I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and everything was fine, the bed was clean, the reception quickly checked me in, I asked to bring toilet paper since I am a foreigner and they brought it, there is good Wi-Fi and hot water, the staff were friendly, I recommend visiting this hostel

Neat, clean and comfortable bunk beds. Good bathrooms. We (myself and my daughter) stayed in a two bed cabin. Only problem was that the partition between two such cabins has a gap at the top and the person staying in the adjacent cabin was playing music on phone, so we couldn't go to sleep as early as we wanted (my daughter had an exam to write the next day. There was a ceiling fan common to both the cabins (apart from the small personal fans for each bed and the ac) which was running at a very high speed and hence not very comfortable for the person sleeping on the upper side.

overall experience is good. found it safe place. area is excellent - posh area. cleanliness is average - bedsheet in dormitory they don't change daily they change once in a 3 days, blanket was not washed. but compared to the price overall it is a good experience. My wallet was lost in a room but when I complained at reception very casual attitude of reception staff mentioning ”female room me CCTV nai hota kuch nai ho sakta.” ultimately I could found my wallet. Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

Opposite the General Police Station. For safety reasons, employees have to clean the floor sooner or later. They are hygienic, relatively clean, and the staff is kind. But the single room is separated by wooden boards, and the upper part is hollow. There is basically no sound insulation. Noisy, noisy indoors, connected to 3 rooms next door, just like Datongpu, you can hear everything. The faucets in the bathroom are so low in the knees, they are all connected to the bucket and then rinsed with a cup, and the toilet is also used. The cup is flushed.

I was here 3 nights.  This is a pretty low price for what you get.  There are also many other dormitories around.  Air-conditioned room with free Wi-Fi and fan in each capsule.  There were cameras in the room, as well as a locker for your things.  Clean linen.  If you are taller than 180 cm, you will not be able to lie down here completely.  There is no shampoo, shower gel or toilet paper in the bathroom.  5 minutes from Sakinaka and Asalpha metro stations.  Nice staff by the way.  When I was sleeping, 1000 rupees accidentally fell out of my pocket onto the floor, but the staff gave it back to me, for which I thank them.  This is excellent value for money.

The pricing on MMT is great, though it fluctuates slightly. The location is convenient, close to Marol Metro. Online food delivery works fine, and you can sit outside to eat. The AC works well and is nicely chilled at night, which is a plus. CCTV security is available, and there's a luggage locker facility for added convenience. However, the environment isn't welcoming — a group of people stay there permanently, making it uncomfortable for outsiders. The kitchen is listed but not usable. There are water issues, and I noticed bedbugs during my stay. The bed sheets were torn in multiple places, which added to the discomfort. The wooden entrance stairs are oddly tall, and the paving stones are too short. The bathroom is average in cleanliness. If you haven’t pre-booked, they charge ₹400 per night, which is almost double the normal rate. Also, some behavioral issues were observed.

The dorm is very clean and peaceful. Perfect if you need rest during a short trip or layover in mumbai. It is very close to metro station so that helps with getting around. All the basic facilities such as fan, light and charging port is available in the pod. Bathroom was also fairly clean.
