C. T**C. T**We really enjoyed our stay at The Myst Sapa, and what made it extra special was the wonderful hospitality from Henry and his team — Kate, Pink, Claudia and Kelvin. They were all so warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt looked after.
The resort is only a few weeks new, so everything feels fresh, clean and neat. We loved how much greenery surrounds the property. We booked two rooms with mountain views on Level 3, and both rooms were spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The daily tea set and sunset drinks were such a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special.
The resort is located up on a slope, but there are two convenient shortcuts down to the main road. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Sun Plaza, where we could easily access the monorail and cable car to Fansipan. Many restaurants, and cafe within walking distance. Getting a Grab to anywhere was also very convenient.
What really stood out to us, though, was how the staff went beyond what we expected. Henry helped us contact and arrange our limousine service from Sapa to Hanoi. When I needed emergency dental treatment, he personally assisted with contacting and liaising with the dental clinic. When I sprained my foot, Pink even helped contact a clinic and arrange an X-ray to make sure there was no fracture. These little acts of care meant a lot to us, especially when travelling.
And not forgetting the restaurant team — especially Mr Dur, whose humour always brought a smile to our faces! 😄 The warm service from everyone made our meals even more enjoyable.
We originally planned to stay for a shorter time, but we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by one more night. That probably says it all!

Jj4ype3Jj4ype3Great hotel with a very strategic location, just a short walk to Sapa city center. The room was superb, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I was also impressed by the restaurant staff—they were friendly, welcoming, and spoke much better English than expected.
The only downside was the reception staff, especially one of the male receptionists. He wasn’t unfriendly, but his English was quite limited. As the first point of contact for guests, I believe the reception team should have better English communication skills and provide a warmer welcome.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom a bit small and not cleaned properly will molds around the sink, feel horrible.
As usual, loud music downstairs but fortunately stopped after 22:00.
Nice view from 2 balconies, bedroom and living room.
Breakfast was wonderful with good selections, would be perfect if the staffs refill a little bit quicker especially in the early hours as most people are rushing to check out or catch the bus.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Centre Hotel during my trip to Sapa. The location is excellent, right in the town center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was good and offered a variety of local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and made my stay in Sapa enjoyable and memorable.

The breakfast spread was really good and there were plenty of choices to enjoy. One of my favourite things was having breakfast outside because the view was absolutely beautiful. It was such a nice way to start the morning, especially with the amazing scenery around Sapa.
The view from our room was also superb. We were really lucky with the weather during our stay. It wasn’t cloudy, and we could see the sky starting to clear up, which made the view even more beautiful. Waking up to that kind of scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Great views, good breakfast and a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were friendly too. Definitely a hotel I would be happy to stay at again when visiting Sapa!hakiefhakiefEverything was amazing from check-in to buggy to service to cleanliness to breakfast to view.
The only letdown was the water pressure in the toilet. It's the irritatingly WEAKEST shower head I've ever experienced. Same goes for the bath tub which I wanted to use but gave up when only half the tub was filled after 30min. Speechless for such a price and beautiful bathroom that failed in its main purpose.
