I made a 3-night reservation for separate orders. When I explained that my room type was different to communicate, the front desk said that I didn't need to change the room on the first night, and I changed the room on the third night. After I returned to the hotel at 4pm the next day, the front desk told me to move everything in my room to another room as I booked different room types for the second night, including private underwear, private bed linen pillowcase, private toothbrush, towels, etc. (The change path needs to go through the entire lobby area and transfer to the elevator). Entering the new room, I found my bag with a neck pillow on the ground, underwear hanging against the toilet wall, and the bed sheet pillowcase placed directly on the sofa instead of the bed. I very much mind that everything I have got dirty. The room type for the second night was given to the room above the bar restaurant. After 10 o'clock, the music still rang again and again. I couldn't sleep. I lay on the bed and turned on the bedside lamp and saw a white spider. After reflecting to the front desk, he said thank you for your comments. Then it was over and I didn't sleep well all night. Retreat the room for the third night.

The staff is top, they will answer everything, they will help, they are in touch - 0 complaints I stayed there twice at the beginning and at the end of my trip to Georgia. The first time everything was perfect, the second time there were not enough gels in the room and the Internet on the TV did not work. The staff quickly fixed everything The rooms are new, neat, clean. The city center is nearby, it is ideal to walk, the only thing is that the hotel is on the mountain - so you will have to do some cardio to get there) But it is useful. There is a spa, a bank, a square, a cafe nearby - no complaints

It was a nice place and convenient to go everywhere which was the attractions by walking. The room was big, comfy and clean. But there was only some talking outside at night. It would be better if I could leave a baggage for early check-in without charging. It’s quite expensive (15 Gel) for putting my baggage in the room. The staffs also were nice.

This place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture. Thank you, Tamara & Georgi!

Good things: Service is OK, bed has curtains, cooking is possible, location is close to Taksim Square, shuttle bus to and from the airport is available. Bad things: The bathroom smells bad, there are very few chopsticks or forks in the kitchen, it is inconvenient to wash clothes, blankets are not replaced in time and smell.
