I highly recommend this apartment. The sofa bed is also big. It’s a bit wasteful for 2 people. The kitchenware is very complete. There is a Carrefour supermarket diagonally opposite. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There is no Chinese service.

This hotel is within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu. Although the shower and toilet are shared, it was a very reasonable price for a single room. It was a little hot because there was no air conditioner and there was only something like a fan, but considering the price, I can't say luxury. Check-in was smooth. I would like to stay again when I come to Spain.

The check-in process was a bit finicky but the staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Great quality and it's very clean. Only 2 things, in the winter the air conditioning can only be set to heating mode which is slightly hot during the night sometimes during my stay. Also having corkscrew opener for wine bottles would've been very nice. Love the quality.

The room was clean and the self-check-in was convenient. Our family is four big and one small, two big beds and two double beds are enough. There is a bed separated by curtains behind the living room, and there is no problem with the family. Several families may be a little inconvenient. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have made a few meals. The dishwasher and washing machine are very convenient. Someone cleans every day. There is no kitchen scissors. There is also a little coffee. Five people stayed for three nights and gave two coffee capsules. Others are perfect. like very much. The location is very good, ten minutes walk is the Sun Palace Square. Lichi Park is not far away.

The front desk service attitude is quite bad. The room card could not be swiped during the stay. I went to the front desk to get it back. The attitude was quite bad and impatient. I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Except for 2 bottles of mineral water in the room on the first night, there was no mineral water in the next 2 nights. Is the price of the next 2 nights different from the first night? Is it different if I stay for 3 days separately or stay for 3 nights in a row? There is not even basic daily service.

入住7天前就可以在提供的連結上登記入住人訊息，入住當天西班牙時間14點前收到大門和房間密碼。 因為沒有前台，登記入住人訊息很重要！ 公寓大門不顯眼，旁邊是Only You，比較顯眼。用入住當天收到的密碼連結自動開大門。房間是密碼鎖，需要輸入密碼。安全性很好，房間也很乾凈。廚房用具很全，微波爐、洗衣機、洗碗機都有，雖然我並沒用上。白天晚上都很安靜。 地理位置不錯，步行10分鐘距離內有不少高分餐館，用Google maps搜餐館就好。有些受歡迎的餐館最好提前在網上預訂。 5分鐘內有地鐵站，多個超市。去景點也容易，麗池公園步行可到。西班牙皇宮步行20分鐘可到。如果不願意走路，地鐵或公交車都方便。

The stay was better than expected since the reviews said the noise was bad.. honestly it’s very acceptable and by 22:30 there’s not much noise. We travelled with our two children and they weren’t affected at all!! Only issue we had was with check in.. the email link didn’t work and we tried to call 5 times and no one answered.. all this to find out that the shop next door deals with check ins 😂😂😂😂 The apartment was really clean and well decorated ~ too bad we couldn’t stay longer.

The Location was excellent but to find the hostel itself was horrible. There was totally no sign to indicate that the hostel is within an office building without any sign of the hostel name and we had walked around the whole plaza and still couldnt find the address no 1. The hostel cannot be contacted with the phone given and thankfully after finding the info counter that we find the place. However, even within the building there is nothing to indicate which level is the hostel as the building info desk was not manned at that time. There were a couple of pickpocket who followed us entered the building pretending to help us and led us going to different floors to confuse us and managed to get away with my passport cover stolen thinking that it must be my wallet. It was a very tiring and frightful experience just locating this hostel due to lack of hostel signboard and communication from the owner despite writing to them for direction.

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Madrid, la habitación daba a la calle trasera que es mas tranquila que la Gran Via. Recepción y pasillos limpios, así como la habitación. Economic and basic pension The only saving is certainly its location, at 180 MTS of Gran Vía etc It is a pension that is on floor 4 , has lift but not until the floor , you have to climb stairs ( 1/2 floor ) I recommend looking at the photos well as you have about 97 on the web that you go out are unrealistic , the room you touched me is elemental, the photos are something misleading and so they have so many ( play a little bit in the spot) I only recommend it for a night's economic stay

Stayed 5 nights. Apartment itself is clean and adequately stocked up with appliances, utensils, tea coffee , oil, etc. Good! Note: It’s located about 8-9 metro stops from Gran Via or Sol. Takes 15 mins to walk to apartment from the nearest Metro Nuevo Numancia. This area is a ghetto. Not the prettiest. Doesn’t look safe either.  Did not receive access code to access apartment . Called Olala three times until finally a staff managed to send WA to my mobile just as our train pulled into Madrid. Took 1.5 hours for this. Had to scramble to key in passport details to check in before access code is given. You need to call Olala Homes coz they do not reply to emails or messages on Trip.com. Staff was helpful.  Would I stay here again? No. There are affordable apartments near Sol or Gran Via areas.  Olala Homes overall is good. But not the one at Nueva Numancia.

I slept with my daughter in a capsule for two and the experience was much better than expected. Zero claustrophobia, good mattress and pillow and super clean. Impeccable service and many amenities such as free fruit, water and coffee. I loved it and will definitely go back, right next to Atocha.
