Pros Close to Korean town There is a view because it is the entrance to the market There are good restaurants nearby Shopping mall across the main street.There is a mart Cookable in room Low price Cons: The entrance on the first floor is lighted (a little different from the picture) Day and night men are alternating, but only Vietnamese is available. If you have anything to ask, you need a translator. You have to ask for a wifi off-time. Two towels. Replace once every two days Room condition is not rusty (Feeling like bedding is moist + smell of mold) Booked for a day and stayed for 4 days. I was embarrassed after applying for an extension that I didn't change towels every day, but I was able to stay ....ㅋㅋㅋ I am willing to visit again next time ~

Decent apt. Everything is new and minimalistic, nothing unnecessary. However, I couldn’t get any hot water (which is normal for Vietnam), And I have a question about the blanket—why was it without a duvet cover? How hygienic is that? How is it cleaned? I think it is a family composition of Vietnamese wife, Chinese husband, and two children there. It is a pretty private inn because it is close to the space and the distance that you live in. My wife can't speak English, but she was very kind and answered every question through the translation function and told me what was nearby. My husband was also very humble and polite, and he was very kind. It is definitely the most hospitality motel I have ever stayed at. The room is a stationary air conditioner and two fans, which keeps the temperature just right, not too hot or too cold. It may be difficult to find the location because the gate is closed, but if you press the intercom of the house with ”96”, someone may come out.

Not usually a party person when travelling, but my oh my, staying at this place has unleashed my feral spirit (in a good way of course). They have amazing staff, fun events, free drinks and breakfast and cozy rooms! For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it after all the free beers I got. Only downside (which is a bit of a bummer for me as a budget traveller) is that you’re not allowed to bring “outside” food into your room—no snacks, fruits, takeouts etc. since they have a restaurant and they would want u to buy their food rather than buy some outside. It ****** for a bit especially if ure starving at 3am and dont wanan go out, but i didn’t mind that much as there were lots of food stalls and restaurants right outside the place. Highly recommend this place whether or not ure a party animal. Such a fun and affordable hostel!

I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the airport since I had an early morning flight back. I took bus 86 from Hanoi Old Quarter to the airport, then bus 07 or 109, which made for a smooth journey. There were more stray dogs in the surrounding area than in the Old Quarter, and the atmosphere was desolate. I don't like dogs, so I was fine, but if you're worried, you can take a taxi. It's cheap, but the beds are very clean, the lockers are spacious, and the shower rooms are separate for men and women, so it's safe. I stayed there for 4 nights. If you’re a solo traveler this place is quite good for this price. The air conditioner stops getting the cold flow after an hour of working. You can get to the old district on Grab in 10 minutes. There is a construction work just in front of the building. I don’t know why but they didn’t work when I was there, maybe it’s just luck

Good experience. Nice home with clean and comfortable vibe like your home. Facilities are well prepared including microwave, enough cooking utensils, washing machine,.. not including disposable toothbrush set. You can stay here with maximum 4 slots with an extra bed outside bedroom. Super open and beautiful city view. A bit light at night due to construction works nearby.

There are delicious pho restaurants nearby within walking distance from bus number 86. There are dessert shops, and Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town are within walking distance, so I think the location is very good. The bed was spacious and the sheets were clean. There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 5th floor on the first night, but the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 4th floor from the second night onwards was quite weak. I felt it was a little difficult to open and close the locks in both rooms unless I was used to it. There was an air conditioner and a fan, and the refrigerator cooled well. The staff, both male and female, were very kind and helpful. If you ask for towels, they will change them every day. We also have toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again.

I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to traditional hotels. It is well equipped (Kitchen has plenty of dishes, etc.); it was absolutely clean upon arrival; they readied it early for me (at no additional charge); it has laundry onsite .... and a bathtub. TV in the Living Room has built in apps (Netflix, etc); TV in bedroom doesn't, but I simply plugged in my Roku that I always travel with. WiFi worked great - no issues (I work remotely online). Convenient location without being in the 'Old Quarter' means that local food, etc. is readily available (easy walks) at far lower costs (and less annoying pressure) than in the Old Quarter. A 'shave' in the Old Quarter was 200k VND; in this area, it was 30k VND ... same goes for food, etc. Convenient walk to Japanese bar area if that's your thing), and to nighttime 'quan seafood and bia hoi' places. The only note is that the swimming pool is not available for 'short term' rentals (only long term residents); however, that was a minor thing. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful - any questions, reach out and he will definitely help. Thanks.
