It was better, but the sound was loud and affected my sleep. Fortunately, I changed the quilt later. Secondly, there was construction nearby and there was obvious noise. I couldn't sleep at all. I couldn't sleep after two o'clock at night. I contacted Ctrip and planned to change places. I changed it for two nights. One night, I paid them back the money that night, but the store didn't agree. I barely slept for more than two hours that night. I contacted the store again in the morning and initially disagreed. After repeated explanations, it was not my problem and I came to rest. Entering, there's a small room, then a corridor with a kitchen and bathroom in the middle, and a large room at the back. The living room is small, enough for two people. 2. The windows are old-fashioned, with poor insulation and soundproofing. Being on the second floor near the street, you can clearly hear people passing by and going up the stairs. 3. Air conditioner condensation drips onto the window shades above the large room, severely affecting sleep. 4. The room is on the second floor, and the stairs are a bit old; consider this if you have large luggage. 5. There was a damp smell when I moved in, possibly after cleaning, and due to poor ventilation, the smell lingers even after a while.

Fell asleep around 3am, woke up by the snoring of my roommate on the upper bunk in 226 around 6am, and didn't fall asleep for an hour. Moved to room 228 around 7am, and then the air conditioner was leaking. The cleaning lady cleaned these rooms at 8-9am, so I fell asleep for about 1.5 hours around 10:30am, and didn't fall asleep after being woken up by my roommate who just moved to the lower bunk at around 12:05pm😂 (I only rested for about 4.5 hours). The public bathroom is generally good. The shower gel and shampoo provided by this youth hotel are not those cheap packaging ones. In addition to the squat toilet and shower combined... There are some problems with the 2 hair dryers. They can't be used after blowing for 2 minutes. The cleaning lady asked me to ask the front desk. The front desk was not there at that time. I asked if I could blow dry my hair in this room, otherwise it would not be good for my hair to be wet. The cleaning lady said no problem (the tatami room hadn't been cleaned yet). The front desk handled the problem positively and not negatively... btw Fortunately, the loft hotels I stayed in when I went to Nanchang to watch Zhang Jie's concert in 2024 provided multiple packs of disposable bath towels. When I came to Shanghai to watch Su Xing's concert on March 21, 2025, I still had a few packs left... unopened... and could be used 😂 Stayed in a hotel for 1 day + 2 days in a hotel + 2 days in a green hotel... After leaving, I was free to comment when I checked into another better hotel tonight

In the evenings, a comforting goodnight tea, accompanied by soft lighting, gently relaxed our tired bodies and minds. The abundant breakfast each morning felt like a true gift from nature. Even the stylish shower curtain in the bathroom, simple yet elegant, was perfectly charming and thoughtful. Despite being embraced by a natural ecosystem where 'little creatures' might be expected, the guesthouse environment was exceptionally well-maintained. We didn't find a single mosquito or insect in our room, which is truly remarkable for such a natural setting. My child was particularly captivated by the little frogs, who merrily hopped along the path to the pool and around the courtyard. Peering out the window, their eyes sparkled with a pure, unadulterated love for nature. In that moment, I felt like I was looking at my younger self, brimming with a desire to explore the world. On our second day, my brother decided to make pizza in the guesthouse kitchen. What started as a playful experiment turned into an astonishing culinary success! The pizza was incredibly delicious; even my brother, who usually shies away from pizza, couldn't stop at three slices! It wasn't just good because he made it; it was genuinely fantastic. And despite being an amateur effort, it was absolutely authentic. The owner had been burning lychee wood charcoal, specially transported from Guangzhou, since early morning. Paired with the kitchen's homemade tomato and onion sauce, the aroma was simply irresistible, making our mouths water. I am determined to visit this guesthouse in all four seasons to fully appreciate its distinct charm throughout the year. In spring, it might be adorned with wildflowers, the air heavy with the scent of damp earth. Summer would offer lush shade and the soothing symphony of cicadas, an ideal escape from the heat. Autumn would transform the paths into a golden tapestry of fallen leaves, like a scene from a fairytale. And in winter, perhaps blanketed in snow, it would resemble a tranquil ink wash painting. Regardless of the season, this place is destined to be a sanctuary for the soul.
