When we mentioned that we know it is before our check in time and we will go for lunch and check in later; she immediately grabbed an umbrella and escorted us to a nearby restaurant. She spoke to the people at the restaurant to take good care of us. Needless to say we couldn't understand a word she was saying and she also couldn't understand English.
