住一晚没问题，但房间偏小，我和女朋友住会觉得有点挤，大件行李几乎没有空间完全打开。 ⭐总体评价 整体入住体验还是不错的，性价比可以，尤其是地理位置真的加分。如果主要是为了方便逛春熙路，我还是会给位置五星好评。
