Overall good value for affordable price. The room was a nice size however our room assignment was on the ground floor facing the busy road, with a lot of noise from the road and passers by, as well as incessant beeping from a street crossing directly outside the window. There is also a primary school across the street, and so a lot of noise from school children throughout the day. I think our stay would have been much more enjoyable & relaxing had we been assigned a room on the top floor or towards the back of the building, or if we did not spend any time in our room during the day. The kitchen and facilities were well equipped but could have used more supplies (tea, sugar, cream, toilet paper, shampoos etc.) since these ran out after the first day or two. There were no staff on site however customer service was responsive by phone/email and very helpful.

The room is like a youth hostel room, on the third floor, there is no elevator, the suitcase is very tired. Sound insulation is not good. Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

In terms of location, it's close to the Thames River, a highlight of London sightseeing, and within walking distance to the London Eye and Big Ben. However, the accommodation is a place where black and Arab people gather, so some people may feel uneasy if it is their first time in London. As for the service, the young black female staff member spoke in a cheerful and comfortable way, and was very attentive. In terms of cleanliness, most backpacker lodgings are usually accompanied by some discomfort, but the shower booth, lobby, and kitchen were tidy and clean. Regarding amenities, there are no towels, no body soap in the shower booth, no hair dryer, the bed is a three-tier bed, the sheets are comfortable, and the air conditioning is weak and the air is bad. However, in this location in London, there is no doubt that this price and this quality are exceptional. It is a nice hotel that ranks high among budget hotels.

Great place, cheap, good location. Could do with having the full ingredients for the meals they provide. Place looks dated, things need to be fixed and stocked up with better quality toilet paper and also no shower gels etc. Can be a tight squeeze in some toilets and the stairwell as well as having to take our own luggage down in the basement.

I was a little disappointed overall. There were very suspicious stains on the bed blanket and the mattresses were really cheap and very uncomfortable. The apartment was very hot and the airconditioning was basically doing nothing. This wasn't great when the sun beats through the windows all day, meaning you have to keep the blinds shut all the time. It was only in the low 20's for the time I was there and the apartment never registered below 25 degrees on the thermostat. On the plus side, the location is fantastic and super close to High St Kensington. It's also very useful to have a washer/drier available if you're needing it (I was). The place just needs some TLC and better aircon for warmer days.

The front desk brother is really super friendly. I read the wrong door password and went upstairs to help me deal with it. The same room is a beautiful woman from all over the world. The bathroom has no smell and the number is completely enough. This is very satisfactory to me, so the room is not big and the heavy and difficult to push the fire door can be ignored.
