Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

|4.33km from city centerI ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

객실, 공용 샤워실, 화장실 모두 깨끗하게 관리되고 있고 스탭들도 친절해요.
더블룸의 경우 세면대가 객실에 딸려있고 요청시 수건을 매일 갈아줘서 이용이 편했습니다
퇴실 후 캐리어도 맡길 수 있는데다가 어댑터, 가습기와 같은 비품도 대여가 가능해서 좋았어요.
근처에 로손, 세븐일레븐등의 편의점이 있어서 귀갓길에 간식사오기도 좋구요.
단점을 꼽자면 근처에 늦게까지하는 술집이 별로 없다는 점 정도인 것 같아요.

In a quiet area of Shinjuku - famous for its bars and nightlife - this hostel was clean and a 10min walk from two subway stations, as well as a 10min walk to the main area of Shinjuku. The dorm rooms have many beds but the dorms were quiet and people were respectful of the house rules. The bathrooms were plenty to share amongst the people staying on the floor. I never had to wait for a shower or bathroom - despite the floor being completely sold out the week I stayed. Staff were friendly and helpful. A basic kitchen is available - rice cooker, toaster ovens, and basic plates etc available, as well as fridge space. The hostel is social enough and plenty of people went out in groups they met each day. The Whatsapp group is pretty active - if you are travelling solo and looking for people to hang out with, I recommend joining the chat. Would definitely stay again.

The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ
Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes.
I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^

When checking in, we went into the cafe downstairs and listened to the staff's explanation.
The room had a high ceiling for a capsule type, and there were two outlets.
However, the shower room (2) and toilet (about 5?) were also in the same space as the bedroom. Shoes were generally required, and foreigners walked around barefoot without worrying, but it was inconvenient. There was a luggage storage under the bed, and the door could be closed but not locked. We did not have anything stolen this time.
You can rent towels, slippers, padlocks, etc. as an option, but if you are concerned about this, you may want to bring your own.
The photo shows a sign next to the sink. I think people who want to dry their hair can use it without worrying.

The shampoo, conditioner & body wash run out very fast and the labels on the bottles come out very easily for the price I paid to stay here, would expect some kind of standard (would prefer to have the whole bottle there).. the body towels are small..
But overall, the location was very convenient and there's a familymart 5mins down the road. The train (Yamanote Line) stops at every popular tourist spots.

With some space, washing maching and full of amenities, we both really like the hotel room. The only cons for us was that the hotel is near 2 subway stations, however both were quite a distance to walk. But it's a short walking distance if take the bus. It's near Asakusa tourist area which is probably 15-20mins walk. One of the hotels to consider staying if you want to stay in Asakusa.

(No signs indicating that there’s a 2nd FL.) The mold in the bathroom might be a problem for some guests, tho. What happened during my stay was … the bathroom light went out after 7 minutes of showering, not sure why or what caused it. But I liked the fact that everything was just “on your own”. I think Japanese hotels have adapted this self-check in for the most convenient and cost-effective. It’s 2 minutes walk to Ōtori Station and I can reach Haneda Airport in 15 minutes. I recommend this dorm-like hostel.

|13.27km from city centerThis is a homestay with a large room for 12 people. There are six bunk beds, one next to each other, very crowded. However, the individual beds are all around, and there should be a partition between the beds and not disturb each other.
The toilets and bathing rooms are shared, but cotton swabs and hair dryers are provided inside, which is very convenient.
The hotel's name is せんす (SENSU), and the Chinese character is fan, not Sensu. So I didn't find a place under Sensu's name for a long time.
It is recommended to change it to ”Fan”, and a sign with ”Fan” is also standing outside the folklore. This way it's easier to find.
Because it is a folklore, there are many inconveniences, but if you want to save your budget, this folklore is okay.
This folklore is very close to Haneda Airport, just two stops away, and it takes only 10 minutes. very convenient.

I thought it was a nice guesthouse, with clean rooms and bathrooms.
Even though it was a weekday, the 4-person rooms were full and it is very popular.
There are spacious shared spaces (the restaurant and the entrance) where you can use the PC, etc., and free drinkable water is also provided.
Also, the accommodation space is on the second floor and above, and the bathroom is separated from the first floor, so you can use the hair dryer without worrying, even at night.
Hair dryers, bath towels, etc. are provided.
However, I think it is safer to bring your own towels.

1. The neighborhood is good: it is quiet and nice to walk around the neighborhood because it is near the Japanese residential area, not the downtown area.
2. Good location: Sakura Shinmachi Station itself is within 10 minutes to Shibuya, so access is good.
3. Good facilities: If you travel alone, you have a good space and a good facility.
4. Adequate infrastructure: There are not only convenience stores but also small marts around, so it's good to go out and buy something to eat.
Cons:
1. Ambiguous location: 10 minutes walk from Sakura Shinmachi Station and 15 minutes walk from Komazawa Daigaku Station.
2. Lack of explanation: When I saw it on Trip.com, it was difficult to prepare because I didn't get detailed about what the interior furniture and facilities were.
3. Limits of facilities: Because it is not a hotel, there is no housekeeping, so if you stay long, you have to wash your towels.
And you have to separate and collect garbage yourself.
