lovely space! bed, bathroom, common spaces are all very clean. stafff are friendly. definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nuremberg!

I think this is the perfect hotel for a trip to Nuremberg. It's about a 20-minute walk from the central station. There's a tram running right next to the hotel, making it easy to access tourist attractions. There is a fan in the room, which is sufficient for the German summer.

I can only recommend the hotel! Very inconspicuous from the outside, you go into a small passage and then up the stairs one floor. Very nice welcome from the housekeeper. We even got an upgrade, as my boyfriend is over 1.90m tall and the room with the booked bed would have been a bit small. Room large and very clean! Bathroom very functionally furnished, everything there (shower gel, hair dryer, facial tissues...) The breakfast was fantastic and left nothing to be desired. The service was very friendly and we were asked about our wishes. The location of the hotel is also great. We will be happy to come back any time, especially as the hotel really offers very good value for money!

The upside of staying here is having REWE (grocery store) directly opposite the hotel where you can get all the necessities including bakery for breakfast. The stay was decent and nothing to complain about.

Parking is also convenient, with many free parking spaces on the street. The only downside is that the man on duty at the front desk in the evening of 20250507 had a very bad attitude. He kept chatting with his colleagues while I came downstairs to print 4 pages information after phone call from my room in advance. I stood there for half an hour. It felt very bad.

Central hotel, a nice room and a bathroom. There is no refrigerator or water cooker in the room, no air conditioner (it is a fan) And the lift goes to the reception (3rd floor) so if you have heavy baggage or are bad in the leg, you know. You can park with a discount (€15,- p/day) at the ‘Sterntor' parking. So you can drive right there and walk 4 minutes.

While official check-in was at 3 PM, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to facilitate an early check-in for us. All the staff members were very warm and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making it ideal for business trips. Overall, an excellent experience.

This hotel is conveniently located and the accommodations are decent, clean, and hygienic. However, the service attitude is really poor, and the management is also bad. Out of the five hotels I booked in Germany, all the others were very satisfactory; this one was unexpectedly terrible. Comparing it with the others, it seems they only treated us Chinese poorly, while being very polite to Caucasians. Specifically, the two women who helped us with check-in and check-out deliberately made me wait for half a minute or more, even when there were no other guests, and even chatted with colleagues or stared at the computer for no apparent reason. Other Caucasian guests were served immediately. Also, we clearly booked for two adults and two children, and all the other hotels arranged a sofa bed or a quad room, but only this one didn't. We had to pay extra for that arrangement. It's truly disappointing 👎

The hotel is just 3 minutes walk from Nuremberg hbf on a tranquil street. The hotel staff is nice. The room offers a great view of bustling trains and ICE, without being too noisy.

Was perfect for a solo traveler. very close to main train station and pedestrian area.
