The water system was a little load at night, but that's from other guests showering at night - not the host's fault. The bed was comfory and warobe and draws were nice and spacious! The hots herself was lovely and gave me everything I needed to know.

|1.82km from city centerDue to the flight attendant strike, I temporarily stayed in Toronto for three days. I am very fortunate to find this apartment, and Trip.com also gave a special discount, so I placed an order immediately.
The apartment is located in a high-rise building, close to CN Tower and Harbourfront, and more than 10 minutes walk to the lake. There are restaurants, parks and supermarkets downstairs.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room for two to four people. The room was cleaned and kept very neat. There is also a stove and microwave available.
During the three days we stayed in Toronto, we stayed here very comfortably, went to the Toronto Islands, rented a bicycle and rode by the lake.

I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

|1.12km from city centerIt takes about 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Pearson Airport to this accommodation (when traffic is light). The accommodation is a high-rise building, located on the 19th floor. The view is great and beautiful. There is a highway right outside the window, so there will be some traffic noise, but it will not affect your sleep. The decoration and cleanliness of the house are perfect!! Extremely comfortable and clean. The bed is also very soft and all facilities are new.
Inconvenient aspects of use: The induction cooker has poor water boiling effect, and it takes a long time to boil water if the fire is not strong.
I can't think of any other shortcomings. However, the accommodation cost is quite high, otherwise I will choose here again next time I visit Toronto! !

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush.
Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the CN Tower, Union Station, and Chinatown. However, the hotel's location on the downtown street made it quite noisy at night, and I could barely sleep with earplugs. Furthermore, the hotel is a newer, self-service establishment, with no staff most of the time, making communication difficult. (For example, I tried to request a quieter room, but ultimately failed.)
